Today (11/4/21) I was being checked out by an employee and I believe her name was Megan. It was the most pleasant interaction I have ever had at a target. She was very personable and kind, I was shocked to find out that today was her first day on the job!! She killed it and they need more employees like her.

Cleanliness and store fully stocked. Pleasant employees very eager to help.

Prices and selection were great. Furthermore, I was able to save more using the app on my phone. I had saved offers incorrectly and the clerk at the checkout took time to help me so I could get the additional discount!

It wasnt crowded and I got what I needed. The selection was good.

Customer service is lousy at the store. I have tried six times to get CO2 cylinders for my soda stream. Everyone I talk to seems helpless and uninformed. No clue. Can’t even give me an estimate. They told me to call the customer service desk before I come over again. Which I have now tried to do about once every week and the phone simply rings. No one can seem to answer the phone. I guess business must be thriving for target, as nobody seems to be interested in answering the phone. A loss of a sale to one customer is lost in the white noise. Nobody is paid enough to care apparently. Too bad. I wish there were a small independently owned store that sold these things. I would never walk into a target again.

9/10 they always make sure everything up to par and I’ve only had 1 incident throughout the years

I can Always find what I am looking for at Target. They really came through during the COVID19 lock down and even now. They have a good selection of basic food items. They had cleaning products sooner than any other store I tried. They also carry dog and cat food, so that usually a trip to Target, I get everything I thing and I can go back home.

The shoppers and delivery personnel are always extremely nice, professional, friendly and efficient. I LOVE Targets drive up pick up! This time was no different. The delivery lady did an excellent job. And the shopper got exactly what I ordered (except for the item out of stock). They always do.

Location: Target store in West Sacramento specifically, the CVS pharmacy and Starbucks in Target. All staff I had business with were very helpful and friendly.

Zach didnt get his last name. He is the Store Manager or one of the Managers that morning. Took care of me being second in line that morning at 5:40am before opening. Asked why I was in line so early. It was for the G.I Joe Classified Cobra Island Cobra Viper. Only 2 in store. Gave him the DCPI number. Team found it. Right before opening let me and my friend waiting in line know. That the product will be at customer service desk to purchase. I want to thank him personally for a hassle free transaction. He deserves a raise or corporate position seriously!!! Have one of the most ridiculously amazing days you ever had! Rob Oliva.

This is the cleaned, nicest, and well stocked Target in the area. We love that we can do all our shopping here and limit trips. All the employees were helpful while exercising social distance.But the real reason I’m writing this review: BILL what an amazing employee you are truly lucky to have him; he was friendly, fun and brighten our day.

It was like going into Walmart. Staff were not focused on the customer, but were chatting with each other. This is not a happy place.

I normally give people the benefit of the doubt, but this target has consistently rude employees. I understand retail is a tough business, but Im getting very tired of getting snapped at for asking questions.

It is a neighborhood store with competent friendly staff. Usually has what I am looking for. I love the remodel. It is like going on a scavenger hunt since everything has been remerchandised. It is quite the adventure. My only issue is that items dont always ring up as posted. There seems to be a discrepancy between Circle/Cartwheel and the register. Prices posted in the store also do not always ring up correctly at the register. Other than that, keep up the great work.

I like the quality of products theyre durable and well made, Customer service, and location. The recent upgrades have been wonderful. I like Targets style too.

I appreciate the selection of items I was looking for and a great self check that had quick assistance to turn in my coupons promptly. I enjoy the convenience of picking up a prescription at the same time with an excellent pharmacy consult. I know a good consult as I am an RN of 30 years who does advice, he deserves a great review. I know not every visit is excellent, but is always above average when compared to most other Target locations.

Because of the great employees. My husband and I were there yesterday and 5 employees came over to us and asked if we needed any help. When we said yes they would walk us over to what we were looking for. We enjoy going to Target because of the great employees.

The West Sacramento Target store is always well organized, stocked, and clean.

So in my opinion I think that it is a great place to shop and it is full of fun toys, food and other cool thing. I have learned that through this store you can buy anything. I would highly recommend this store to kids and adults. The many options of food is also great. One thing that is not the best but not to judge. Well it is kind of far away from my home. But as I state this opinion would not like you to judge. But I think Target is one of the best places in the world to shop.

Excellent Customer service! I love my neighborhood target and use it as often as possible. Both the West Sacramento store and the riverside store are amazing.

Majority of the employees here are very nice, but this store is always out of stock on multiple grocery items. I usually end up having to drive to nugget or Walmart to get items on my list that arent in stock. Its getting to the point that I dont even go there much anymore cause I always have to go somewhere else after. When I lived here 5 years ago it was never an issue but in the last year I moved back its been nothing but disappointment

Clean carts nice location!

