Excellent Fast service and very Helpful techs

Arrived to have some diagnostics done on our motor home Cat C7. Shop Foreman Darin was unbelievably attentive to our situation knowing we are full timers and our coach is our home. He went out of his way to accommodate us providing a place to park the rig at night where we could stay in the coach and not need a hotel. They did the work we requested and the mechanic even stayed late Friday evening to get us on the road as opposed to sitting through the weekend. Excellent service and work. Many thanks to these guys.

Asked for a quote for a specific repair. They came and inspected and then quoted. A few days later, a bill for over $200 came in the mail for just the inspection and travel to give us the quote, I had assumed the quote to be free. I had asked two other companies prior for quotes as well, and they didnt charge me for it. I had to go with one of the other two companies for the actual repair. Not going to use HOLT for anything else in the future.
