The staff is knowledgeable and nice enough but they sure dont actually LISTEN to the customers. Ive made several preorders with them and each and every time they have somehow messed them up. They may be closer to where I live but its worth the extra drive time to go to another location for me at least.

The Game Stop in West Plains is bigger than most of the others Ive visited. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about the newest games for my kids. They keep me informed about upcoming games and game consoles. Ive been to other Game Stops and ours is the best!

After writing Gamestop off in Lebanon due to subpar customer service, I decided to give this store a try some years later and have been very happy I did. Knowledgeable and friendly employees, good selection, and great customer service. Highly recommended. I had a defective online order that they swapped out in store, and the one they didnt have in stock they had shipped to my door for free (I live about 45 minutes from GameStop). That is stellar service, they deserve each of their five stars.

I like the people there and the selection is good. I dont like the prices or the trade in values. They have sold me many games that dont read correctly and even sold me a Xbox one with a broken disc drive. I recommend going to game stash on the square.

I love game shop. Lots of games for all different consoles. I knew nothing about video games and they helped me with all the questions I had. They were very knowledgeable. There prices are cheaper than Walmart and its alot easier to return something if it breaks. They got some video game merch, used and new consoles and much more. Definitely would recommend.

Went to see how cheap a used game would be and it was actually cheaper to go to walmart and buy it brand new. I asked gamestop if they could match the price, and their response was we dont negotiate prices. sooo I went to Walmart and bought it brand new.
