We came here to have our Chrysler Town and Country looked at and get an oli change. Our engin light had come on so we needed a diagnostic done as well. This place was easy to find. But the front doors were not unlocked at opening time. We discovered that the unmarked door on the right side of the building was the service enterance and that was unlocked and open for business. They offer coffee and popcorn. The waiting room was in the dealers room. They had a really big Gong. Glad I didnt have my kids with me. It would be difficlut to keep their hands off it. The lobbby had magazines and kid coloring books w/ crayns for kids and a TV playing softly. The restrooms are large and I would consider them handicap friendly.Turns out our Thermostat rationality was off and they did have parts to fix it. It would take a bit so they offered to drive us back into town to hang out till the job was done. The service and how we were treated was wonderful.
Stopped by this business with my much older, 2008 Dodge Avenger, to ask a question about a light that was on on my dash. They jumped right on the chance to help me, explained stuff to me and even checked and aired up all my tires. Very friendly staff. Would certainly make them a top choice when purchasing a new car.

They have worked on my husbands Dodge ram 1500 three times. Each time the truck went in they would have it over a week. The customer serves was poor as well. We are out over 4,000 dollars and they the runs worse than before. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Worst customer service we have ever received! I am only giving two stars because the sales rep (Colt) was amazing, he done all he could for us but his manager was NOT willing to work anything out with us once we said we werent going to finance through them. Not to mention they ran credit checks through 4 different companies on us so we are taking a hit for that.

My son purchased a used 2015 Grand Caravan extremely low mileage there was aa issue with it and the Service Department, Tyler, really went out of their way to make everything right. Took in a 2017 Jeep for the engine light being on 2 weeks ago. Today the engine sounded like it was cutting out while idling in gear. Called the service department back, they didnt know what, if anything could be done. The service manager would get back to us on Monday. My husband works over the weekend and I have two kids and errands to run over the weekend. My husband drove it a couple miles to try to explain better what it was doing and the engine light began to flash. We immediately parked the vehicle and pulled out the paperwork to see exactly what was fixed before. Turns out it was nothing. The paper states PCM small verification did fail but the test per Chrysler engineering is subjective and doesnt really mean anything. Upon reading this, we called the manager of Bayird and requested something be done. Instead, he took our number and will have the service manager get back with us. Now, my son has a ball game over the weekend and no way to get there because our car is not drivable with the light flashing and Bayird isnt willing to give a loaner vehicle. On top of that, we have to have it towed somewhere to be fixed. We purchased the extended warranty with a $200 deductible. Now we have paid the deductible once but will have to pay it again. We have attempted to buy from Bayird before and immediately been talked down to with unhelpful representatives. We have purchased numerous vehicles including 3 brand news ones in the past 4 years, but cant seem to get them from Bayird.FOLLOW UP: as we expected we did have to pay another $200 deductible, even though we have written proof that it was an issue that was not fixed the first time it was there. They did provide a loaner vehicle and have made a point to tell us with every other breath that was a courtesy. The part replaced was only a $45 part with huge fees for labor. I would be more than happy to provide anyone copies of the service orders stating that the tech in the first place recommended to wait for the problem to progress. We are headed to small claims over the $400 and would not recommend Bayird in ANY town. The dealership is only as good as its service department.
Do not recommend this business. Very unreliable, dishonest, and unprofessional. They don’t care about lying to an individuals face as long as they come out on top. Never met a business that needs to be closed as much as this one does. Keith Bayird is so unprofessional. In his eyes the customer is never right regardless of the situation. Bought a used 16 ram 3500. Within two days I realized the differential was bad, took it to a dealer in Tennessee. They said differential had water and water damage needed to be rebuilt. Took it back to Bayird in west plains fought with them over the damage they said did not exist I just did not know about these trucks. They finally realized it WAS bad and rebuilt it..two days later driving back to Tennessee rear diff locks up slid off the highway and there I sat. Had to pay for towing twice that they would not help with and the truck was now in Paducah at another dealer... Sat there two months waiting on a back ordered diff housing. Finally got the truck back with flat spotted tires, made truck shake. told bayird would be back to get the tires and they had the nerve to tell me I had to pay for the tires after they messed up my truck. Told them to stick it you know where. Bayird is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought tires elsewhere.

Took my truck in for recall work, was told on the phone it would take less than 30 minutes, person at the desk said 45 minutes, an hour later it was done. Sitting in the show room, not a single salesman spoke to me. All sitting visiting with each other in closed offices. Selection on the lot is blah. I have always had problems with their service department.

