I purchased a hot tub in west palm beach about three months ago and it was delivered right to my backyard. They were able to put it inside my screened in area and get it all set up without any issues, I’ve used it on a weekly since and I love it!

We built a new home and installed our outdoor kitchen in Boca raton, they best decision we made when building out backyard. We use this kitchen more than the one in the house! It’s beautiful and has everything you could ever need.

Got an above ground pool from this company and they delivered it faster than any other company would in the area. Very simple and seamless process from purchasing to getting the pool up and running.

Purchased our spa of two years ago and it’s still running like new. master spas makes an amazing spa.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! bought a brand new hot tub and it hasnt ever worked!! Have been trying to get this resolved! Weve talked to Tonya, Rachel(the only nice person) and Ivan, whom Im told is the manager! They keep saying a tech will be out to repair and he never does. The tech lies, says hell be here and never shows up! The tech also tells South East Spas that hes already been out and the hot tub works! South East Spas does not return your calls! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Purchased a new grill from this place, top notch service. They took the time to answer all my questions as I am a fist time buyer of a wood charcoal grill. They also stand by their products from loading / unloading and even service...For example the wheels were defective from the manufacturer and they are expediting a warranty replacement/refund for me without hesitation.Zack the sales manager, also gave me some great tips on how to use it. He has a great deal of knowledge on the product line

A company that is built on integrity would want you to be comfortable with a purchase, especially considering the cost of a swim spa - $30K+. That is not the case with South East Spa. I made the mistake of giving them the required 30% deposit to get my name in the “queue” with the manufacturer for production of a swim spa that would not be ready for 10-12 months out. Within 12hrs of the transaction I reached out to cancel my purchase. The purchase was made Sunday evening and I made the request to cancel via email at 6am Monday. Their sales agreement states “You may cancel this agreement only if consummated by a Party thereto at a place other than the address of the Seller” and this purchase was made via FaceTime (I’m in Ohio) after a 2hr presentation. (I was initially inquiring information through the Master Spa website & they were my “local” dear.) Apparently this only applies if the purchase is made at a show even though the they gave me a “show” price that was ending on that day. Needless to say they reduced the “penalty” because of how quickly I canceled and kept 25% of my deposit. I’m thankful to get back what I did, however this is not good business. This was a $2,700 lesson that I’m sharing in the hopes to help someone else not make the same mistake. I refuse to be forced to do business with a company that doesn’t value the customer.

I have been a satisfied hot tub owner for many years - Vita Spas for a couple of homes (and many years) and Evolution Spa through Costco. All quality tubs without need for repair. After 2.5yrs the costco tub had a pump failure - easy conversation and replacement with a local rep in Charlotte NC. We decided to establish a relationship with our local West Palm Beach dealer and buy a MasterSpa. It has been my least favorite spa - mediocre quality at best (we have the largest Healthy Living model). A pump failed at 1 yr +2 weeks - as well as the control circuit board. The water features dont shoot out - just dribble. Called for a service after reviewing our warranty - the pump says 5 yrs parts and labor - GREAT! But no, according to Ivan (service manager) and initially Rachel, there is fine print on the back of the contract that allows them to charge a trip charge at their discretion. First they insisted that Master Spas MADE them charge it but when trying to get the language straight it was a decision made by the South East Spas - WPB crew. I spent a long time on the phone with IVAN explaining to him what how a typical customer would interpret their warranty. He explained that if it happened prior to 1yr they would have waived it but since it was (a couple of weeks) beyond 1 yr - no waiver - but he did lower the cost to $64.00 (1/2 price). Note: we had been billed the full price which prompted a call to Ivan. On a positive note - the service tech was excellent. I have not found that paying extra for a tub just to have a local relationship with this company has any value for us.

