Typically a pretty good experience. If I had any issues with a scooter or motorcycle, I would take it their first no doubt. Their prices from experience are usually fair and less expensive than most other places around the area.

Scooter shops are an important part of any community. They are a good sign that there is an active push for responsible and practical transportation reform in the area, and that said area is safe enough and close-knit enough to facilitate such an idyllic commute. Not to mention, coming from Key West myself, I have experienced many scooter shops and mechanics that were .. lets say, in the business for reasons that, may not be what you would call morally well-founded.CYCLE IVANS is nothing like those places. Ivan is professional, sociable, extremely knowledgeable, AND crucially - Genuine .. No scooter pun intended. The boss here is a sincere and honest man who represents what is great about small business in our community.I was very pleased with my overall experience here and highly suggest Cycle Ivans. When I got my first scooter I took it to this place; the worst customer service, and they change my carburetor even when my carburetor was good, at that time I didn’t know anything about motorcycles… I just figured out later. Also I had a friend that took his scooter there and they did the same with his scooter.That was very dishonest.

Pay attention to the paperwork. Its cheap and they have payment options also.

I bought my bike here and I think they could have done me wrong a couple times with bike repairs from my first bike and.something they failed to.do (letting it out) this failer cause a ticking in my engine

Thank God for cycle Ivan’s.They are honest workers who actually know what they are doing. They have provided me with quality repairs and have educated me with full explanations of the situation(including warranties). They called before making repairs presenting my options and after repairs presenting the old parts. They have earned my trust for life and I would recommend them if you are looking to purchase a bike or have a repair done. After dealing with a shady shop who I initially bought a bike from and has given me headaches when asking for answers,it’s more than a relief to have a shop I can actually trust.

I had my scooter towed there without meeting the people who worked there first and man I have been pleasantly surprised. Their prices are fair and reasonable. The customer service was impeccable. The consistency kept me updated through the whole process. I will be going here indefinitely. My only other experience with scooter shops was boca scooters and that left a bad taste in my mouth to say the least. Go here if you want quality service!

The worst place for bike repair, they charge me $66.00 for oil change! I just told them that the light switch is not working from my last repair, they bypass switch as direct with out my permission and charged me Half an hour labour.Hate the beard guy, he gave me only estimate as my receipt! As a female dealing with mechanics as much as I have and being screwed over as much as I have I guess because they figure I’m a female I must not know anything and do a half a** job so I can keep coming back but that’s not how I operate if my bike/car goes bad right after I get it fixed I’m not returning but when I went to cycle Ivan’s I was so fed up with never once having a good experience at a mechanic shop I had a bit of an attitude from the jump which I regret because they know the key to keeping a returning customer and that is excellent service they gave me new parts for so much cheaper than what I had paid at other mechanic shops for used parts and they call and check on the bike to make sure everything is working good, they seriously come from a place of experience and understanding and that is priceless so they honestly do the best that they can to get you back on the road and I was in such disbelief of their service that I had to give them this review because it was well deserved not only do they have a permanent customer because now I finally found a mechanic shop that’s now a home for my bike to be serviced but they earned my respect and appreciation so shout-out to cycle Ivan’s and thank you so much for caring and not just thirsting over money to the point where you put people in worse situations in their life you are truly appreciated, if anybody need their bike serviced please please go to cycle Ivan’s I give you my word you won’t regret it, and they have AMAZING deals on bikes.Thank you Les & Ivan 💯

I bought a used motorcycle from a private owner, a month later it started smoking and wouldn’t keep a charge. After reading this places reviews I decided to have it towed to the shop and have it fixed.In the midst of all this chaos, the owner called me and let me know he would send the estimate for repair. Once I review and approve, they would begin working on it. Long story short, bike was fixed at a very fair price and am very satisfied. I went to Ivans for a scooter and received fantastic service. They were friendly and informative. They ended up going above and beyond for me because I live kinda far from them and was going to drive the scooter home, but because it was my first time on it they loaded it onto their truck and drove me home and let me get a feel for it safely in my neighborhood. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for friendly reliable service.

