Have purchased multiple firearms and quite a bit of ammo/parts from Talos. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Do a great job of keeping inventory in stock. Try to get as much ammo in as they can but obviously theres an industry wide shortage. Highly recommend for anyone in the market.

Well was first major gun purchase and I can honestly say there is no need to go anywhere else. Wife and I spent an hour browsing the handguns and never felt rushed or out of place. Very welcoming and very knowledgeable. Keith was a great help! That being said everyone was beyond friendly and helpful! Great store great selection great help! Cant wait to pick up our new toy!

The highest quality service in the greater tri-cities area by far, professional and knowledgeable sales staff, and though waits can be long due to the high volume of customers, it is well worth it. The lady at the door is incredibly nice as well.

Want a sporty modern rifle or pistol? This is the place! They also usually have some interesting used firearms for reasonable prices, and the selection actually changes (they arent running a museum). Bought my first pistol here (used Astra A-100), as well as many of the parts for my first AR-15 build. Ammo selection is probably their worst deficiency, and is why I took off a star. Its a pretty small shop, so I can understand the limited space to stock ammo. I usually go to Ranch & Home for my ammo needs, but sometimes Talos Tactical has better ammo prices. If you reload your own brass, dont expect to find reloading supplies. If they have any, its pretty sparse.

I started going to Talos Tactical about two years ago if I remember correctly. I use go to over to that place that has a hole in their wall and have never looked back. I go in a few times a month, and every time I go in I end up with some useful knowledge at the very least. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help, no matter the question or concern. I have been bringing friends and family to this location and we’ve all been very satisfied. I am currently building an AR 15 and they have been extremely helpful! Would highly recommend doing all gun associated business with them.

Today was my first time to visit Talos Tactical and the staff was very helpful and friendly too. I found exactly what I was looking for.They also have a good selection of tactical rifles and gear. There prices seem to be competitive as well. I think Ill be buying my next rifle there.

Very nice staff, good selection.Drove all the way from Yakima since all the gun shops there didnt have the firearm I wanted. These guys had a couple, so I headed their way and got there just before they closed. Pretty fast too, in and out in like 10 minutes. Hope to buy another from them soon.

Horrible experience had to wait outside for over 20 minutes to get into buy ammo. Not worth the wait in line. I would have picked another store to go to if i knew they were only letting a certain amount of people in. Go to another gun store if you value your time, these people have no regard for it.

I went to Talos Tactical to look for my first gun. These people were the only ones in all Tricities to be so knowledgeable and helpful therefore I gave them business. I fully recommend this shop, they’ll break it down for you with details and everything. I’ll come back for more in the future and I will surely pass the word around about their excellent customer service.

Really good shop. The staff is very friendly and professional. Evesdropping on customer questions, the staff will not intimidate you into buying anything. A great place for a first time buyer with questions. Very good selections of new and used, and prices are great. I try to limit my time there, otherwise I would spend entirely too much money.

Best gun shop Ive ever been too! I will always go to Talos from now on. They got right back to me on an order I placed within an hour through email. Helped me take my purchase to my car, and even threw in some break in ammo. Spread the word, Talos is the real deal!!

Decent prices. Some of the parts for ar builds are a little over priced. Fail Zero bcgs asking price there were $170. Fail Zero website sells them for $135. Most places now sell them for $140. Ammo prices is good. Good customer service.

Matt is super awesome. He has always been very friendly and really helpful. Also everyone else that is behind the counter there are very knowledgable and over all know what they are doing, which is something you dont see every where. Service is quick. They know what they are talking about. Prices are really good... From what I have seen they beat out hole in the wall, ranch and home, ace hardware, Griggs, Columbia gun rack, and several other places outside of the TC area that Ive stopped by. And if they dont have it in store just ask them and they can get it off line from their supplier. Ive ordered a couple rifles this way and they usually come in around a week. Also if youre thinking about making a special build and want some extra in put as to what you should add or what works best for your intended purpose. Over all a good company. And if you havent been there it wouldnt hurt to take a peek. You might like it.O and almost forgot. If youre like me and you enjoy having a celebratory meal after buying a new firearm they happen to be located right next to a pretty good Thai restaurant... Just in case thats a deal maker for you.

I have been there 2 times over the past few years and will never go back. It seems that you have to know them to get more than a dirty or disgusted look at you. I got the distinct feeling that I was bothering him by being in his shop. Thought it might have been a bad day so came back to it on another day, months later. Same behavior. Definitely there are shops who will treat you better, and not just as an annoyance, to bad though. Many gun shops just seem to attract that type of an individual

It was a long ways from Pasco, probably took me about 20-30 minutes to get there due to traffic but it was quite easy to find after getting into W Van Giesen St. One of my friends told me this was the best gun shop in town, and yes, it is. As soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by a few of the workers, which made me feel like I was away from home for a long time. Not only is the customer service fantastic, the selection of weapons is absolutely insane. Customer service to me is the most important and Im stuck between Ranch & Home and Talos Tactical with service quality. Griggs service is absolutely horrible, the cashier wouldnt even greet me and wouldnt answer me. Sad to say I wont buy my first gun here but I will buy my second here. Talos will be the store I will come to make my Mossberg 5500 MKII Clarence Boddicker Project. I recommend this store for anything!
