Poor customer service. Purchased machine it has literally been in the repair shop since I purchased it. They returned it the first time dirty and leaking in the same spot but was told they dont wah machine when they return them which is a lie. When I called again demanding them to pick it up and fix it. The machine was in a warehouse not being used so the gas level was full, they pick the machine up and bring it back on empty. Call service rep she tells me that she has worked with me but she doesnt refill machines. And gets mad what customer service department apologized for this

A lot of promises and smoke & mirrors by the salesman Kevin. I purchased a tractor from Kevin to and a half months ago.When I got home I reviewed my position more closely and found that I was going to be charged a 2.5% on interest rate after Kevin had told me $0 down and 0 interest rate. Luckily I found the issue and that was corrected. He blamed the issue on the accounting department.And now the grapple attachment I requested when I bought the tractor was supposed to arrive 10 days later. Two and a half months later I am still waiting for the grapple attachment.Kevin picked up my tractor three weeks ago to supposedly install the attachment. Kept the tractor a week and still didnt have the attacgment installed. Kept blaming the mechanic for getting sick.Still waiting and little to no follow up. I do NOT recommend that you buy from this company. Extremely poor service after the sale. Its all about making the sale and getting you to sign the invoice. After you get your tractor delivered, good luck....

We bought a New Holland from this place April 22, 2017 Shelley was our sales guy . He was so great and very communicative at the beginning . Within just a few months after we bought it and the company got their sale the customer service went totally downhill . Shelley never answers his phone for ANYTHING ever . Included in our sale was servicing of the machine, now every time we call the office they always say they only have one mechanic that works there and he seems to always have too many machines to be serviced or fixed and they can never get to us. We were so satisfied with the sale and the company at first but now they are just terrible and it is really disappointing . We have now had to take our machine else where since nobody can ever return calls and they are far too busy for us . I would NOT recommend this place to anybody .
