I have shopped at Sally Beauty Supply for many years and must admit this was the first location from coast to coast I have ever been in where the woman was so rude. There was only one woman working. she did not greet me when I came into the store and stared at me as if I was not welcome there for several minutes. Never offering to help me in any way. Finally I asked her advise on product. With so many locations there is no reason to visit this one! I will continue to shop other Sally locations where I am treated as a valued customer.

Ive never had a great experience here. I felt that the manager and cashier were rude. The girl on the floor was helpful and sweet. Thats the only reason I gave 2 stars

My wife went in to get a couple of things then realized she grabbed the wrong color and when she turned around to go back in the last had locked the door. She said I just need to switch this color she told her sorry you will have to come back tomorrow. She was not in the store passed closing either so it wasnt like she had held the lady up.

Ladies were very helpful. But so expensive!