Wife has had her oil changed several times here in the past. This time a different mechanic could not even break the oil drain plug loose and I had to replace the pan. Changed oil again after 500 miles because it was already black. Doubt oil was ever actually changed at all. Do not recommend their shop.

Brought my vehicle in to get the plastic window/lock switch piece on the door repaired (The clips to hold it into the door broke). After 4 weeks of frustration and “waiting on parts” they replaced the door handle system, which wasn’t broke in the first place.We where charged for the door handle system and they didn’t even replace and fix the broken part. After confronting the dealer about the issue, they said that they will not refund me for the handle system.

Still deciding about a new vehicle purchase but Ive got to thank the guys at Bayird for the way in which they interacted with me. Not only did they do everything to find exactly what I need, but they treated me with respect. I had stopped at Morlan-Shell Ford dealership on the way up to Bayird and they offered me HALF of what my current vehicle is worth. Who knows, maybe Morlan-Shell tries to shaft everyone on trade-ins, but I had the feeling they did it because Im female and they figured I wouldnt know any better. This was NOT the case at Bayird. They came back with a reasonable offer AND they were wiling to negotiate on it a little. Once I decide exactly what I want, Ill be coming back to Bayird for the purchase.

I will never ever buy from there again and I do not recommend anyone ever buy there or trust them to service any of your vehicles as they are crooked and using illegal excuses to profit there company! The mechanics make up lies and then the managers stand behind the mechanic making them even though irrefutable proof has been documented to show that they were lying and just making up reasons to charge you for stuff you do not need! Buyers and all customers beware!

Took my car to get some work done they told me it would cost $2000 + for a water pump when everywhere else I got a quote they charger 600, even looking at prices online and calling a couple dealers in Springfield everyone said the same price of around 600. And on top of that when I come to get my car to take it to a different dealer I have 2 flat tires and a dead battery, something that was fine before.

The sales people seem very indifferent as to whether you buy from them or not with a, well heres the car heres the price that was pretty much his pitch. The part that bothered me most is they bribe customers with 5 star ratings, if you give us 5 stars your next oil change is free! Then if you dont know how to prove you gave them 5 stars they act like they dont know you. Or theyll say something like well you gave us 5 stars on the wrong survey. They boast a 100 dollar customer referral program. My parents bought a new jeep a week after we bought our new jeep there and when we went back to inquire about the 100 dollar bonus they said well they used a different sales person so that doesnt apply to us. Really the same family bought two new cars there in two weeks time and thats the thanks we get? And the service department is slow, slow, slow if you need oil changed show up at 9 am maybe it will be done by 2 PM. Their advice to me during negotiating the price of the vehicle I bought was if I can find a better deal I should go there. Well the next time I buy a vehicle I will most definetly take their advice and go somewhere else, which is also my advice to everyone that reads this.

I bought my 2014 Dodge Journey back in August of 2016 and with in the first month i had it i noticed issues and took it in and they had to replace a Head on it and gaskets. Then a week later same issues and they had to replace another head on it and then the thermostat housing, intake manifold gasket, then now again now it had a water leak again and replaced the water pump oil filter adapter then again the intake manifold gasket, intake plenum gasket said it was leaking from the Oil Cooler. I took it back 3 times for the same issues at the beginning. They still cant find whats wrong with the front end like i told them. When I set up my appointments each time I told them I need a loner car and when I got there for my appointment and asked where was the loner car the department manager said oh we dont have a loner and he was the one who made my appointment the first 3 times and done that to me 2 times in a row. Then this last time last week they said it was going to be a 2 hour job and I said ok as long its not over night I will need a loner car she said no its a 2 hour job and this was at 1130 am. Well Im at work and 5 pm rolls around and no phone call and no car. I call them and the woman has no clue because the one that handles my case went home already. So she find out that it needed another part and no one called me to tell me it would not be done and to get me a loner car. Left me stuck once again. Had to leave work early loose wages again and had boss give me a ride up there where they gave me a car that was a trade in that nasty dirty and stinky. Got my car back 3 days ago and now it has an oil leak. Chad Martin at Bayird Dodge does not care about his customers by no means and will not make things right. I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE TO BUY A CAR... CHAD WILL DO YOU WRONG... SO I CALLED THE CHRYSLER DODGE HEADQUARTERS AND HAVE A CASE WORKER INVESTIGATING. SPREAD THE WORD PEOPLE DO NOT BUY AT BAYIRD DODGE. FROM A VERY UPSET CUSTOMER
