The service was professional and courteous, I was informed of my pricing and options on various grades of tires and was able to make an informed decision about what would be best for my vehicle. My two front tires, one flat, one bald, were changed quickly and I was back on the road to work without much of a wait, after arriving around 7:45 a.m. without an appointment (they open at 7:30).

Absolute care and consideration, fully informed of exactly what is occurring, the cost and choices for your vehicle. Everyone here is beyond friendly, courteous, professional and know what they are doing. This is the West Seneca location by Seneca and Orchard Park Road.

Hands down the best auto shop Ive ever been to. Steve store manager and owner is an amazing guy. Its a very friendly, and welcoming kind of place. You bring in your car, he makes you feel comfortable and you dont feel like youre getting ripped off. Had a great talk with him super nice guy definitely my new place to bring my car. Very well priced, very honest, and cant speak highly enough about the place. This is what customer service should be like everywhere, a business thats actually appreciates its customers. Tire warning light was on so I stopped at Mr. tire and they immediately helped me. Suggested I get new front tires but no push to buy them here. I will definitely be back here to buy my tires

I bought my tires at Mr Tire around 1 year ago. I was having problems w the low tire pressure. I called them and they told me to bring my vehicle in. Anthony was able to figure out what was going on. He was pleasant and very nice. The problem was solved. I would definitely recommend Mr tire and Anthony.I will continue to buy my tires there.

Took my car in for an oil change and they said their complementary inspection found my brake pads would need some work and asked if I wanted it done that day. I said not today and once I got my car back there was suddenly a new very loud scraping noise from the brakes that I never heard from my car before I took it in

This place, where to begin? My car was broken down in the planet fitness parking lot. And I didn’t know what to do. So I went across the street to see if I could get some assistance. Anthony there came and helped me push my car across the street got my car in the shop right away, then ran a diagnostic on it and showed me that fuel rail was clogged and he fixed it in a matter of 3 hours! Thanks to him I was able to work out for the day go home and get my dog and take my 4 hour road trip to Ohio! THANK YOU AGAIN ANTHONY AND MR. TIRE ASSOCIATION!

My malibu is really mess up by the technicians here, it made me came back a couple of times to deal with them for their mistake, and the fat f-u=c-k manager never admit their mistakes, it is a waste of money and time at here. Maybe they are only capable of doing oil change. I will never, ever come to this d-a-m-n place anymore.

Take my camry here for inspection, and the manager said my car has a lof of problems and give me an estimate bill of $2000, I took my car to another store, and they said my car is in good condition. this store only want to rip the customer off, and the manger is dishonest and greedy.

Took my Altima to Mr. Tire for inspection, after an hour wait they were like my car need this and that and total would cost me $350+tax..! I disagreed and paid $21 dollar for their time. Same day took my car to dealership and they have found nothing wrong. This MR. Tire is the most dishonest mechanic shop by far.They are not trustworthy. I request everyone to stay away from their scam.

I highly recommend Mr. Tire in West Seneca!! The staff here are extremely helpful and professional. I recently had an urgent issue with one of my tires that made my car unsafe to drive and in a panic I just googled the nearest tire place and went there. However, this other tire place was not even able to get my tire off and did not seem to care all that much about helping me. Luckily, Mr. Tire was just down the road from the place I was at and I was familiar with them so I called them up and they were willing to get me in at a last minutes notice and helped me out with no issues at all. I cant recommend this place enough!!

I had a tire that was losing significant air every three days so I decided to take my Honda CR-V to Mr. Tire to take a look at it. It was determined that there was a nail in the tire but they could fix the tire without having to buy a new one. The service was quick and the staff was friendly to work with. Anthony the assistant manager did the service for free for me since it was a low cost to begin with and just asked to spread the word about them. So I wanted to write this review and let everyone know there are some good people working at Mr. Tire!

I went in to get my brakes done expecting a rip off like any other mechanic but the technician was actually very knowledgeable and helpful, everything was done beautifully and at lightning speed! Thank you Steve for the great customer service and prices! 5/5 !

I enjoy coming to this location as the experiences I’ve had has always been positive. The manager Stephen is very friendly and attentive. They keep this store clean and well maintained. They have a variety of magazines to browse through so the wait isn’t terrible. They also have coffee and fresh popcorn to enjoy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone as they care about their costumers.

