Awesome company. Very kind and helpful. Very quick turnaround. Got paid fast.

We were going to sell our used Cisco IT equipment to them but ended up going wrong. I reached out and got a quote from them fairly quickly. I provided the information they require and we agreed to the quote so they provided with the shipping waybills. We packaged them securely and shipped it out. Couple days later, the packages were held at Customs due to the items were declared made in China. Since importing items from China, there is a tariff, it was like $800. Talented Technologies are willing to pay $200 then deduct $600 from the original quote. We didnt like that so we asked them to send it back to us. We received the equipment back and every single item was damaged due to poor packaging by the shipping company. I filed a claim to FedEx and they said that the waybill creator did not insure the value of the items so there is no compensation that can be granted. If Talented Tech asked where the equipment was manufactured (in this case it was Mexico), instead of assuming it was from China, none of this would have happened. They did however, offer that if we sent them the items (even damaged), they would give the original payment. We ended up deciding not to sell the equipment to them as we dont want to go through this process again.

I sold my used cisco equipment to this company. They had great customer service and I was paid for my equipment in no time. You guys rock!
