This is a terrible company, or at a minimum a terrible branch of this company. Do not trust that this company will provide you with equipment that works; and when said equipment fails be prepared for the staff to tell you that they “are not EMTs” when you have a medical equipment emergency and they mess up. Do not expect the management to be accommodating or to assist you. Do not expect this company to care about the patients they serve. Don’t expect anything from this company other than issuance of faulty equipment and maybe some kind words from a guy named Randy.This isn’t the company to deal with when your loved ones rely on the medial equipment LINCARE issues or their service.

Ive only dealt with this co a short time. The lady who answers the phone has NO answers. Says she will find out and call you back. Still waiting from last Thursday. Dont have oxygen tanks that are portable. I have 1 tank on wheels that I got last week. For all they know its empty.

Lincare is where its at. Heather and Kevin are super nice and are always ready to help you with your Oxygen and equipment. I personally wouldnt go anywhere else. Shelley.
