This place is amazing! Honestly all the bad reviews are super surprising. Everything in here is made fresh to order. There aren’t artificial flavorings so if you want extra bits of things to make it taste a certain way, you need to order those as toppings. They literally pour the fresh cream and smash up the ingredients in front of you - it’s super cool! And tastes like you’d expect - very fresh. I came on an evening where there wasn’t a big line luckily so we got the full experience. Customer service was excellent and I would definitely come back!! I wish I had taken a picture of my ice cream because it was not only delicious but beautiful!

Y really like it a lot the smoothie, the cup doesn’t have any brand and the lid didn’t fit the cup but it didn’t matter the juice was great. I’ll come back definitely. I spent around $7 decent size.

We didnt even bother ordering. The shop was gorss and unclean, they were out of key items on the menu and the worker didnt have a glove or mask despite touching and talking over the food.

Im not a fan of rolled icecream because I never had it till today. Very nice people and great staff. I love creamy icecream and the rolled icecream didnt taste that way. But to be honest its ok for me 😜. Would I come back not really because its not something that blew me away. But overall great family experience since they have outside tables and chairs.

The ice-cream I received after ordering on DoorDash didn’t look like what was described as the “Cookie Monster”. Wasn’t an Oreo in it. Just gave me bland ice-cream rolls with a side of sprinkles!

This is our new favorite ice cream spot. They make each one fresh on the cold stone while you wait and roll it and put it in a cute configuration. The texture is super creamy and delicious!

They give customers access to get our own açaí and it’s SO unsanitary!! I just watched a customer lick her hand and then spoon more açaí in her hand and lick it again. SO DISGUSTING! They were also very busy and it’s always one person when I come in and they can only go so fast, about 6 customers were in front of me. A packed house, no customer had a mask on and being unsanitary! I like to support small business but not at the expense of my health.

Delicious ice cream is made from scratch. I have never tried rolled up ice cream but I am very pleased. I asked for “Monkey Business “ which is banana and Nutella. The guy poured milk a scoop of Nutella and a quarter of a banana! Super fresh made to order. The location is pretty small but it has some seating. I wish they had more people making the ice cream since is getting busy and I had to wait a while before I got my ice cream. It will be a good idea to have napkins available at the counter for customers instead of a box of tissues. Also would be nice if they can add some outdoor seating. Overall definitely worth it and amazing taste!

I order MR. Ferrero this has Nutella and Ferrero chocolate, it tested nothing like it. I was able to taste the milk in it. Not what i was expecting for an ice cream. Definitely not the place for me.

I got so sick from this place and whipped cream wasnt good at all. The ice cream itself tasted good but whipped cream and after effect wasnt nice.

Unimpressed. Nothing beats REAL ON THE SPOT ROLLED ICE CREAM. If I wasn’t so sleepy I would take it back and request a refund. Waste of my money and my time. Strawberries and mangoes weren’t fresh and they were sparse. Ice cream was crumbly not smooth at all. :(

Love this place! They use frozen plates to handcraft your ice cream into thin-rolled pinwheels, and they have alot of nutella options, toppings, and boba as well. It takes a while, but its worth it to eat ice cream in a unique shape!

Awesome. Took my son here because they closed the rolled ice cream shop at the warehouse district. The staff was very nice and helped him make a choice. We then got a show too. Absolutely clean and definitely compliant to food standards.

Visited this place for the first time and I had the best experience. Anthony was very caring and knowledgeable about the different things they even custom made my smoothie that would help with my morning sickness. The mango paradise (with our own twist) helped my nausea immediately packed with ginger and b6 vitamins. And he made me and my Fiance the most delicious Ice cream creation I ever had with everything I was craving lol. I love this place and will definitely will be making alot of visits here. (Thank you for my new morning sickness remedy :) ) I definitely love the fact that some of the smoothies are actually 2 drinks... Good things come in twos !!!

Last night was me and my boyfriends first time, the girls were nice and told us which ice creams were popular. And the guy who made our ice cream was very nice as well! The ice cream was amazing and the açaí smoothies are the best in the area! We be going back again today 😝 Found my new favorite ice cream and smoothie place! And I love how they are opened late! Came in with a broken foot just looking to brighten my day, but the opposite happened. My Thai “boba” tea was horrible, tasted like water, and didn’t even have a true boba straw just a coffee lid… how do you get the boba out! I asked them to remake it because it had no flavor or sweetness, and it tasted the same the second time. Not only that but in total I think I waited 20 minutes for two sips of basically water. I threw it out as soon as my boyfriend was finished at the business next door.

