A nice cozy place to get a good cup of coffee. Shop offers a decent variety in the menu regarding flavors & other drinks, including frappe style. Light bites are also available.Staff was super friendly & helpful. Overall atmosphere is fairly relaxed & welcoming. Convenient location. Recommended.

Great coffee and very nice staff. There was only one gal working on the Saturday morning we went and there was a long wait but I didnt mind. Got to just sit with my girlfriend and enjoy the time. The girl working got everyones drinks right including ours which to me would be a very hard thing to do working alone. Will definitely be back.

Found this establishment by accident and decided to check it out because my wife loves espresso and theres NO Starbucks south of Springfield. This is a very nice, quaint place, open, and airy, we loved the open face brick and old tin ceiling and dark wood-stained tables.Had the chicken salad sandwiches and the tomato basil and broccoli cheddar soups. Very delicious repast. Highly recommend this place if youre in the County/ Courthouse area of West Plains Missouri. If were in the area, well be sure to stop in again...❤👍

They tried to short me on my chicken tenders by giving me little paces of chicken and not a tender, I told the girl she needed to give me another tender, she came and brought us another batch of them, she said they were running short on tenders and that is why she shorted me.

I was given a coupon for a free item here so I decided to go in for a hot chocolate. I came in around noon and the place was fairly empty. I was able to walk right up to the counter and get my drink. The barista working asked me if Id like peppermint and whipped cream and what milk I would like. I really liked the choices that I had, even with just a simple hot chocolate. Ive gotten hot chocolate at other places before, but theirs was really good. It wasnt made with a powder and I think that made the difference.

I love this place! The atmosphere, the baristas are always super kind, the music is great. Nothing negative to say whatsoever.ALSO, about a month or so ago, I asked about the London Fog before it was on their menu and lo and behold, they now have it on their menu! The expanded menu is wonderful.

Just moved to WP from overseas and glad I found this place. Drink and crepes are excellent and love that they offer dairy free options. My son cannot have dairy so he likes being able to stop here also. Their places are great also. Wifi is excellent.

Ordered an iced coffee black, got one with a fair amount of milk in it. The cinnamon roll was decent, but not worth $5+. Very cool building and setting though. I like that theyre keeping the square alive. Barista was nice.

Sarrah was so helpful yesterday with helping me pick a latte! We would love to have her as a real estate assistant at my dads office if she is interested. I am sure she would love the way we set up her bonuses! She was extremely positive and encouraging we will be back! Hopefully we can get her on our team.

Best lattes in town, hands down! The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. I hold meetings here often and whether its quiet or busy, its never overwhelming. The owners are also committed to building and supporting community. Its nice to patronize a business that shares my values!

Love the atmosphere! I got a maple spice latte and a cookie. Oh my, it was wonderful! They offer a good selection and the service is great. Very clean establishment. It is a great place to go alone, or with friends. I enjoy looking at historic downtown while sitting and sipping. Go! Try it!

I Did Not like the service I had, & was Very displeased, & I must say that if Anyone goes there, I hope that you have Better Service than I did. Btw, if you are not pleased with The Service or Server; Always, Always, Always go to Another Better Coffee Shop, who is much friendlier, has Servers with a Better Attitude, is bigger, better, nicer, has a Larger Selection of coffees, as well as; teas, & is also a Much Better Coffee Shop, than 10/40. If I were A Food Critic, I would give this place, 0 to 1 star.

10/40 is a very cool place. The music is always amazing. It really helps create a chill atmosphere.

Our family has loved making this a weekly stop on the weekend.Because of new management we haven’t visited as often because hours have changed week to week and the evening hours aren’t as late.

A great little coffee shop. I was underwhelmed the first time I went right after they opened but now Im a regular customer. Their caramel macchiato is really good. They might be a touch on the expensive side but definitely cheaper than Starbucks and super friendly staff. Id recommend them to anyone

The place itself is super cool. Amazing ceiling, comfy couches, cool art work!The scones were mediocre, they weren’t warmed up or even offered to be warmed up, and until we sat down, nothing was mentioned about the loyalty program. For our first visit we were a little let down by the extras, but the coffee is good anyhow.

My experience here wasn’t pleasant, the coffee and the hot chocolate tasted horrible and the workers were rude and didn’t dress appropriately. They didn’t have ice for the iced coffee nor did they know how many points to get things free. I would not recommend drinking coffee or hot chocolate.

This was an incredibly disappointing visit. First I was given a plain bagel when I ordered an everything bagel. Then when I received my everything bagel it still was raw dough in several places and had fallen apart. This experience makes me hesitant to return.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The coffee is down right disgusting and the people that work there are super rude and unfriendly. The staff has never had any training whatsoever! I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. Waste of money if you ask me. This place is pretty much a rip off of Heroes Coffee (which by the way I will 100% recommend to anyone). Save your money and time and dont come here!