I went to Cycle Ivans to check out scooters since I noted his above average rating and reviews. His prices were great and Ivan, himself was very personable and accommodating. I noted a powder blue Vespa that I really liked, so I went back another day to purchase it. The price was so reasonable that I was sold. Ivan not only delivered it but he made sure to explain how to start to how to ride, plus made sure I was comfortable on it before leaving. It’s a family to me . They work so hard with high demand of service.Sales they have top of line scooters. It maybe busy at time and wait seems long. He only has a selective crew that do top notch work.Ivans employees have been with him for years.while wait there a gas station store.To make the wait a little easier. I took my scooter to Ivan and they quickly repaired my issues unfortunately when they delivered the bike it had other issues and i had to send it back again but fortunately Mr Ivan not only took the bike back and repaired the other issues but didnt charge me anymore and was nice enough to return the bike to me himself. I was referred to Cycle Ivans by Lori. We take care of her pets and LOVE her. We had a problem with my husbands bike so it had to be towed there. The transporter Val was awesome. After the bike was delivered to Ivans they called for symptoms to tell the mechanic. Once they looked at it they called with what needed to be done and an estimate. They gave the Blue Max a tune up, found the problem and fixed him up and had him running better than I have ever heard from that bike. Amazing service. Reasonably priced and super friendly. We both have older motorcycles (2000 yzf and 1982 nighthawk) so we will definitely be back there and recommend them highly.

I am so glad I found this shop. I have an older bike (2004) that I have had problems with from the beginning. When I initially got the bike it was not running. I eventually was able to go it up and going but it was not running properly. I took it to a different shop (spent too much) and there was not much change in bike and it eventually broke down again just a couple of months later. Cycle Ivans saved my bike. It runs better and smoother than ever. Plus they are so nice and helpful when you talk to the guys there. I will definitely return when it is time for another service.

I bought a used 50cc scooter (🏍) from them and they gave me a fair price(🏍🤗). I ended up blowing a drive belt on it in a couple months(😭). its not the fault of the scooter(🏍) though. Im a jackass (🐴)!!! I walked my scooter (🏍)10 miles to there store even though theres a scooter shop (🏍🏬)right next to my house (🏡). I think they would of offered too pick it up but I turned it down and then change my mind at the last minute. Its all good though. I know theyll do me(🤡) and betsy (🏍)right!!! Im not sure about the wait times for repairs. Im still waiting for them to open(😐). They open pretty early though which is a good thing(🙂). I was having some trouble with my Honda Ruckus starting and it was choking everytime I gave it gas. Ivan went through a short list of troubleshooting and quickly found an air hose that was disconnected. It ran perfectly after that. I was so thankful for his help I could have spent hundreds trying to figure out the problem myself. On top of that he said it was so quick he wouldn’t even charge me. I can’t wait until I have another issue with my Ruckus so I can have him take a look at it and buy some parts from his shop, thanks again Ivan!

I had a horrible experience at a scooter store on Dixie highway that was a terrible experience it kind of hurt to Im 20 years old and all the money I worked hard for to put in this scooter was just a let down... The owner and some of the other employees were very unprofessional (sexual comments towards me) in their (loud) conversations. Unprofessional both in volume and content. I wouldnt have bothered with this review, except I tried to resolve the issue in person first. I mentioned that I was trying to focus on the business at hand, and requested they take such unwelcome comments elsewhere. Their response was to get an attitude and mock me.This is not a situation where some unmonitored employees need guidance. The owner was involved in this behavior. Their saving grace was the employee that helped me, who behaved in a kind and professional manner. Maybe he could teach the owner (and coworkers) how to respect customers.Hopefully they do a good job with my scooter, since the customer service is so lacking. I will update review.Update after the owner commented: This reply is even more insulting. I dont need extra attention. I need the basic respect you show any human being, no matter what is between their legs.

Fixed my bike, also changed my tail lights and charged me for it. They were fine when i brougt it in. Charged me for a new head light, again, fine when i brought it in.l, and now my horn dont work. They offered to fix the horn for money. 200 and sloppy work

I have dealt with cycle ivans for better then 12 years. and I can tell you that you couldnt ask for a better place to deal with. To start with when I look for a place to bring my bike I look for someone who meets three qualities . Honesty, knowledge, and fairness Ivan as far as im concerned has always met and surpassed those qualities. Ivan is by far the most knowledgeable motorcycle mechanic in the county .Regardless of whatever bike I needed repair on he always found and fixed what was wrong. I will bring my cycles nowhere else.