The interior of this facility doesn’t look like it should pass a health visit. Not a great ice cream shop, definitely plenty of other places with better quality in the area and the service was poor.

We ordered strawberry perfection rolled ice cream today. We went there to have a good tasting fresh ice cream. Instead we had frozen ice cream that doesn’t taste the same as when it’s done in front of you. It’s lacking the Nutella and strawberry flavor. Then the girl said we can’t put fresh strawberries as our topping. It’s sad because yum is our favorite but if it’s like this now, we are not coming back. Very disappointed 🙄

Terrible order of Thai tea. No Ice and no taste. Service wasn’t all that great either. Will never go here again. Oh and their lids don’t stay on. They hand it to you mf when you grab the drink it spills all over your shoes.

Rolled ice cream is where it’s at. The folks at Yum do it very well. It’s not cheap, but it’s an experience and a treat.

The customer service is no longer the same! I will not be returning. The minute I ordered the staff made my feel very uncomfortable. I don’t understand why you have a website to order if you no longer use it.

My family and I visit this plaza frequently so I was surprised to have seen this shop pop up. We went in and ordered a acia bowl, ice cream and milk tea. It is obviously family ran, so the service is a bit slow. The rolled up ice cream is the star of the show in the sense it is delicious and fun to watch, the milk tea is great also and its a good amount you get, but I had to wait a pretty long time for the acia bowl and it wasnt the one I ordered. Needless to say, I will still return for the ice cream and the milk tea but pass on acia bowl.

My boyfriend and I went in tonight for some ice cream, we stumbled upon this place because it was the only place open when we craved ice cream at 10 pm! The gentleman working was very nice to us, treated us with respect yet felt like a welcoming and nice environment. The ice cream was delicious! I asked him if it would still be good a few hours later in the freezer and he promised it would be fresh, it most definitely still was and was still delicious. The only critique I could give would be that my strawberry Nutella ice cream needed a bit more Nutella. BUT my boyfriend loved his and we will be back for more for sure. Over all food, place, and customer service were great. Thank you!

I think I should start by saying I pretty much never leave reviews, but I felt this experience was worth reviewing. With that being said, I stumbled upon Yum by accident. I was looking to fulfill an ice cream craving, and Yum just happened to be the closest ice cream spot nearby. I was immediately impressed by how welcoming and friendly the owner was. He seems to have a way of making his customers feel like long lost friends as soon as they walk in the store. After scanning the menu I told owner that I was going to order açaí because I am partial to chocolate ice cream. The ice cream flavors I saw were very unique and I wasn’t sure I would like any of them. The owner insisted I try one of their ice creams, and offered to buy me an ice cream in addition to the açaí bowl that I was purchasing. I thought wow what a deal! Needless to say I was not disappointed. The ice cream was incredible, so incredible that I texted my roommate and told him all about my experience. If you are looking to be in and out, it is not that type of establishment. It takes time to prepare their products, as they are handmade. I truly didn’t mind waiting because the owner was so personable, and I assumed anything worthwhile takes time. I was correct in this assumption, and will definitely be back again!

Ice cream was delicious. Guy behind the counter was super sweet! I wasn’t expecting to wait around 15/20 mins but honestly sometimes I’m just not the most patient person. I realized it takes time because they actually spend quality time mixing your toppings and rolling it up and making it perfect before handing it off to their customers. My first rolled up ice cream & definitely not my last. I took it to the drive in movie about 12 mins away and it didn’t even melt at all so I got to enjoy my Icecream and a movie 🎥 🍦 #Perfect - Thanks guys 🥰

Just Wow. Me and my friend had an amazing workout this morning so I told her about this great ice cream place that we should go to to treat ourselves as I have been here in the past when it was under different ownership. Took my friend tonight and it was a total poop show for lack of a better word!! The owner was absolutely disrespectful they tried to give my friend premade ice cream when she specifically requested the recipe be made without peanut butter. After her ice cream was made ...she notified them of the mistake and the owner then had her wait while he prepared an order for a man who came after us (mind you there was other employees in the store that could’ve started working on her messed up order.) I already finished my entire ice cream by the time they started preparing hers. The only reason I got up is because I saw the owner basically arguing with my friend and I felt the need to defend her because that Customer Service was absolutely unacceptable. Im so embarassed I recommended this place 🥴!! I will never go here again.Take your money elsewhere!

