Store 13. Manager John was first class today, a real Customer Service pro, who did as he said he would, called me back with helpful info and generally did a great job. Above and beyond. Well see how Travelpro HQ deals with my problem.

Once you go Travelpro you cant stop travelin no moee. Hands down they make the most durable luggage, ive been using them for years without any problems. The employees were eager to help us find some new carry-on luggage that fit our budget. Excellent store, excellent product, excellent service. We will be back!

At this store, I bought a Flight Crew 5 Pilot suitcase 18 months ago. Its supposed to have a 3 year guarantee. One night after a trip the handle broke. When I brought it in to get it fixed, Gina was the employee on duty. She was not helpful at all and basically told me too bad, cant help you. Not only was she very rude to me, but also to another woman that was shopping. When I finally called her out on her rudness, she turned her rudness down a notch. At that point she gave me the 800 number to TravelPro. I desperately needed a suitcase for my trip that night, but I took my business elsewhere, some place where my hard earned money is valued and appreciated. I am a flight attendant and I used to send other flight attendants there when they asked where I had bought my case, now I will never recommend this place.

The worse customer service. The employee was on the phone and she was not answering any questions at all. We asked for a difference in suitcases and she said, look at the description.

John makes me feel like I am the only customer at this Travelpro location. His knowledge and ability in repairing and recommending luggage makes this flight attendant very happy! John, the manager, was wonderful. He spent lot and lots of time with us, showing us different cases and explaining the features of each. When there was an item this store didnt have, he found it in the St. Augustine store, he called and he made arrangements with an employee there to have it shipped to us. He truly went above and beyond.

Jon, the manager, was awesome. I brought in a piece of luggage for warranty repair. Jon was professional and responsive through out the entire process from ordering the part, answering the phone and calling me back..Superb service.…. cant complement enough.....

Walked in to buy a new carry-on piece. Was immediately greeted by Donna with a smile. The Store is very clean & well stocked. Donna was knowledgeable and able to find the exact piece I was looking for. Highly Recommend, go see Donna, shes the best!!!

Good place to go for luggage, briefcase, laptop bag and other travel related items to make packing for your trip easier. Pricing and selection is very good. Staff quite helpful and knowledgeable to make proper choices. Like their choices better than other stores at Palm Beach Outlets.
