Went recently to get my first dose of Moderna and it was a good experience. I went in on time, did not wait long. Was asked if I had eaten anything that morning and was given orange juice, to help with possible nausea or dizziness after the vaccine. I then sat for the allotted time and left. Social distancing was being practiced along with people wearing face masks and sanitation of the waiting area.

It’s so nice to be greeted with a smile and have someone really listen to you when you have a sick family member and you are totally confused about what the Doctor said. The young pharmacist a lady not sure of her name Janel maybe. She called the doctor to get the medicine fixed and took the time to explain everything to me until I understood. This made me feel so much better. I appreciate her patience and her caring attitude with me. Thankyou Janel pretty lady pharmacist.

The staff here are amazing! Pam makes it a great visit every time I come here. She’s very knowledgeable and the staff are super fast compared to other pharmacy’s and 2/3’s cheaper! Pam you make this pharmacy what it is. The only reason I go to Walmart is because of the staff here.

Absolutely love this pharmacy. The pharmacy manager is very kind. She went out of her way to work with me getting a coupon for a medicine for my baby when I wasn’t able to afford it. All staff is friendly and seem to be hard working.

The absolute worst customer service in pharmacies and Felicia is leading their initiative. I received a text message to pickup by a due date and when I arrived on the due date, the medicine had already been restocked the day before. Then, I waited over an hour to have it refilled. Everybody doesnt work here locally and can just pop in anytime. Moving on to better.

This pharmacy is awesome, the Pharmacy manager Janet is a fantastic Pharmacist. Janet is friendly and knows her job. When I came to pick up my wifes drugs, she took her time to explain to me. The cashier Dwannifer was also friendly. Such a relief compared to other pharmacy i visit.

The pharmacist is absolutely rude. Denide my wife Services for no reason. He had her crying. He needs to be fired.

Whoever I spoke to on the phone was sassy and rude. Only to be told they still cant find my prescription. Whoever put me hold didnt tell me she was even transferring me to another person. Worst pharmacy ever.

The pharmacists attitude is absolutely horrific. Do not bring business to them.

It is 7:39 PM on a Wednesday night where everybody comes from work and shops and they have literally two registers open and one of the self checkouts open only the lines are her Ridiculous

This pharmacy is absolutely amazing with the best customer service.

These are the most rudest people there is I called them to ask how much my prescription would be I was placed on hold, for 15 minutes while I was currently driving there when I walk in the store there’s not one customer in sight. Then I when I told the pharmacy tech that I was called and put on hold she ignored me. Listen if you don’t like your job do all of us a favor and leave customer service is very important.

Whoever the lady is thats answering the phone is very rude. I asked to speak with the manager and she never gave him the phone. Its called customer service, and I believe she needs a few classes in it. Dont like your job then why are you doing it?!