My pickup merchandise experience at Target was typical comparing to Walmart. I like the concept of showing ID as a security measure; however, I prefer another security measure without having me to pull out my wallet to show ID again even though (an order # from a confirmation email is not sufficient). I prefer another security measure without having to show my ID unless I am also making a purchase with a Target credit card that already requires a 4-pin # that I support as a great security measure. However, if I have to pull out my wallet for an ID, I would prefer to ship an item to my house where I am not there to pick it up. There must be another way like answering few questions that only a person ordering would know.

The store manager at the West Sacramento cant the store stocked with the most basic essentials. Milk is always down to just a few gallons, bread is out, produce, canned goods. Its terrible. They stock in the middle of the day when people are shopping so if something is out you have go go somewhere else. Ive started going to Walmart. I always find what I need. Target needs to rethink what its doing.

I love the products I find at Target. My favorite section is the home section. The clearance section is better than a lot of stores that I shop. I also find great deals in the bullseye section.

Easy and convenient

Why isnt this Target well stocked? Every time I go there, if I have five things I need, I cant find 3 or 4. This means this Target has failed. Today I did not find the Sweet Cream I want for my coffee, nor the large size bag of food for my dog (Rachel Ray). Its frustrating because I am a local. The other thing that is so bad, due to poor management, is why I always have to duck around boxes as if Im part of an agility test while employees bad-mouth management about their hours. If I want options and choice, I know not to go here. I head for the Target on Broadway. I am tired of not finding anything I need at this Target. Last week there was no chorizo, pickles, and butter. Something is wrong in this store.

I love target but this store has gone downhill in customer service this past year. I would not go here if i needed to go grocery shopping. The shelves with the high demand product are usually empty . Customer service is awful unless you are interacting with the managers or certain cashiers.

Best Target by far...BUT.. I HATE SEEING TARGET CARTS ON JEFFERSON.. You would think the Managers at Target would see them in the bushes after weeks of seeing them. I means..its not like they dont see them, given that Jefferson is the main way to get to the shopping center.

THEY REMODELED THE TARGET IN MY NEIGHBOURHOOD AND THEY PLACED ALL THE PET STAFF SO FAR AWAY IN THE LAST CORNER. HARD FOR ME TO WALK ALL THE WAY. I TOLD THE SUPERVISOR ABOUT THIS. MOST SENIORS HAVE PETS AND THIS IS JUST DISCRIMINATORY... NOT BECAUSE WE HAVE NO KIDS, OR WE ARE NOT YOUNG THEY SHOULD NOT SEND US IN THIS HARD SITUATION. BETTER TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO WALMART OR PETSMART

The staff are always super helpful. The store always looks nice, meaning there isnt a bunch of things on the floor.

Went there Aug 7th 2016 to get a phone through there Target Mobil guys. Yes Target sells phones I was surprised to. The Mobil guy David was very helpful explaining my plan with me when I upgrade my old phone. Me and wife are going there tomorrow to get her phone upgraded as well

I love Target and I always have for most of my life. If I had one store to win a shopping spree to, it would be Target because of the sheer amount of availability of things

The staff in the electronic section were unhelpful. I wanted to purchase a phone. They told me to come back when the mobile sales representative was back in 10 minutes. I came back after 20 minutes. There was no one in the electronic section. I pushed the button and no one came for over a minute then they told me the mobile sales rep was gone for the next hour. I had a very frustrating experience and wont be returning to this Target.

The outside of the store had tons of trash all over the place. It was pretty gross. Also the clothes section was such a mess too. It was to hard to find the size and styles. This location use to be so nice...not sure what is going on.

I absolutely love Target. However, Im not thrilled about their new policy of not excepting coupons if they are not coming up in there system while being scanned.

The pharmacy is horrible. Worst customer service skills. The woman with half a hair cut is rude and obnoxious. Be warned they will try and deny your insurance and treat u poorly. Ill never go back.

Its always clean

The store shelves are almost empty! This is not the first time I have gone in with a list of items to purchase only to find over half of the items out of stock. It is such a joke and been going on for months now.

The store is clean. The qorkers are very nice if you need anything theybwill help you find it.

Overall this Target, along with Nugget were the best two things to hit the Southport area. The only complaint I have with Target is their Pharmacy is second rate when it comes to getting peoples new prescriptions filled (i.e. large triplicate amount, hard to find drug, ect.) and the service in that department (not friendly). The store overall is clean, well stocked and courteous. Just avoid high school kids in the mid day.
