Dave was very helpful in getting my measurements and showing me how to replace my balancers on another window. Within days a technician came out to the house and installed the new window. Very clean professional. I am always looking for local businesses and Glass West will be my go to in the future.

Impressive! I had a number of windows that were foggy on the inside and in a day - they all disappeared. A team of 5 were here and went through and replaced what needed to be replaced. Thank you Team!! I also had custom shower glass installed. The team removed the old, cleaned the tile before they installed the new frameless shower glass. All done in a day! Stephanie is the worse receptionist. Waited 10min on hold just to hear This is Stephanie can I help you and then she hangs up before I can say anything. Call back and she said can you hold again and I told her I was just on hold and you hung up after answering, she said oh no what happened and then puts me on hold again.

Had Glass West make a glass top for an antique desk. Desk had several curves and it turned out beautiful! Glass West talked me through the process of getting a template made. They have also made custom glass shelves for my kitchen in the past. They do terrific work! So if you are thinking about an unusual glass piece, call them!

I needed to replace the two sidelights that flank my front door. I priced out the cost of glass or plexi glass at Home Depot and Lowes in addition to contacting Glass West. Glass West gave me a very good quote. Their customer service was top-notch every step of the way, from the people on the phone, to the guys who did the install. OUTSTANDING company--great customer service, great prices, and quality work.

Just had all new windows and sliding glass doors installed in a house my wife and I just purchased. The windows look great, the installers were clean and respectful (one even helped my wife move our babys swing into another room for her) and the owner kept me informed of the timeline throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Glass West for all your glass needs!

Have used them for a number of projects over the years, always had a good experience. Most recently took a coffee table there so I could use samples to identify the appropriate size and style of glass to replace the insert. Nice to have experts there to give advice, and prices are very favorable compared to ordering custom glass online.

Replacing two windows with tempered glass. I had several quotes. This company sent an employee to take measurements. Gave me a call on Monday to give me quote ($875). A decent quote so I said sure. Different company called me back the next day with their quote ($360). I called Glass West back and they wanted proof of written quote from other company so I forwarded it to them. They told me they couldnt match but I still have to pay for glass ($500). I said no thanks if they couldnt match so went with the lower bid. I got a message from a Dave Blake who threaten to put lein on my home. Totally unprofessional and inappropriate to make such a threat for a service that wasnt done and the cancellation was within 24 hours. They will be getting a letter from my attorney and BBB will be notified.

This is the second or third time Ive used glass west. That doesnt matter because after the first time, I am resolved to only use glass west. Weve used a couple of other companies and the experience doesnt come close. Theyre cheaper, more pleasant and more professional than the vast majority of contractors Ive worked with. The only reason Im rating five stars is because I cant rate six. If your bids dont include these guys youre probably cheating yourself.

Professional installation and great prices! I had broken seals in 4 windows and 3 patio doors and Glass West not only had best prices but measuring & installation was able to be completed well before other glass companies in my area (Sacramento County).Glass West earned my 5 star rating!

From the person first person I contacted Anna to David in measuring and finally the installers Lonny and Eric....this is a good group of people. They are very professional. One thing I did notice different about this company is that they watch your best interest as the property owner and not theirs.

Very impressive - These guys were able to do what no other glass companies could do....From excellent product to meeting a seemingly impossible time deadline, to delivery and setup, they out- performed their competitors. Will definitely call on them again in the future.

These guys are fast! Emailed them for quote on monday morning, received reply afternoon, and hopped on call to discuss. Setup appointment to view broken door glass in 2 days. Had a slight hiccup due to office scheduling and almost missed appointment.. fortunately, I called in and they sent out David in 30 mins. They do send out an email reminder too. Anyways, got glass installed on day of schedule and took less than 10mins. All done within 5 days, could have been 4 but it worked out. Hire them and you wont regret it.

So I had a temporary lapse in judgement and a window got broken. My slider door on my patio. Within 24 hours they were out to quote and fixed the window completely 2 days later. Price was very reasonable. The entire staff was helpful and the clean up was great. They answered all calls and were very accessible. I would recommend this company to any one I know.

After trying to order custom windows from countless places, Glass West made it easy. I didnt want an estimate, need someone to come out and measure - most of the others wouldnt even talk to me if they werent going to do the install. Dave answered the phone (even outside of normal business hours) every time I called. His pricing was more than competive and he even worked with me on picking up the windows after hours. The best glass company I have done business with in the Sacramento area. They were the quickest to come to my home and provide and estimate and the turnaround time on my new windows was excellent, they even installed my windows and all of the screens a week ahead of schedule.The best part is they didnt give me the run around and they didnt try and make me feel like I had to replace every window or purchase the most expensive brand available. In a world where so many commercial businesses try and force a sale glass west just simply did what I asked and did it exactly how I wanted it. Everyone take a note about that because these days its hard to find someone who will work with you and still keep it in your budget. I have two shower doors needed in the near future and they even gave me a great quote on that nearly $1500 dollars less than a general contractor wanted to charge me.If its glass attached to my home you better believe Im going with glass west again for my home and all of my other properties.

This company is a scam artist. Had a glass cut and it looks like my three-year-old cut it. They would not honor the glass nor take it back and acknowledge that the cuts were way off. Do not recommend this company at all. The Manager was rude over the phone and said I would be wasting my time bringing in the glass because they will not issue any refunds on a kindergarten cut. This place is no good I do not recommend them dont waste your money.

I needed a piece of glass for a picture frame. I called and they cut it and had it ready before I got there. Then they cut a second piece and gave me a discount on that piece when I discovered I had measured the first piece wrong. Wow. Im going to have a custom shaped mirror for an antique vanity cut by them next.

Website says they are open Friday till 4:30, went there at 3:30 and they were closed.Website says open Saturday, went there and they were closed. Called them and was told that they are closed Saturday, asked why their site says open on Saturdays. Was told they answer the phone, but no one is working. Really?????

I have had several pieces of glass cut here and the staff is exceptional. They are friendly and efficient. I never had any problems until recently. It is a local place and I prefer to shop local so I have attempted on a few different occasions over the last 3 weeks to stop into the shop DURING POSTED office hours and they have been closed. When I called the phone number posted, the man was rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist any customer needs. Instead he called me names because I referred to his posted hours and my many attempts to get help with the same sign posted, then hung up on me. If new office management takes over, I will go back. Until then, I will take my business elsewhere...I feel bad for the employees who will loose out.
