Theyve tried their best to repair my car after an accident, time is longer than initial expectation but reasonable for the pandemic time, since parts are always short. They kept me informed on the progress of the repair weekly and I got my car back with all things fixed. Great overall experience.

From the moment I entered the shop until I received my vehicle all members were extremely helpful. If anything was wrong I was contacted immediately and informed of the reasons. All parts replaced were dealer parts and seem to be working great! The paint job after looks great as well. Absolutely no complaints! I would truly use this company again.

We had body and trim work done. They were professional and very friendly. The service was good, turned out great. They cleaned the car to perfection as well. Only downside was the lack of communication. I had to keep calling to find out the status.

Someone hit my car in my apartment complex parking lot and I needed a new bumper. Insurance suggested Caliber, so thats where I went.I dropped off my car, they gave me a ride to pick up my rental and a few days later I had a new bumper (and whatever else they did..I dont know. Im not a car guy). You cant even tell there was an accident. Paint matches perfectly.When I went to pick the car up, it was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Like seriously...it hasnt been this clean since I bought the thing. Awesome job that was unexpected and super appreciated.The staff are super friendly and very communicative when it comes to the status of your repair. If you have a question, you can call them up and they are happy to answer.Overall, they made the experience easy and stress free.

Very professional and friendly staff. Had to have a very large dent in passenger door removed and it looks as good as new. They had to repaint the door and it’s spot on with the rest of the vehicle.

Car took a little longer than expected, and I had to call a couple times to check status...BUT the work they did went above and beyond my expectations!! I have a 2012; when I got my car back, it looked and smelled like a 2020. It was challenging not having a car for 2-weeks but since everyone was extremely friendly, it was all worth it. Happy to support a local West Sac business!

Will never take my car back there again my car came back with more scratches then it went in with customer service is not good they give you the runaround they don’t answer the phone or they put you on hold and have an attitude when you ask for an update

I am so impressed with this company and their staff with special mention to Favian. My neighbor hit my bumper and caused damages to it and I had the repairs completed by Caliber Collision, West Sac. It whole process was so smooth and simple. I was able to set up my drop off appointment online. I dropped my car off Monday during my lunch break. The staff made sure to ask if I had a rental and if I needed any assistance in coordinating one. I already had a rental so I declined their assistance with that. Favian assessed my car and asked for 10 minutes to prepare an estimate. While he did that, I ran to grab food, came back and he was ready for me. They had me in and out, and I was able to get everything set up during my lunch break. Favian was in touch with me on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with updates. On Thursday, my car repair was completed. I wasnt going to be able to get to the shop until tomorrow, Friday to get my car, so they offered to bring me my car at work (West Sac) and to return my rental for me. As a single mom, trying to coordinate a ride, pick up and drop off of cars is such a headache so this was such an amazing service! Favian was at my work within 15 minutes. We looked at my car, he answered my questions and gave me all the information that I needed. I really feel this company, again special mention to Favian going above and beyond with amazing customer service. The quickness I recieved my car back has my mind blown and the quality is fantastic. Excellant repair

Took my Scion IA in cause I was rear ended. They did an excellent job on my car. You cant tell there was an accident. Not only that but the vaumned out the inside of my car it was nice and clean when I got in. Car was repaired quick and they kept me up to date on what was going on with it. I would go back again.

So slow working company. Came for the collision estimate, they prepare it for 2 weeks already and I still didnt receive it. Remind several times but no results at all. I dont want to work with them anymore.

Originally gave this place 4 stars but I have to change my review now to two. The body work was great, but quality took a big hit on reinstalling certain minor parts. They didnt put any of the clips back into my wheel well and when they replaced my bumper they missed some clips that caused a plastic removable piece on my bumper to fall off while driving and now I dont know where it is. Now I have a big hole in my bumper where the missing part goes and it annoys the heck outta me. Poor quality on the minor details, I probably wont come back to this place for any future repairs but I may give them another chance.

At first when I recieved my car back I was happy that It was looking back to new but when further inspecting the car i have found many issues they bolted my bumper back on wrong and replaced my clips with some random bolts this place seems to do good work but they really just cut corners Im very upset with this

The manager is VERY rude. They are an contracted repair location for my insurance company. I was having an investigation regarding my claim so it took longer to process than normal claims. He threatened to charge me. A storage fee of $95 per day when they are not allowed to do this when contracted with the insurance company. He was very hostile and rude. He even hung up the phone on me. What a way to do business. Wish this thing had negative stars!!!!
