The 1st guy unloaded me n accepted 6 distancing as agreeable. The putz that unloaded the 2nd half, insisted on my mask n the 6 distancing. He also read over a stupid checklist too me about the plague. Then HE wouldnt sign my BOL. He made me write his name on the line, with my own pen.

Although the products themselves are great, I had some questions about the installation and whether or not it conforms to their recommendations. With regard to this, ASC is not forthcoming with assistance. For this reason, for future projects, I will not use ASC again. For example, on my roof, there is a mystery material between the ridge cap and the roof. I asked their representatives if there is any possible explanation for this, based on their installation instructions (after-all, I am no expert in installation of their product--I had hired a contractor to install for me!)Their response: ...We will not comment on any installation because we are not a consulting firm, we are a manufacturer.Being that they ASC is the manufacturer, they dictate the proper installation procedures. So, I would hope for a little bit more customer support than this...