We have had the worst customer experience with the West Palm office. They keep saying they will get back to you, but you are the one that has to continually stay in contact with them. They delivered a spa that was dirty, having to spend hours scraping tape residue off the bottom of the spa and within a month of use the spa started to leak. They did come to fix it, but after two months still didnt address the possible scratches, which Im told could lead to major issues later, or the treads with the gouges in them. The seemed more concerned with selling and delivering, but not willing to go further after that. Calling one of the other stores, it seems the main store is the West Palm store. In addition to the necessity of me needing this for medical reasons, the other problem is not having used it on a couple months waiting for a response as to whether they plan on correcting the issues now, what happens when my warranty expires? Next step is Better Business Bureau.

Buyer Beware. High pressure sales..Read the fine print of your sales contract. You will lose 25% of the total sales price if you have to cancel for any reason. We are selling our house and tried to cancel and have to pay $10,000 to get out of contract. Swim Spa has not even been manufactured. Won’t be until April of 2022. They don’t care about reason they just want your money. Bad business practices.

Update- Called 3 times today to get an update on my cover. Placed on hold for 40 minutes, still no cover, no delivery date. I would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I get different answers on where my purchased items are based on who answers the phone. Every time I have to explain that I am waiting on a cover purchased in November 2020 and still havent received it. I get transferred to delivery, they have no idea, or I get told from the customer service rep, Ill call you back, never happens. I sure hope nothing goes wrong with my hot tub, dealing with these folks is a real nightmare.

Not happy at all with South East Spa or Master Spa.I was told a date of manufacture on a swim spa and that got pushed backtwo months. Now the swim spa is complete and they cant find a delivery company to deliver it 200 miles for another 5 weeks. They are now offering some upgrades that they said are for new orders and not for a customer that still dont have their order. If my swim spa is sitting in a parking lot or factory am I not a new customer? I guess they are jacking up cost on spas to offer the upgrades? When they pushed back build time for two months I tried to cancel order and I was told it would cost me 25%. This also in my opinion is not good business and fair to customers. I am to say the least very upset and frustrated. I typically dontget upset any more as I know life is short, but maybe this will help someone else avoid the same aggravation.

Just got my Twilight 7.2 hot tub. I really like it so far. Got it wired and filled. Powerful jets seem to be well placed. I like that you can switch the different jets around. My salesperson Shawn did a great job.Only negative so far is it didn’t come with a cover lifter. Seems like that’s a pretty basic component that should come with it. My previous hot tub came with one automatically. I’m 65 and removing and replacing the cover without one is unwieldy a little difficult and unpleasant. Probably will cause me to use the tub less often.

We bought a $10,000 tub in 2017. Now it needs repairs due to owner error. I have called several times with no call back. I did get a rep on one occasion who could not even locate our purchase, she transferred me to another rep who did find it and was to call me back with an estimate for repairs needed. Weeks later and no phone call, no repairs, they will not answer the phone. I even talked to them about purchasing another tub for our coast house. Guess i will need to buy from someone else

They brought all the necessary tools to efficiently place the spa in our lanai as we wanted it and were helpful with any questions that we had.After delivery, South East Spas called to ensure everything was satisfactory and they offered a contact for any questions we might have. I did contact them a day for two later via email with a question and they called me back within minutes.The spa is wonderful and the personal support is outstanding. This company has terrible customer service. They do not keep any promises or return ANY phone calls! I believe Master Spa is a good product just absolutely DO NOT BUY one from this company. The spa was delivered 2 months late! I had the spa for 1 month and the main screen failed. Called the company 7 times within the last month! NO response what so ever!

Several phone calls and emails later, I am still in the same boat, I was March 20th! Will someone, please help with my issues? I have never ever given such a low rating in all the survey I have been asked to do in my almost 65 years of living. Twenty-three years were in the military! What makes this even more horrifying.....I dug deep to be able to afford getting it for physical and mental health reasons! I would love to get back on here with nothing but good report and 5 Stars!

My wife and I visited a hot tub show in Myrtle Beach, SC last weekend. There we met the folks from South East Spas. They showed us some amazing spas that would actually work for us within the space limitations of our screened in lanai. From there, they showed us the features and functions of the Master Spas products that they had on display, We purchased the Twilight Series 240. Amazingly, they delivered it to us the Tuesday following the show (we visited the show on Sunday). Just as they said it would, the neoangle shape of the 240 fit our space perfectly. We are extremely pleased with the tub itself and with the folks at South East Spas. Theyve even followed up since delivery to offer advice and check to make sure we are satisfied with the tub. A great experience!

