Let me just say this NEVER have I ever felt so unbelievably disrespected in my life! The young lady was trying to make up for the extremely rude lady! Will never shop here again! We have a large family with many kids in sports! Usually we shop at the Springfield location! After spending over 250.00 today the lady was completely disrespectfully rude the more I think about it the more I regret not standing up for myself!

Good selection of shoes and clothes, but the customer service is horrible. Never greeted when you come into store. Workers standing around talking about personal life, current manager very unfriendly! I havent had good customer service several times I have stopped in. You have to get someone to wait on you at shoe wall, because the workers are standing around talking about their personal life.

Merchandise is very low and I purchased a pair of Nike shorts for a family member . I live in a neighboring state and when I got home I noticed the shorts had a snag in the material resulting in a line almost completely across one side . I took them back after calling the store and was told it was ok to do so. The store associate Dedra was very nice and helpful . Her manager Ms. Leslie ? was walking to the front of the store with a new worker explaining how to clock in. As she approached the adjoing register Dedra explained that I was the one returning the defective merchandise. Ms. Leslie became a bit upset and began telling me she couldnt do a thing about the defective merchandise because I didnt have a receipt. Dedra presented my receipt from a couple days ago and then Ms. Leslie was concerned because the tags were missing. She informed me that without tags for all she knew the shorts could have been worn during practice and gotten snagged. Im a bit confused as to what she meant by the practice statement . She automatically assumed the person receiving the shorts was involved in some sort of practice . Anyway. The tags were missing because I gave them as a gift. I was raised to always remove tags before giving. I did have original receipt from only 2 days before. I was allowed to exchange the shorts for another pair just like them as I requested. However I was informedDo not bring anything back without tags everMs. Leslie stated this is a ONE time thing. So if you shop at Hibbetts in West Plains be sure and examine merchandise before purchasing, be sure and leave tags on after purchasing and keep receipt.

This store is great to find items for youth for organized sports.Has very little to nothing to offer runners, other than shoes.Staff is a gamble. I have had great service at times, but other times it was so bad it outweighed any good experience.

Great staff and great selection of quality, name brand merchandise...Definitely will be going back...

Today my granddaughter went to sports Hibbett Sports in West Plains. Mo. And the girl was really rude! For no reason!! Wont be back!

Hibbett Sports is as good as it gets. Driving west from Memphis, towards Branson, my copilot and I needed to stretch our legs after a long day on the road. We stopped in West Plains at a strip mall and walked on into Hibbett Sports on a chilly Thursday night. Hibbett being a local establishment, we didnt know what a brilliant choice we had made! The staff immediately offered a hand, and next thing we knew, we were having a friendly, fun discussion about the town and its many sporting opportunities. It was a real slice of Missouri hospitality. We bought some basketball shoes that we didnt even need (acl injuries, from skiing...) just to show our appreciation. Frankly, the staff should be providing outside consultancy to the terrible Modells staff in nyc, because this was an infinitely superior experience.

Very pricey. And if you have to order something bc its not in the store, you are charged shipping..even if its delivered to the store! Thats Not good customer service
