Note that they are appointment only currently! I went in to replace two tires on a bike and have my annual bike tuneup on another bike.Service was quick and friendly - I waited about 10 minutes for the tire replacement and was told my bike tuneup would be ready by 4pm the next day.By the next day, they had finished the tuneup around noon and promptly texted me to pickup my bike! I hadnt gotten a tuneup in a few years and WOW. My bike is whisper quiet now and I received a few maintenance tips too!Prices were reasonable, $70 for the tuneup and $10 for each tire + $10 for each installment. In total I paid $111 for all the services. No nonsense, no frills, just great service here!
Great bike shop! Brian was very accommodating. I was unable to make my appointment the first time and he was able to set me up for the next available appointment. Great customer service! Totally recommend.
Super rad shop! Thanks for fixing our bikes so quick and at great prices! We will be back!
Was referred here from another friend I ride with. Brian has worked on two of my bikes and always has been great with providing a quick turnaround. This isn’t the closest bike shop to where I’m located but I’m always very happy with Brian’s service and attention to detail. Call to make an appointment and you will be in good hands
I’d suggest going someplace with a little more customer service. I wanted to give my locally owned bike shop the business of tuning up my road bike and possibly buying a newer one that’s updated.I rode my bike over her today with the hopes of talking to somebody about a simple tuneup and got here to find a sign on the door of how to “make an appointment”. I called the number on the door with no answer so I waited for a second for somebody to exit the shop as there’s only one person allowed in at a time. I asked if they had any appointments today. He responded “no, not this very second, we generally only take appointments on Tuesday’s”. I responded “do you know of any other shops in town who would be able to help me as I just need to quickly drop off my bike that’s in need of a simple tuneup” and the response was “no”.Apparently they’re so swamped that they don’t need business.
Always helpful. Support your local bike shop!
Very knowledgeable but severely overly priced. $50 per tire for my kids bike, not including installation, bike lock was $20 but online it was selling for $7.99 I’m all for supporting small businesses but not when they price gouge
Absolutely the best place to go in Sacramento for any of your bicycle needs !!
This is a fantastic bike shop! The owner is a down to earth guy who has tons of experience and lots of enthusiasm for riding. If you are looking for a well made used bike, a novelty bike accessory or part, or just some legit feedback and advice, this is the place! If you are a bike lover in general, this place is well worth a trip.....My new favorite bike shop!!
Really upstanding honest man! Give your buisness to this shop! Greta man
Excellent! Brian put my new bike together, tuned it up and even helped me get it in my car (no easy feat!). Incredible service and I would recommend Edible Pedal to everyone, especially if you want top notch service! Thanks, Brian!
This is an excellent bike shop !!! The atmosphere is laid back and Brians love of bikes is shown through his speech and demeanor. Just conversing with him for a few minutes about bike touring made me want to do a bike tour !!! His love of bikes is contagious !
Sent my bike in for a tune-up . Very knowledgeable . Competitive pricing . Highly recommend.
Great shop. Quick repairs for a very reasonable price. Very nice staff. Will be back.
I dont understand the name edible pedal, but if I had to guess what it meant I would assume that means friendly courteous and polite business owners that offer a fantastic service. Wonderful quaint little bike shop its a decent selection of products at a fair price.
The only place i go. we have some great shops in this area but I got lucky with this store. i was new and John adjusted my brakes perfectly. I have a handmade steel bike and even Jitensha Studio (shh dont tell them) didnt do as good a job. But then John recommended his partner Brian. He made my handlebars and gear fit better up front. Full tune-up. He corrected a bend in my derailleur hanger. I felt bad that I bent it (again, shh w.r.t Jitensha) but I was glad these guys straightened it out. its a beautiful shop but the folks who work here are experienced and kind.
I was in desperate need of a bike and Brian helped me get the perfect bike!10/10
Great bicycle shop in West Sac. My wife and I are new to the hobby and John was super nice and knowledgeable. We bought new tires and handlebars for my wifes bike and mine will be next.
My bicycle shifting cable was broken so I was trying to replace myself and opened up the Shimano Durace right shifter -- big mistake! I can not put the shifter back together so decided to give this place a try, the owner fixed it within 1/2 hour with reasonable labor charge. This shop needs more publicity from local cyclists for bicycle maintenance and tune-up. I am a customer for life now. Thanks for fast service!
Friendly and helpful small bicycle shop. Recommended!
Nicest cycle shop in west sac 6 months later still riding on tires sweet who bought a better set of Continental or just as cheap as it could have got them online