BUYER BEWARE! This company tells you your hot tub will be available in 4 months or less to get you to buy. Then they give you 3 days to cancel and as soon as you cant cancel anymore they call you and say the hot tub will be ready in 6 to 7 months instead of 4. So you ask to cancel because of that and they say ok but it will cost 25% of the entire price of the hot tub. They are scamming and screwing people left and right.

They will attract you with fake prices at qebsite then will say that some hacked or messed the priced on the website. They want to sell you the one on demo for twice the price of new one. But since there is not stock in any place. Is or buy a hot tub at 13k or wait 6 month for the same one at 7k. We drove 1 hour for this scam. I recommend call them for real prices. We purchased a Healthy Living spa from Southeast Spas during a hot tub expo in our town. We were hesitant to do it, but we paid nothing up front and investigated the company. We even comparison shopped the product to be sure it was a savings. Everything was wonderful - we are very happy with the spa we purchased and the professional process of purchase and delivery. It did take a bit longer than we were told, but considering the pandemic, it was not unreasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

Do not buy a spa from them! My spa stopped working completely after only 18 months. They said their warranty stopped after 12 months and now they cannot get the right parts to fix it and will not help. $6,000 down the drain!

I recently purchased a Master Twilight hot tub from South East Spas. The experience was excellent and informative. I worked with Zach in their showroom for the shopping experience. He was patient, gave me plenty of time, explained a lot. He even encouraged me to climb in and out of the tubs right in the showroom. The hot tub was modeled to order and was available in the time frame promised. They even held it for me for an extra six weeks since I was out of town. Delivery was smooth and as promised. We purchased the 6.2 Twilight series tub. Its amazing, we just love it. We have owned two Hot Springs Sovereign Hot tubs which we kept for ten years each and thought they were amazing. But, the Master Spas Twilight tubs jetting and placement of jets are worlds better. Overall their controls and features are superior. We are older now and really appreciate the therapy jets on this tub. The lighting and water falls are pretty cool also.If youre going to buy a hot tub, we highly recommend South East Spas. We were blown away by the quick delivery time and setup. Speaking of set up, the young men who delivered our tub were very nice and professional. We have had a couple of opportunities to contact different people at South East Spas and every time these people have exceeded our expectations. I recently bought a Swim Spa from South East Spas at the Daytona Spa Expo, at Bruce Rossmyers. My sales man Chad Moreton and his team were excellent!!They were able to help me in many ways.1) They were able to help me get out of another contract from another company. The sale wasnt final so it was easy. But, they didnt stop there they were still concerned and wrote in their contract they would wait till the prior contract was officially closed. So, that I wouldnt end up with two Swim Spas.2) Next I was going to the 14 foot therapool. The next day I got a call and they upgraded me to the trainer 12 Swim Spa. Chad and his team felt that would better fit for me and my family, for the same price.3) Chad Moreton has been a big help till this day. He answers any questions I have and gets back to me in a reasonable time period.4) When I call South East Spas they to answer any questions I have.5) The guys they sent to deliver the Spa where professional and friendly!So, overall this company, Chad and his team have made buying the swim spa easy and painless!!!

I purchased my Michael Phelps MPL 800 Hot Tub from the Myrtle Beach Hot Tub Expo. I have owned two other hot tubs and was researching to purchase another one. My priority was a quality made tub, with a great warranty. I decided against a Costco or Sams hot tub that would be shipped and left curb side. The National Hot Tub Expo turned out to be a great decision! Their sales reps were knowledgeable and helpful and the hot tub was delivered the next day onto our back patio and they called with a delivery time and communicated well about the details. We paid an electrician to hook up the electrical box and connect it. The hot tub is fantastic and their customer service is amazing and super helpful!!We have been enjoying the tub almost every night and 5 adults fit comfortably, the lights and fountain are very fun too! So happy!