My experience was excellent right from the start. The service is so good that I decided to take my wifes car to Stephen and his team about a week ago for an oil change and tire rotation.I was again greeted and helped right away. He double checked my requested services and made helpful suggestions.Where I live we have many places to choose from. From small garages to retail chains. The manager Chuck and his crew always take great care of me. Unlike others, theyre upfront and honest about what they find on your vehicle. If you dont believe them, they will allow you to look dor yourself in the garage. These guys really do care about their customers and made me a lifetime customer because of it.

I made an appointment online for a much needed oil change before going out of town. The website gave me a summary of my appointment but did not mention that it was not a confirmation of the appointment or that I would need to check my email for one. I showed up for my appointment only to be told that I was sent an email to reschedule my oil change for a week later. When I set it up online the only time for the day that was blocked out as not being available was early in the morning. The rest of the day was showing wide open. I realize it is probably not the fault of thisLocation in particular but a problem with the company as a whole. If they are compliantly booked it should not give you an option to pick several different times throughout the day for an appointment. I have made appointments with other companies and it is quite clear when they have appointment available and they tell you immediately if the day/time you request is available or not and when the next available appointment is. Mr. Tire needs to update their system if they are going to have the feature to schedule appointments online. Otherwise, don’t have that option available at all. There is no point if it’s not accurate!

It’s hard to find a place that you can trust with your vehicle, especially being a female. I used to only go to the dealer but this place is conveniently by my job and I love it! The staff is very friendly. Whenever I call to make an appointment there is no problem and they stick to the appointment times.

I went Mr. Tire and usually I dont trust these franchises but the guys at this location really go above and beyond to make feel comfortable and they help with every step and are nice. And their are pretty reasonable for the market Im definitely going back there thanks to the main guy Chuck

I got a nail in my tire this afternoon and of course it happens at a very busy and bad time. Came to this store for help and met Steve, store# 684. He was great at getting me a new set of tires and an oil change for a very reasonable price and timely fashion since i was limited on time. They did a great job and i saw the young guy who didnt know i could see him wipe down every spot he might have touched. I was very impressed with the service i received and appreciate the fact that my car was as clean as when I got there,they have my business now especially if Steve is the manager and the young man who serviced my car are there. I want to give a zero star. I spent $1600 to fix my car, but they made me come back to this store again and again for their mistakes: I changed two new tires, but the mechanic forget to balance the wheel, which made the steering wheel shaking badly on high way. Will never come again, the service sucks, and their attitude is bad, never admit their mistakes.

Best tire shop I have ever been too. The tires I found online we discontinued and the manager found me higher quality replacements for a lower price. The mechanics seem knowledgeable and the shop is very straight forward and up front with pricing. I can honestly say that I have found the new garage that my family will be using from now on.

I recommend this shop! I needed tires badly, and after doing my research on the web, I called Mr. Tire in West Seneca the next morning right after they opened. I had to do a 200 mile road trip for work and be on the road by 11 AM. Steve got me in right away. Since they didnt have the tires I looked at on the website, he gave me the next model upgrade at the same price as the lower grade tire. I had new tires and some great conversation and was on the road by 10 AM! Amazing service, awesome tires, good conversation and a very fair price. I would buy my tires here again and suggest that you do too.

Steve was great. Incredibly nice and accommodating guy, got the job done right. Was in an emergency situation where I needed to be seen that day and he put me in early and got me a ride even to work. Gentleman who drove me and gentleman who worked on my vehicle both were nice. Price was average for product but absolutely zero complaints. Id give them a serious look any time youre in West Seneca and need tire wor or any other work done.

The tires I got were $300 cheaper than several competitors. I dealt with Kyle..he is awesome..he went out of his way to accommodate me and even suggested some websites to figure out which tires I would get the best bang for my buck!!! Not to mention free tire rotations were included in the cheap price of the tires. I will definitely be a loyal customer from this point forward!!!

Got 4 new tires and an inspection for an extremely reasonable price. Store manager goes above and beyond in getting you the best rates and giving updates as the car is being worked on. I was able to go have lunch across the street while waiting for the car to be serviced (though they did have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and popcorn in the waiting area).No complaints here.

Took care of my need for tires and an oil change within an hour, so needed as I only had 12 psi on my front passengers tire and had to be to work that evening!! He is not your average mechanic who tries to force you into buying more or having more work done then make you feel dumb for rejecting the extra service.
