I went in to the shop to buy my first ever vape juice.. E liquid.. Whatever its called. As soon as I walked in the store was clean and brightly lit. The sales person was fast and attentive with my purchase. I didnt know what flavor I wanted between 2 and he pointed me in the right direction.Staff was super helpful and even offered to sign me up for the rewards program.The selection of popular flavors were great. They had 2 of the ones I had been looking for. Even some harder to find stuff.I normally order everything online bit this is right down the street from my work and the staff and selection are amazing. I definitely will be returning here any time I need any products for my vape!

This place use to be awesome i have been going here for years....but now it is terrible!! All the really cool employees that use to work there are gone now most everyone is very rude and stuck up!! Especially this new girl that just started working there she is a terrible person!! They use to not care if you had a mask on or not and now even if your mask is on your face and slides down your nose ever so slightly she will be sure to rudely tell you about it!! Please dont go here there are much better vape shops around who are nice and helpful not mean and cruel!!

Amazing customer service. I purchased a Dr. Dabber switch and upon getting it home it was defective. The awesome staff at cloud 9 had it replaced in 2 days. Also was in the market for a new mod and tank, told them what I was looking for and they recommended a drag 2 mod and mesh pro tank, they nailed it. Exactly what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable staff.

I really enjoy coming to this store for my vaping needs. Not only because it is right down the street from where I live but because of their superb customer service. Their staff is always extremely helpful and informative. They recently went over and beyond in getting a new mod I had purchased repairs/replaced with the manufacturer after it failed to work a week after I got it.It would be great to see them come up with a viable way for their customers to test new flavors. I am always interested in trying out new flavors but not being able to actually try them before purchasing them is a bit of a risk; although these guys havent steered me wrong. If they could come up with a way to test flavors I would give 5 stars.

Good store, staff is helpful and attentive. As with most B&M stores, the juice and mod prices are significantly higher than online, however in a pinch or to explore new products, Cloud 9 is an excellent place to go.

The owner of the store although he was nice. He was a salesman! Not listening to a word I said. I asked for a product I was buying as a gift. What he gave me was the not what I asked for. I didnt check thinking the owner of the store is going to know his product.He did return my $ for the wrong item he sold me, not the 2nd purchase. Which he should of heard me say I had asthma. He sold me a vape you have to have real lung power to get anything.So GO TO ANOTHER VAPE STORE!

Literally spent an hour and a half just talking with staff. Not held against my will. Lol. They were really nice and have decent prices on juice. You may be able to find a better deal somewhere else but you will not find the same customer service. Not only that Ive been looking for one specific mech mod for the past six months and finally found it with them. Highly recommend this place to any of my vaping friends.

Just got my special edition Project Sub Ohm box mod. LOVED IT. Anyone who wants a special order at no extra cost. Best juice and vape selction in Sacramento. Wont go anywhere else anymore.

They sell FAKE JUUL PODS that are rusted and poison. Went in less than 20 minutes after buying and realizing they were fake and the guy said Its your fault for buying juul, no refund. Trash.

They had what I was looking for a little more expensive than I usually pay but was very happy to get what I needed

Cant say enough great things about Cloud 9. Noor is amazing and so are all the other employees. If you are looking for a great deal on vape sets or juices this is the place to go.

Been coming here since they opened. Recently bought a portable vaporizer from them. Battery button and charge port came loose within days of purchasing and only using a couple of times. Told me theres nothing they can do. Why not just buy online at this point. I tried giving them money for their customer service but when they sell broken products and dont do anything to help alleviate the problem they lose a lifetime customer.