I recently purchased a Master Spa Trainer 19 swim spa from an event in Florida from Southeast Swim Spa. Originally I was disappointed in the whole experience. After Southeast Swim Spa learned of my experience I immediately got a call from Zack, their representative. I was highly impressed by his listening to all my concerns and issues, from purchase to the present without interrupting one time. He seemed genuinely concerned and immediately began working on correcting any concerns. I began to get immediate calls from other service representatives like Rachael to begin the process of correcting any issues. The reason I bring these up is to say my experience with Southeast Spa correcting customer issues after purchase is now a confident one to review. They have gone above and beyond to make the whole experience one I can feel confident in the future to recommend to anyone. I love the Trainer 19. It is a great product and an outstanding tool to use as an investment in your health. The reason I include the above with my positive review is because as customers we need to have confidence in the company we invest such a substantial purchase with. The product I cannot say enough great things about. This is truly a great investment and the company has shown that they take pride in taking care of their customers even after the sale.

My wife and I have talked about purchasing a Hot Tub for along time. August 1st this year we jumped in with both feet :) well maybe the whole body. After two weeks and only missing two nights that we didnt use it, we have to say it has been a great decision. We highly recommend it.

MOST FRUSTRATING company I have ever dealt with! If you ever need parts for your spa you might as well just buy a whole new spa from someone else because you will have to pass through hell twice before you ever get them! This company sucks a big one.

We purchased a hot tub and Zack was our sales associate. Everything was great until delivery. The 2 men who delivered the tub could have been more cautious. The tub almost landed in the lake while they were making the turn. It slid off the hand truck. They broke 2 tiles on the patio. The bottom of the hot tub was banged up and scraped. Two end panels were damaged. It took several persistent phone calls to finally begin to get resolution. 3 weeks later, someone came to repair the end panels, but was not informed about the damaged wood on the bottom that needed painting. And we were reimbursed for the tile damage. Lots of miscommunication and just ok customer service after the sale. Hope if we need assistance things will be better in the future.

We had been looking at another swim spa and happened to visit a promotional event and found this company and brand. We were first off impressed by the company’s representatives we met. They were both knowledgeable and understanding of what our needs were from a therapeutic perspective. They explained in detail the product and answered every question that we had appropriately. They were not trying to make quick sale to us, but matching us to the correct spa. We didn’t want a big hot tub, and this one was perfect! We didn’t have a manual, so some of the jets weren’t working. I called Rachel the next day, and she walked me through everything to get the jets working and treating the water. She sent me a manual through email and by 5:00 that afternoon, my husband and I were enjoying our hot tub. I love the non slick interior, ease of adjusting the jets and the easy control panel. We bought a floor model which was delivered the next day as promised, and we can’t be happier with our choice and the service.

Absolutely love the spa. We were concerned that it would be difficult to get the spa into the location that we wanted, but the delivery men did an excellent job! Works great and every promise was kept. Highly recommend

High pressure sales tactics got me to purchase this spa from blowout spa sale at Hertz arena in ft. myers in January 2020. They did not deliver on agreed day they reschedule for another day and were late. Also did not screw cover on. Have contacted them 3 times every time I get a promise of a call back from a tech and as of February 24 still have not heard from them cover still flapping in wind

Just needed a small drain plug today. After the nice young ladies call ended with a customer she contacted her service manager. He directed her to a rack of motors where she pulled a drain plug for me.This was exceptional service.

