Shopped at this store during their black Friday event. Store was clean and well stocked, associates were helpful. Best was the prices! Will be back

We recently moved to the area and visited the West Plains Hometown Store. Keagan, Jeremy and Kyle have been outstanding in customer service. We purchased a number of high end items and the friendliness and service and after the sale care are second to none. They are very willing to help and do all they can to put the customer first......something a lot of companies dont do anymore.We dont even shop around anymore....we go to this store and they always take care of us with fair, competitive prices and have an excellent attitude to make sure we are satisfied and happy.We had an issue with an item and they were on it immediately and brought us a replacement the same day.......totally unheard of in most businesss today. No hassles and no run around.They are a true pleasure to do business with!

Just moved here from out of town. The folks working here were great at helping me pick out the appliances for my new home. The delivery guys were great too. All around great experience!

There is always some issue Everytime I go to this store. This will be my last visit. Picking up and paying for a tool bag that I ordered which should have been a 5 minute thing turned into a 40 minute ordeal. First they couldnt find it, then they tried to charge me more than what I ordered it for so they had to fix that bouncing back from computer to computer and not to mention the printer which is all the way in the back of the store. And ordering the thing at the store was a nightmare also, it seems like no one knows how to run the computers there. This same thing happened months ago when I got a washer cord. I figured it was just because they were just starting up the company again. But awhile later and still the same. Sorry but I dont have the time after working 8-5 to spend 40 minutes picking up a tool bag when I have kids to go get. The employees were nice, but this has got to stop. No longer a sears customer.

Where should I start I live in Pennsylvania and my aunt live in west plains. She was told by several salesman lies. It was that bad she was told they would buy her extended warranty out. Then she was told someone was coming out . The day the was suppose to come out it was canceled .My aunt was told he was sick. She was out of a washer for 3 weeks. What should of happened was they should of brought her a new washer out. The man that was out today fixed it very nice man. What I would like to know anyone she talked to ever had to wash there clothes in bath tube and hang them out on clothes line .When I come to west plains I will be stopping at store to see them. To tell them in person how upset my senior aunt was. Thanks

I was sold a new refrigerator, or so I thought. Turns out it was returned and broken. The first owners had activated the warranty, causing me a major headache just trying to get the Sears helpline to actually help me. 2.5 hours on hold and being bounced around I finally got a repair date scheduled. Which was also a joke. 4 appointments, 2 no shows later and I still do not have a fully functioning new refrigerator. Calling the local store has only gotten me referred to the main Sears helpline, which isnt helpful. I am beyond disgusted and doubt I will ever buy Sears again.
