Best shop in ALL of West Sac, hands down. A lil crowded on space, but definitely good work for good prices. If a diagnostic is needed, it is put toward the labor plus part price, as long as the work is done there. I only deal with Armando as he is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great place to get work done. Been a customer since 2005

I came in to the shop for a vehicle water pump replacement on my car. Armando diagnosed the problem to make sure it was the water pump to confirm the rattling sound. The place was under new management and the shops main concern is customer satisfaction for the repair. Not to mention, the price quoted for the repair was reasonable for the amount of work needed on the car. Recommended suggestion of replacement of the engine belt be done since the water pump replacement would require removing the belt, the belt was still the original unit on the car at 250k miles (GMC!). An estimated time was provided for the completion of the work at 3:00PM and the car was completed at 3:05PM, totally amazing! I was completely satisfied with the repair and the shops goal to assure customer was happy for return business was fulfilled. I will try this shop since its other new management..

Hit debris on the freeway truck was making a horrible sound,Armando was very knowledgeable and walked us through diagnosing the problem and showing us everything that was wrong with our truck.Excellent customer service!!!

Excellent service. The people there are very nice and friendly and they have reasonable prices for the work that they do. I most Definitely would recommend this place to take your vehicle to have any repairs done on it.

Very unprofessional, the owner, Ali, has very nasty attitude. The repair service is below average, high prices while using cheap parts. The good reviews might be from the owners friends, refer to their YELP Reviews. I would recommend to avoid using them, go to a better shop to avoid a fight with the owner.

The shop’s new owner, Ali, is very rude. He’s not honest. My experience with them was decent in the beginning; however, I found out that the shop wasn’t properly repairing the vehicles, using cheap parts and charging for the expensive parts. And, then they wouldn’t give money back for poor parts used. I wouldn’t recommend this business.

A few months ago, I brought my car here to verify what the dealer said was a problem. Upon their inspection, it appears the dealer was trying to sell me a repair I did not need.Now I will be a customer of theirs. I have begun bringing my car here for service. Their inspection process is the best Ive ever seen.

Went in for diagnostic for why my engine cuts off randomly. Cost over $100. Then was told they couldnt figure out why it was doing that but my battery was no good and my spark plugs needed to be changed. That would be +$275 if I had them do the work, $130 for spark plugs and $140 for a battery. When I walked up it looled like my car had not even left the spot I was parked in. Took my battery somewhere else & had it tested (for free) and they said my battery was in good condition & did not need to be replaced yet, nor would it cause the issue I described.Reply:You were informed you can bring the vehicle back once the no start condition presents more often and you would not be charged any diagnostic fees. Your diagnostic fee would be waived had you chosen to perform any service with us None of this was told to me. Nor were reports offered until after the review. Not sure why its necessary to lie about information given. I was told the spark plugs and battery would reduce chances of it returning. Thats all I was told & that wasnt until I called back asking more questions.Will never recommend or return

I wouldnt recommend this place I called for an estimate and they questioned me like I didnt know what I was talking about, I wouldnt trust them to fix my car .and for the price of labor even if I had the part.oh hell no.i dont know what prices you are racking up on your end of that computer but it shows that you dont care about keeping customers nor do you respect them.nor do you get alot of business.

Went there recently to fix my truck they fixed it but left a lot of things like my front light loose and a oil leak appeared like really? How are you going to leave multiple things loose your supposed to tighten it not leave it loose like you made it .. More problems appeared that they didnt tell me at first I feel like there just trying to rob me of my money and mess up my truck more and some guy told me that he went there and they just messed up his car more to get his money. The workers are rude especially the old one with a ugly ass slick back. Im never going back again I dont recommend it all I rather go somewhere else theres multiple more shops in the area there level of profession was that of a 17 year old kid.

If you need your car worked on please take my advice go see those guys. They know there work,very friendly,and fast,plus there prices are more than reasonable...

Don’t go here we simply went here for a wheel bearing repair and as we leave our car breaks down and the guy had broke the axel and a sensor.

Took my truck in to get some work done on the A/C. they said they replaced the A/C Fan/Radiator but all they did was clean it. It was the same Fan/Radiator which i marked before taking in and the mark was still there! they charged me $400 and the A/C only worked for 2 days!! i called to take it back but all they said is there isnt much they can do!!This Place is NOT RECOMMENDED!!