I bought my spa from an expo in Jacksonville over 2 years ago and its been a flawless experience. Still runs great with no issues and have to Im glad we chose Master Spas

Had a few problems with the lights on my new spa. Called the salesman several times about the problem he said he would contact someone. After talking and texting the salesman for almost two weeks finally Rachel called me. Rachel was very very nice and helpful. With her help I hope to have my lights fixed soon. I will give the salesman two stars he was nice but took to long. Rachel gets five stars9/25/19 service Dept SUCKS they still have not called me back or scheduled repairs had the spa over a month. I give them minus 5 stars

We looked several places before we purchased our spa from South East Spas. They were very knowledgeable, not high pressured and very competitively priced. When we got our spa delivered, we made one phone call to the service department and they walked us through every aspect of the spa. This is one company that actually takes an interest in their clients and delivers on their promises. We would highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable about the spas AND we truly felt he cared about us as the customer and welcomed us into the South East Spa family. Upon delivery, a couple items were missing. PURCHASED A TWILIGHT SERIES SPA AT SHOW AND THEY HELD IT FOR ME FOR 8 MONTHS TILL MY NEW HOUSE WAS FINISHED WITH NO EXTRA CHARGES AND DELIVERED IT 2 1/2 HOURS AWAY. HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. LOVE THE SPA

I purchased my spa at the New Orleans spa show. The spa I purchased was a floor model. I received the spa at my home and it was placed in position by the crew that made the delivery. A couple of days later I had an electrician connect the spa. The lightning system is not working properly and the spa is stuck in test mode. After reading the manual I had to contact a service technician. Southeast spas was contacted to report the problems and now it’s a waiting game. Should have bought from a local vendor.

By far one of the worst company I have ever dealt with. For starters they’re Manager Zach will say and do anything for you until you purchase the spa, swim spa Or any of their products. After the payment goes through good luck, he will no Longer available to help. I have asked to speak to the manager or owner. But they won’t put me through. They say IHave to speak to Zach, which is no good at resolving the issues you may have.

South East Spas is a family run business. They give excellent customer service and really care about their customers. We purchase a hot tub from them and a gas grill out door kitchen set up. They came and installed everything for us. It was that easy! I can get all my filters and chemicals at their shop in West Palm or if needed they have mailed them to us. We highly recommend South East Spas .

We recently bought a Master Spas TS240 hot tub. The Dealer for Master Spas in Florida is South East Spas. I was a little concerned because we live about 300 miles from the West Palm location and I thought the service might not be that good. I was completely wrong. The tub was delivered and set up when promised. I had a few questions in the following weeks and a quick call to South East got me a prompt answer. They are a good company to deal with.

The ease of purchase and Peters knowledge made the experience very pleasant. Delivery was handled efficiently and quickly. I would say the only drawback was calling the assistance line which is available for questions...was told of their availability but when you call after a wait you are asked to leave a number so they can get back to you..not the best for a new spa owner..but used the online videos and have muddled through. Overall sales and service during purchase was excellent.

Bought a twilight 6.2 and love it! Delivery was timely the guys who delivered great! Ask my salesman also great especially when I needed help with a new sticker to cover the control panel the guys came out next day and replaced for free!!! Thank you southeast spas west palm beach!!!

Since the below post, Ivan has reached out to me several times to ensure everything is working properly. I am happy to say there has been no additional malfunctions with the hot tub or the swim spa and that I have had timely responses on two concerns which were not issues but me learning about my spa. I love my made in the USA hot tub and swim spa and even after the initial frustration I am happy with the decision to buy from South East Spas. Ivan has worked hard to ensure I am a happy customer and South East has proven that I can count on them for excellent service.Where ever your spa or hot tub ask about how many staff they have in service and their turnaround time to fix anything. I bought mine from a PSL civic event from South East Spas location. I had to keep a list of issues and dates they came to the house. From delivery all the large jets didn’t work and 4 months later they are now working. The pump went bad 2 months after it was delivered. After it was fixed, it was leaking water for days because they couldn’t get back out to fix it. They were going to comp me a cover that they had an open invoice for. The only problem is I showed them proof I paid for it before it was even delivered. That is the short list.

I purchased a Master Spa Trainer from South East Spas in Ft. Myers, Fl. and its a great swim spa. The people that work for SES are very helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company and what they offer.

My husband and I recently purchased a spa with Zack and he has been fantastic. Helped with everything from getting the electric set up to financing. Totally recommend him to everyone!!!! Will definitely be coming back for our other outdoor purchases!