Any scooter riders worst nightmare is catching a flat tire, especially if you are traveling at high speeds on the turnpike. Even worse is if you are in an unfamiliar area with no access to a gas station for miles, tire is off the rim, and your only option is to wait hours for an expensive tow to the closest scooter shop!Thankfully, Les & Ivan not only had favorable online reviews, but they were conveniently located to me in WPB, and were very accommodating to my circumstances.They have excellent email response time and communication, and when my bike was towed to the shop, the work (new tire mounted & calibrated) was completed within a few hours of the bike arriving!Les also went above and beyond by pointing out additional areas of wear and tear (brake pads) that should be serviced on my next visit.The only thing to make this a 5 star review is improving the customer service, branding and shop merchandising.I would certainly recommend this shop to other scooter 🏍 riders in the WPB area!

I had my scooter stolen right out of my driveway. The police found it the next day and said I needed to get an estimate on the damage to the bike. they were the only place that didnt want to charge me 100 plus to look at it. This isnt the first time coming to cycle ivans. Ive owned my scooter for 4 years and have taken it here 3 times and everytime the experience was amazing. A big thanks guys, you are our scooter mechanics.

Very poor customer service at this shop and the guy with glasses will cuss you out for no reason when he feels like it i was told if i ordered a part i would recieve it 4 days later but guess what i got it back 4 weeks later and i paid double shipping cost anywhere else would of been a over night shipping fee what a waste of money and time mind you i also paid double for the part used that should been a new part shame on ivans employees no respect for the customers i had to get a sheriff deputy over there so i can get my part that guy just wouldent give it to me because he dident feel like it

Had some work done to my bike. All the work was done properly (oil change, chain adjustment, brake pads, new front tire) However, within 2 days of getting my bike back, my tire that was 3k miles and 2 months old had THREAD showing. Guy on phone told me they enflated the tire to 34. Took it to Ivan to see what I should do, and he told me it should be enflated to 36-39 psi. So which one is it? But he tried to tell me tire pressure wouldnt cause tread wear. I was honestly hoping to just buy a new tire without paying the install price because of this error, but then Ivan told me this was caused by burnouts. The funny thing is, I have never done a burnout on this tire. Not once. He said well someone did. After thinking about it, the only people who had the keys to this bike or access to this bike, was them! Now I dont know, call me crazy, but if theres melted rubber on my exhaust pipe, showing a recent burnout, and I didnt do it, I wonder who did? I dont want to point any fingers but you guys can draw your own conclusion. I wanted to have a shop to take my 09 CBR600RR with 13k miles to for the rest of its life, but after this experience, spending close to $700 in two visits there, and having the owner of the business showing no concern towards keeping a customer, I will not be taking my bike back to this shop. I wouldnt recommend you take your bike someplace where you end up having fresh melted rubber and a burnt out tire after dropping it off and leaving it with them overnight. 2 stars since they did basic work without error.

This is second time I brought a Vespa to them for service. First time was several years ago for a cylinder kit for an ET2. They did a great job as I had no issues and it was a large job. Today I brought my LX150 for some simple issues: oil change, front brake pads and carb issue. I am picky about parts(brought my own) and service(I prefer to not use dealers). If you have a Vespa do not have any reservations about bringing it here. I brought parts to do a carb rebuild. They found that it was running rough because of a cracked intake. They suggested not rebuilding just replacing that simple part. This reflects their honesty. Also, It had a slight bent side mirror. They straightened it without me even asking. Total cost was way below what Vespa would have charged. Ivan has been here for years. Take your scooter to him.

I took my Icebear Rocket 50cc to Ivans to get oil change and new gas filter. They put a tiny gas filter that lasted a month b4 it clogged! They took off my Boca scooter tag cover and put theirs on!! They suck!!

60 total for back tire replacement, that was ok. Quoted me 109 total to replace Light and Starter switch control. 8.00 on ebay. Side fender wasnt put back on all the way, was showing a less than a half inch gap. Got on and off a few times and next I know the fender connectors are broke. This cant be the only scooter repair shop in WPB.
