Been to many pawn shops and have always hated the experience. Not only did I get what I wanted for my pawn, but the gentleman that took care of me (I think his name was Chris, white guy shaved head) made me feel comfortable and respected. It was truly the best experience pawning that I ever received. I never really write reviews but felt it was needed because they deserve the to be recognized by treating a random customer with respect that they deserve.

After seeing the customers that came in to there shop Im a shame of calling my self American, You sir are wrong Jeremy Auestad I was in there looking at stuff and you called him a names because he was doing his job...... Just got my brand new Roomba from these guys on 45st :)))))) so happy came home and this thing is amazingly working GREAT very surprised that it was brand new guy told me he sold one that was the last one so i took it for only 220! and brand new is 399 in walmart! I came by to buy a Roomba. They had one. They wouldn’t let me test it because it was brand new but the box had been opened. They said I couldn’t return it and that I would have to go through the manufacturer if something was wrong with it. I told them I would need an authorized retailer receipt to take advantage of the manufacturers warranty. He acted like he was an authorized retailer. Then, all of a sudden, he said it had sold on eBay and that it wasn’t for sale anymore. I told him he was a sketchy mofo - because he was. His response... “Get out of my store you Yankee mofo. Soon this whole country will speak Russian and so will your kids.” He repeated it a couple times and then escorted me out of his store.Don’t go here. The guy that runs the shop has no respect for his customers, his community or this country.