Its open until 11:00pm. They have indoor & outdoor seating. They literally make the ice cream in front of you. Its very captivating, the way they roll and form the ice cream. The ice cream includes three extra toppings of your choice.

Walked in late Saturday night to see that neither of the two employees were wearing masks, but instead had masks draped around their necks, where the masks remained the entire 25 minutes I was in the store. This in a county that has mandated the wearing of masks, including at businesses. This in a state that just saw its third day this week of record-high coronavirus cases.Not only did I feel bad for my fellow customers - all of whom were respectfully wearing masks - who had to stand there and watch these employees make their meals, but I felt even worse for all the folks placing the online orders that were rolling in, people who have no idea their soon-to-be delivered food is being prepared in this manner.Honestly, this should be a fireable offense, these employees should additionally be subject to the $500 fine the county is issuing right now, and the store itself should be shut down, just as it would for any other major health code violation. Its a blatant disregard for public safety, including the safety of the stores customers. You wonder why COVID is booming in Florida right now? Its because of people and stores like this.I recommend avoiding this place. I know Im never going back.POSTSCRIPT: I see the owner has replied below, and rather than taking responsibility for his staff, is instead lying and making allegations towards me. To respond to what he wrote, I was wearing a white 3M mask the *entire* *time* I was in his store - and, as I previously mentioned, every other customer in the store was respectfully wearing masks, too. His comment about his staff momentarily removing their masks is entirely untrue, as well. As he acknowledges, I was in his store for at least 20 minutes. Not once during that time were either of the employees wearing a mask. Thats not momentarily. And they were doing this while PREPARING FOOD and standing within a few feet of customers (its a tiny store) who were waiting at the counter. If Anthony wants to remain operational, he can start by showing respect for the health and safety of his customers, not by pointing the finger at online reviewers making factual statements. And Anthony, youre not Jeff Bezos, and you dont have to worry about me returning as a customer.

I paid $ 9.50 for a Coronado acai with, coconut water, banana, mango, pineapple, strawberry ..... they just put banana on it. 1 strawberry and 3 blueberry.a lot of money for what I ate

This place has a fresh and simple atmosphere. My heart went out to the 2 young ladies who were closing as multiple people came in about 10 minutes before the store closed. From what I saw, they remained professional and pleasant. I ordered the Choco-Smores and was satisfied with the size. It was actually too much as I was only looking to satisfy a craving with a couple of spoonfuls. I was a bit thrown off by the taste though. It didnt taste like any of the ingredients listed were in my serving. I wasnt expecting extremely sweet but I was expecting for it to taste like the name. Perhaps theres another flavor that will hit the mark for me. I will consider visiting again.

Due to the inaccurate reflection of yum’s hours I drove over an hour to try their ice cream only to find they had closed their doors to the public hours before they advertised as such. I was livid. Will never return.

Great place for dessert in West Palm Beach! Have only been in the area a week, but have already been twice. The ice cream is tasty and fun to watch it be made. Ive tried the Monkey Business, and Salty Nuts, both tasted delicious. Will most likely be back again! Only gripe I had was hopefully for the future they offer crushed Oreos as a topping instead of whole Oreos.

Im only giving 2 stars because the ice cream was good but the girl working had a bad attitude just because we were trying to figure out what we wanted since it was our first time. She was also wearing head phones the whole time. We ended ordering from the guy who had been helping someone else he took my order kindly but then the girl came and told him he couldnt change the ice cream to vanilla base. He did it anyway which she was openly very rude about. I will never come back for this horrible service. Youre much better off going to crema where the employees treat you with respect

Yum creamery is fantastic, the service there is great. You get to even watch them make your icecream cause they make it right in front of you. The mochi made in heaven is just delicious by far my favorite one so far.

This place is so dirty they need to have the health department come to check it out. The bathroom was disgusting. I asked for strawberries on my rolled ice cream and she proceeded to put them on the dirty cutting area, so I said no thank you. I took a few bites and threw the rest away because I was afraid to eat it with how dirty the place was; dirty windows, dirty doors, especially the bathroom, dirty counter. For paying over 6 dollars for a small amount of “ice cream” I will find a cleaner establishment.
