Initially pulled up to a sign in the door with different hours than what was posted online. Store was actually open and staff were helpful.

As I entered the store in West Sacramento no one was in sight Jimmy was very unhelpful almost as if I was bothering him . Even while asking him questions what work boot was available too me in my size,I cought him roll hes eyes while sitting by the register.I Will never visit this store again.

Went online looking for womens workwear (I need a black button front server blouse) and this place pops up. Its one town over; Sweet!, right?I get there and ask to be pointed to the womens section: Ha! A couple of the ugliest jackets I have ever seen and scrubs made up their entire womens section.Always call before you travel more than 10 miles to a store youve never been to...

I went in looking, both reps were very helpful, not pushy, I did not purchase, but they have a great selection of regular work boots and steel toe boots. I will be back. I really Like this store.
