CALLED TO GET A HOSPITAL BED FROM uhc DISTCONNECTED 5 TIMES, WORST SERVICE EVER, TERRIBLE SERVICE ON HOLD EACH TIME FOR 15+ MINUTES AND THEN DISCONNECTED, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
Awful customer service. They dont realize the work in a time sensitive business with patients care at risk. If the employee of lincare had to struggle one day with low oxygen they would understand better the business they are in.
Wanted Lincare to know how much we appreciate the service of Jose who comes to our home to assist us in all our needs concerning my 24/7 oxygen requirements. This terrific young man is surely an asset to Lincare.
