If your going to Walgreens for a vaccine dont I made an appointment this morning thinking it would be smooth and better but not the case my appointment for 10:50am they asked me to come in 15min early as I did and been waiting 20min still havent been helped at all and its almost 5min after my appointment time and still havent been helped or seen!!

Great selection of merchandise. I am always able to find what I need.

Very bad customer service,I went there to take photo,the guy who toke the photo was not professional the camera they use to take photo is old and low quality, they are in rash and the photo paper quality is bad, also they did not beahave good. I do not recommend Walgreens to anyone.

Why is everything in West Sacramento so ghetto? Including this Walgreens.

Pat is very friendly and a nice person. She is very helpful and fun to talk to. I go to Walgreens to see a smiling happy face, Pat knows customer service. I worked retail for many years when younger and hated every minute of it. Fortunately I worked in a store in my neighborhood and made the job tolerable because of the fun customers and friends I grew up with. It is a hard and thankless job. Pat does a great job making her customers feel appreciated and needed.

The city has mandatory face masks since the virus. this place is filled with homeless people wandering the isles touching stuff, coughing and no face masks. Will never shop in this store again. Probably contaminated with the plague at this point

Poor customer service especially for disabled people

No wonder why these stores are closing and are going out of business. It is there a greed that takes their business down. They rip you off and they don’t want to hire employees. every time I go to this Walgreen on West Capitol I have to wait in the pharmacy line for at least an hour

This pharmacy have some good and nice workers but one is super rude. She have some anger issues!!! She is like chinise, skinny and talk funny like she can move her mouth to much I did not even had a chance to see her name because she did not even had a tag on her. Another worker at the pharmacy was helping me with my medicine and she got mad because I need it to ask about a medicine that is taking 6 months for me to get it and she got so mad took the phone away from the other worker and start yelling at me, and just end up closing the window on my face with out caring if I was done talking and she was gone. Woooow nobody has done this rude to me in any Wal-Greens before anywhere!!! She supposed to be a professional she act more like and angry person that need classes for it sorry to put this post but if I do not speeak for this this place will turn into worst. And besides that everything ia good here.

Not a lot of cool groceries to buy. No fresh veggies and groceries to buy. Not a lot of variety of products. Kind of pricey and you cant save a lot of money there. Not a lot of discounts and promotions there. I buy some meds there like fish oil or nicotine gum for my dad there.Not a professional, just some guy with an opinion.

This pharmacy has the worst service I have experienced both as a provider calling in a prescription and as patient picking up meds. I would not recommend this pharmacy for at all and plan to stop using it as well.

Do NOT buy their propane tanks!!! They will NOT honor any coupon or discount you have and the propane tanks are only filled halfway; complete ripoff. Might as well go to Home Depot and buy quality for the same price!

The manager Fatima or whatever her name is the worst judgemental person for she falsely accused me of shoplifting. I am so upset because I have been a paying customer since they have opened there doors. With that said i will be taking my business else where. This isnt over Mrs Fatima

Its somewhat dirty, prices are 25% higher (prolly to offset the shoplifters).
