I took 3 of my atvs for maintenance and repair. I communicated with Marty in the repair dept. One of the atvs had a strange issue with the reverse feature. We thought it was a costly repair but after they did the research, they found that it was a huge stick obstructing the fuel injector. Lucky us, it did not damage anything and they just had to pull the stick out. Marty is very professional and kind. He kept us informed of every service done to our atvs. We are happy to come back every time we need any maintenance and repairs to this location. Thank you Marty for your help!

I would give my experience 10 stars if it were possible! I dealt with Brandon Creech, salesman who was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He went way beyond to go out in the freezing temperatures to tie my bike down in the trailer, for me to haul home, an hour away. It didnt move an inch! Great experience with Brandon!! Kelly in finance is the greatest! Looked for the best financial options for me, very pleasant and friendly guy to do business with. An employee of this business did me quite a favor recently. On a very hot and steamy day I mistakenly pulled to the back thinking the drive went all the way around Mega. When I realized it didn’t-and there was no way for me to safely turn around-I went looking for help. That is when Joe took the time/saved the day/and probably my husbands fender. He walked all the way around the building and got our truck and trailer turned around for me. Thank you Joe!!!!!

Great service as always

I heard great things about this place but my experience today was very disappointing. I called today to check their hours because i was traveling to purchase a new toy for my collection. While i was on the phone I asked if they could help my mother with handicaps unhook the trailer so she could run an errand and then i could be there to help her hook it up when i got there. They told me they could not pull someone off the floor unless i was a paying customer!?!? This would have been my 3rd rzr/can-am. I was fully attempting to be a customer but sadly that I cannot. I hope that this was just a bad day but I fear it is not.

The deal was done, with no need to put any additional effort out... However the sales manager took the time, even though they were swamped with customers to check one additional finance place for us. He got us a 5.4 rate rather than the 9.9 that had previously. Great experience, and recommend them for this reason.

The guys there are great. Left there without a purchase yet. Told them what kind of interest in interested in paying. My credit was good but my credit cards are a bit high in utilization right now. I didnt qualify for my idea of interest rate because of this. Left there with goal to pay them down and get the better deal. They didnt try to push me into a rate I told them I didnt want . For this, they get 5 stars

I took my RZR 900 4 seater in for service in 2019, along with 3 other ATVs, and spent about $2200 in their service department, which I was fine with.Part of the service order was to change the oil in all 4 machines. Mega Motorsports forgot to put oil back in the RZR, and it ended up completely destroying my motor. I brought this to their attention a few months later (because we only ride at Cloud 9 Ranch and only go a few times per year, so I didn’t drive it until then and didn’t know there was no oil), they denied all of it, saying I should have checked the oil before driving it. I had just paid them to change the oil, so naturally, why would I check to see if they put oil back in?The manager refused to take ownership of the mistake. I ended up selling the RZR for more than $4,000 less than what it would have been worth otherwise.I had no way of proving it was their mistake, so I’m the one who paid for the mistake.The guy I sold it to at a loss (a mechanic, who’s intention was to buy it and replace the motor) called me during the engine breakdown to inform me he removed the brand new oil filter Mega had replaced, cut it in half, and it was blatantly obvious that the oil filter never had so much as a drop of oil in it, which further proves they never replaced the oil during the oil change. This was, of course, after I’d already sold it and taken the loss.I wish I would have thought to do this before selling it.I told the manager of this during my next visit, and he just stared at me with blank look on his face and said nothing. No offer to try to help, no empathy for what happened. Just a look like “and???”Before thIs, I had good experiences at Mega, but this obviously soured me in a bad way, forcing me to leave this negative review, a review type of which I almost never do.

Chris was very knowledge about my purchase of a Polaris Ranger 570 side by side. Kelly made the document process pleasurable as well. The entire staff was very friendly all the way to the delivery process. I would recommend everyone to give Mega Motorsports a call before your next purchase. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I requested info from 5 dealerships and BRANDON CREECH was the only person to call me back with the info I was asking for. On top of that, I called them and told them I was driving down to buy the bike for the price he quoted me and when I got there BRANDON told me the price dropped by $200 and they passed the discount on to me even though they already had me sold. It is refreshing to deal with a business that still appreciates honesty and integrity. I would have given them 5 stars even before that, but that blew me away. KELLY WAKE was also great making sure that I was happy with the bike before they sold it to me. I will be buying my next bike or ATV from them. Thank you for the good old fashioned customer service!

I bought a motorcycle from Mega Motorsports about 3 years ago. This bike was awesome and it was a great price. The day after I bought it it stopped running and would not start for anything. I called them and they came and picked it up. They got it back into the shop and tried to start it and the engine blew up because it had no oil because the mechanic who had done the oil change had left the old oil filter gasket on the bike and put a new oil filter on it so it had 2 gaskets on it and then melted together when I drove it away. The oil drained out of it whenever I parked and thats why it wouldnt start. They had no legal obligation to fix it because it was already in my name and they had already been paid. They refinanced me for a little bit more and I got a nicer bike out of it that was beautiful and ran great. They did me right on that deal and I wish there were more businesses that take care of their customers like they took care of me.

On Nov 14 2017, my son and I went to Mega Motorsports to pick uo a motor scooter he had ordered for his wife.John Wells had everything ready for us, and the bike was outfitted with the equipment we had requested, prepped, test driven. and ready for delivery on time.Because of Johns attention to detail and hard work, this was the easiest vehicle transaction we have ever made.Took my ATV to Mega Motorsports yesterday 05/09/2017 for a stalling problem. I arrived a little early and was sitting in my truck waiting for the shop to open, when a young man named Aaron came out and unloaded my bike for me and invited me inside to a nice waiting area to wait until the shop opened. Mike Morrison waited on me, took the time to listen to my concerns, I expected to hear back in a day or so, but I received a call just after noon telling me my unit was ready. When I paid the bill I was told that if my problem was not resolved to call back and they would do what ever they could to resolve my concern.Today I worked the unit hard for several hours and it performed flawlessly. Thank you for a job well done.

Dont know when Ive enjoyed spending my hard-earned money more. It took two trips from Springfield to get er done, but Brandon and Kelly made it such a pleasure, I was almost sorry when it was over. I got the exact bike I wanted at a price way below what I expected to pay and had a good time doin it. It just dont get no better than that.

I found my dream bike while browsing their Harley used inventory. I went back and did a test drive then sealed the deal a couple days later with Chris and many of the wonderful crews help. Due to logistics and weather, I couldnt pick it up and bring in my trade. Chris made it easy, he delivered my 2017 Harley Softtail Slim to my home, and picked up my trade. Was out riding in 38^ weather. They made my life very good indeed....
