I hated Sleep Train before Mattress Firm bought them, but now I will definitely be coming back for my mattresses in the future.

Purchase from Douglas as he was a knowledgeable and friendly Sales Associate that knew when we needed help and when he should let us have space to talk things out. Douglas also made sure to expedite the delivery as the bed was for an elderly family member. The delivery service was top-notch as they had the bed unpacked and up in no time and were curtious to boot. We will be shopping here again!

Started off great. Salesman was friendly and showed me different types of mattresses based on what I wanted. I said up front I wasnt looking to purchase that day and I get overwhelmed easily. I havent shopped for a bed in quite a few years and I have an idea of what I want - didnt want to spend $5000 on a Tempurpedic and had spent about $1200 on my last mattress so I was expecting something around $1200 maybe. Saw lots of different mattress and yes, I am indecisive and wasnt totally sure what I wanted but he seemed to get frustrated with me. I was literally the only customer in the store so not sure why the rush. He got out a clearance mattress which I tried out but wasnt sure of so he asked me what the issue with the mattress and what was stopping me from buying it. I literally said I wasnt planning on making a purchase and was just perusing. He was frustrated and pushy and before I was even done looking around told me Good luck finding what I wanted. I asked for a card anyway because Im nice and said I would think about things and do some research online and he said, Youre going to find all the same stuff online and he said he didnt have any cards. The phone rang (luckily) so he walked away to answer it and I made my exit. I will definitely not be going back there.

My wife and I wanted a new mattress. We were just shopping at first. We laid on a few beds, as they have several different brands and styles. We didnt look at the price tags on purpose, because honestly, if you spend half your life in bed, its worth spending whatever makes you happy. Salesman Doug was fantastic and was not pushy one bit. He was so not pushy I had to return later in the day for pillows. We settled for the Tempurpedic medium proadapt hybrid. To our surprise, it was same day delivery on a Sunday! The bed arrived and we were so excited and loved it and are still loving it. Go see Doug if youre in the market for a great throne.

I came to the store upon a friend’s advice to try lying on a Purple brand mattress - after I read some reviews and watched test videos on YouTube of a bunch of different mattresses. I already kind of had my mind made up about this brand, just wanted to feel what it felt like it. We love this Mattress Firm! We bought our Beautyrest Black mattress a few years ago and its fantastic. Today we came in to get a twin mattress, box spring, and bed frame for my husbands grandma and James was extremely helpful. He told us that the box spring and and bed frame could be replaced by a single metal base, which was nearly half the price. We also needed a mattress protector and he gave us an additional 20 percent off even though the sale had already ended, plus an additional 10 percent off the mattress. He listened to our needs, didnt try to sell us any unnecessary extras, and was extremely positive and friendly during the entire purchasing process. We will definitely keep coming back for all of our mattress needs!