Southeast Spas has great customer service and world class spas. They worked with me for almost 9 months while I was having my pool built. Everything from talking to the sales rep, technical adviser, to the shipping department was was professional and informative. They really worked with me to get it delivered on time. I am really glad that I was able to meet Phillip and sit down with him at the very beginning because he put everything into motion and set it all up to have the exact hot tub I wanted built to the way I wanted it. I cant recommend this company enough.

Steve was amazing!! I recently bought the green egg and wanted to learn the proper way to use it. During my lesson, Steve not only gave me a personal demonstration but he taught me different techniques of how to cook on the green egg. He took the time to prepare the delicious food he cooked and made the whole learning experience such a pleasure. I would highly recommend buying any product from south east spas. I bought my hot tub in February 2017 (two years ago) and remain very pleased. After-sale support has been great. I havent experienced any mechanical problems, but I did have a lot to learn about keeping the water pristine. The staff at South East Spas are extremely friendly and knowledgable, and without their help Im not sure I would be having such a great experience with our hot tub. They also sell only quality products. Two years later Ive forgotten just what I paid for the hot tub but I have no problem remembering how much we enjoy it! If I ever wanted/needed another hot tub I would go straight back to South East Spas.

Just moved back to my family home back in WV (from Cincy, OH area) and sold my previous (working) Legend spa with my house. Local masterspa dealer in WV didnt carry the Michael Phelps Legend series. I contacted MasterSpas and I was referred to South East Spas in West Palm Beach, Florida. I thought it was a mistake? Florida dealer to take care of me in WV?....Ok, hold my beer, Im gonna try something. So, I called and spoke with Chris at South East Spas. Was going to order the LSX-800, but none in stock due to Covid lockdown-everyone buying hot tubs and pools!! Looked at the larger Legend LSX-900, what a work of art! It was the next size up of my previous Legend spa with 2x the jets!. Ok, sign me up. Chris had the exact model and color scheme I wanted (last one of course!). Well, it took a little longer to get to me after I bought it, seems the tub was off on a pleasure tour-showing off and what not. Once it was finished with its last concert, it was shipped to me, ALL THE WAY UP in West Virginia. Ya hear me? 14 h 26 min (982.9 mi) ONE WAY. Go find that kind of customer service somewhere! I tried local, but they didnt carry the line I wanted. These guys at South East Spas delivered! Hot tub arrived on Friday evening AFTER business hours on July 3rd! In a panic due to late arrival, Chris walked me thru the final steps of delivery. That is being customer focused.So, for all you people wanting a hot tub with sterling customer service, give these guys a call and tell them the Hillbilly in WV sent ya! Oh, and did I mention this thing has beverage holders in it? They light up and fits the Yeti ! Check the pic.........

Bad deal gone GOOD! I bought a used, one-year old spa from Phillip at a Mega Blowout in Port Saint Lucie. The maintenance/delivery crew were on-time and a great bunch of guys. After I filled the spa, I discovered a leak just above the main pump. The area, one of the jets and the spa skin just above, had previously had a field repair that I did not see when I inspected the spa before I finalized the purchase. Phillip sent Steve to re-repair. After three attempts, Phillip decided to replace the spa with a brand new 2017 model. Considering that after the second repair attempt, I was starting to panic that I just paid a lot of money for a leaking spa, I was a very happy customer when the delivery crew showed up 7 am the following week with the brand new spa. But the best part was the great service I got from every member of the team at Southeast Spas; sales, admin, maintenance, delivery, scheduling. Its hard to find that level of care and enthusiasm today.

Really have had a great experience with this team of spa dealers. They delivered on time like they said, were very friendly from the time we walked in the door and to the time of delivery. We would recommend these spas. We are enjoying our spa more & more every day! Thank you!

I live on the other side of the state but decided to buy from Steve at Southeast Spas. Ive had my Master Spa since April and I love it! Steve helped me get the water just right when I first got the spa and its so easy keeping the water clean and beautiful. The delivery men were incredible. The spa is on my lanai with just one inch on each side to spare. They did a great job.
