Got tint on my car a few days ago and they do a great job! The front desk was super easy to work with, MJ was super chill. They got affordable deals, great quality, and flexible with scheduling. 100% would come back if I need anything else done to my car!

This place is 1 step above going to the swap meet. First they text me about a 40% off sale, get there and they change it to ONLY CERTAIN ITEMS. Then they have a NO RETURNS policy. What reputable business does that? I would recommend going to anywhere else before this place!!! I wish I could give them a negative star!!!!

Good customer service, but the quality and pricing is unfair and not what it should be. I was charged over 300$ for pretty low quality tint work. I also have no chance of them resolving this, so buyer beware. If they do poor work, go back immediately and demand them to correct it.

Got a remote start and alarm system installed by west coast audio and tint. MJ at the front desk was very helpful in helping me decide which was the best option for my vehicle. Upon pickup I was given I was shown how the system works and some tips and tricks. Overall a really good experience

The day I found this place, I was surprised. I was trying to get dynamat put in my car and have an audio cable replaced. I had called several places and they were all booked weeks out. Scheduling for me is difficult because I am a truck driver. The day I went here, I had visited 2 places prior. The first place said to just drop in when they open and they could possibly do it, but said they couldnt when I showed up. I went to another place and that person boasted about what a great job they WOULD do, but couldnt do it then. I gave up, but decided to call West Coast Audio & Tint since I was out and having a tire replaced at another place. They said they can do it to my surprise. The tech listened to my car and determined where the problem was and did an awesome job! I have other stuff I need to get done and I will be returning here to get them done! I am happy that I found this place! I loved the service and friendly treatment the staff gave me.

The people here are great and do a great job, getting done what is needed no issues or problems, Service people are excellent and took the time to walk me threw there work Im very pleased my kickers sound awesome and it makes my car sound great!! Thank you very much!

Got my system installed like 2 months ago, I was satisfied then this Saturday it won’t start playing so I called them and let them know so I went in then they can’t find my receipt. Ok I understand you basically can’t do anything thanks .🤦‍♂️

Jose if I could give you 10 STARS I would. Couldn’t be happier with the sound of my car. He stayed late to get my system installed due to the fact that I live 2 hours away and needed my car for work. Full system with 3way components up front, 2ways in the back and a 12 for bass all hooked to factory deck. You can tell he took his time to do it right. Sounds clean and clear(no rattles). Keep up the good work. You have a customer for life. Plans for future installs already under way. Thank you once again.

I had tints and my subwoofers put in on my audi. Did a great job even stayed late to make sure everything was working properly. Jack has great customer service he waited with me until they finished my car and even taught me a little bit about the equipment. Great and knowledgeable place to take your car too.

MJ was amazing along with the rest of the staff. This is my second vehicle that I had them tent and they did an excellent job! Im bringing my fiance there for them to tent his windows. I highly recommend West Coast Audio & Tint in West Sac if your looking for a place to tent your windows!

I highly recommend these guys very friendly and makes sure your entertained while your waiting for your car . Mj is very helpful with knowledge about everything at there store and I watched him talk to a couple customers and let me tell you his customer service was off the chain if you need car audio or tint come here!

Call them for a checkout because one my speakers gave out, and wouldn’t make any noise. It’s been 2weeks then. But The person I called said“it’s not our fault, but we can do a check out in couple weeks” I mean dam “couples weeks”he got quiet and started talking to someone and told me to wait Because he was busy.I mean I spent $1500 on these sounds for my car, and this what I get back from this company.Very bad customer service indeed and rude!

I went there on a Saturday with my own drop in upgrade speakers. I had researched exactly what speakers that were compatible to my Mark Levinson audio system. I has 2 major audio places recommend the exact speakers that have already been installed on other vehicles with no issues. Mine were installed I was told it would only take 2 hours I showed up at 9am I did not get a call to pick up my car till 3:30 wow but things happen I asked what he would charge me to install my powered sub that day he told me 120. I came back for car it sounded ok then I drove it for an hour to test out speakers noticed the front doors at higher volumes made crackled sounds so I pulled over put my head near front doors and sure enough front speakers weren’t fully functional I called no answer left voicemail no call back so I drove over there after work on Monday and told Steven I called asked if I called shop line I said yes he told me he doesn’t have access to that voicemail I thought that’s odd a stand up company that can’t check there own voicemail box I then told him my problems he told me that it was cause there coaxial speakers going to component system first if that was the real reason I should have gotten a call the day my car was there 6hrs to install 4 speakers and had been told being that I paid 170 dollars to install them it should have been done right but nope that would mean it would require actual customer service which I never got then just to see what kind of person he was I asked again about the price of installation on my powered sub he said because your a returning customer I will only charge you 150 boom there is the lie I was looking for so Saturday it was 120 that day it was 150 and my 2 door speakers never got corrected also Crutchfield and sonic audio have installed same speakers on same model vehicle with no issues fully functional drop in kicker after market upgrade speakers designed for my specific needs if you want it done right do not go to this shop.By the way I installed my own power sub plus 3 dash speakers of same recommendation for those areas and they all sound great

West cost on Arden way, sad to say having to return back this next Monday for the 3rd time.First time was great, was sold a Pioneer 1550 NEX. Was told after it was installed they show me how to use it.As much as i would of loved to say it was great, sad to say it was not. After they installed it, I was helped to connect Bluetooth, however they did not help me with showing me how to remove clock from showing up, had to step up and lookup how to use on YouTube. During the install tech had not come out to ask me if i want the {USB)car-play cord on the passenger or driver side! Or tell me they could not connect my rear camera, or car gauges,such as tire pressure.After about three days got into my car and had no power going to my Pioneer car stereo .Figure i get two things done, So i had to make an appointment and this time i had to ask them to move USB car play cord to the driver side after they find out why i have no power!When i brought it in 2nd time got no apologies and felt like they felt i was a client that made problems! After they moved it and checked cords in back they said nothing seemed to be lose and all should be good. (They Good not find any problems)So seems they could not find what the problem was! Eight days later now have two issues.When i put it in reverse or drive I lose sound with all my speakers except for the right front passenger side in door!And yesterday again lost power with the whole unit, had to turn off car and then start it back up to which made the stereo power back on and all speakers working.Note this does not happen every-time, and each time it does i have to turn car off and restart my car! With speaker issues it is a matter of just putting car in reverse or drive a few time for all speakers to work normally.Placed a phone call Friday July 12.2019 and said something must be wired wrong now two issues, asked Mike the manager when i can bring it back in, he said Monday 15th at 10am.Means i have to take time off work once again. And i am pretty sure i will get no apology!This Monday July 15th i like them to get a tech that has more experience in installations of highlander!If it happens ones again after Monday i will request another stereo, thinking this could be a lemon. That is if i am able to get a great technician!Question has anyone had issues like this?Site location is 2409 Arden way-Sacramento Cal. 95825!
