My hair color was good but she sent me out in 40 degree weather with my hair still very wet because her favorite client came in and she wanted to be done with me 🥲

Wonderful place. No apt needed. Taken immediately. Had Jessica cut my hair...did a FANTASTIC job! My hair is VERY thick...many do not like cutting it. Rush. Jessica took her time....texturized it...kept going over & over until perfectly cut. I will def. be going back to Bangs at sogate plaza!!!

Went to go get my bangs trimmed and they’re horribly uneven. Can’t even do what the name of their store is lol

I had an appointment yesterday. My hair turned out great! I love it! I had Annemarie and she was great! I will be going back again.

My boyfriend had to wait over an hour for a haircut. He asked multiple times how much longer and they kept saying “one more minute. We just have to clean the station” it doesnt even take me an hour to clean my kitchen! Now we know to go to the barber shop next door since they took him right away. Unbelievable.

Just tried to email the company after a frustrating experience, and it tries to tell me my valid email is invalid. Strike 1.Salon in Depew is closed, except no message when you call, and when you book on-line it looks like you have an appointment, it made me a little concerned when I did not get the confirmation back. Drive over, and everything is dark.Tiny little sign that you can only read if you walk up to the door that says you have to go to the other locations.My 11 year old wanted her first grown up cut. Would have had many years of business ahead of you. Just lost it.Found another salon down the road that took us.My husband is a store manager, these are simple customer service fixes. Message on the phone line, disable the booking for the location, and at the very least a large enough sign on the window.In the Era of keeping EVERY customer possible these days, what a shame for you.

I had an appointment originally somewhere else and after being disappointed with having to be rescheduled 3 weeks out, I called bangs and was happy when I was informed that they were still able to do walk-ins! I had Annemarie she was fantastic and very personable!

I never have luck with a good haircut when I go to get it done because I have curly hair. However, this was my first time here and the stylist did AMAZINGLY! I wish I could remember hey name, but she listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. She was very sweet and made me very relaxed. I wont go anywhere else!

I dont have alot of money to spend on a haircut, but I dont want to go to a cheap place either. They take the time to talk to you and get a good idea of what you want, and ask questions to clarify so you walk out happy. I did have regrets about one haircut and came back a week later, the manager fixed it for free which was unexpected but very nice. My son, who hates haircuts even as an adult now, will go here for a cut and doesnt mind it as much and it always looks great.

Fast Eddie did not do a good job at all, I told him what I wanted and he didn’t do one thing he just did his own. He barely took anything off and it was a terrible experience do not want to go to that place again

Wish i could give negitive. Worst place in the world! Most people leave the salon smiling, I left crying! I showed the girl jessica what I wanted and she delivered nothing of the sort!! Not to mention didnt even say 1 word for the whole 2 1/2 hours I was sitting there! I paid over 100 dollars for a hot mess of hair which looked better before she did it! Now I have to pay someone to redo it!!! I will never be back to another bangs! I will be sure to tell everyone I know never ever go here ever!!!

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK SAM AT BANGS IN THE SOUTH GATE PLAZA EVEN THOUGH MY HAIR DID NOT COME OUT PURPLE...I DO LOVE THE CUT AND COLOR THAT IT DID COME OUT AS. SHE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL TRYING TO GET IT THE COLOR THAT I WANTED BUT THE END RESULT IS SOMETHING THAT I LOVE BOTH THE CUT AND COLOR!

My stylist forgot about me, leaving my color on for 1 hour instead of 30 minutes. She took on another client and never checked on me. When she remembered me and washed the color out, she was extremely rough, assuming she was in a hurry to get back to the other client. Then, when cutting my hair was very reckless and, again, rushed through cut off way more than the agreed 1 inch. She left mid-cut to cash out the other client, probably expecting a big tip from her. Then returned to finish my rush-job haircut. She then asked if I wanted a style and dry or quick dry (with a tone that said you better pick quick dry). So, she quick dried with a roundbrush-something I specifically asked her not to do since I dont like curls in my hair. I left with still partially wet hair and a resolve to NEVER return. There were a lot of people waiting, so my stylist probably felt the pressure to call back the next customer, but I paid a lot of money for a terrible experience and definitely didnt get the experience/results I thought Id be getting (and have received many other times in the past).

Im so grateful to Bangs salon in West Seneca they did the most amazing job on my hair and makeup. They fit me in on a pinch. My wedding day was so amazing because they made me feel so beautiful!!! Thank you

The staff at this Bangs salon is wonderful! You are always greeted as soon as you walk into the salon, you are signed in immediately and taken in a timely fashion! The staff is very friendly and will always make a suggestion if you are looking for something new! Will definitely be back soon!

I have been going to the great stylists from Bangs for years. They are very knowledgeable in terms of current trends in the industry, always consistent and professional. Always a great experience.

I was trying to grow out my sides and back. I wanted layering up to the crown about and inch to inch and half. The girl who did my hair stood behind looking ad if she had never seen a human head before. I wad obvious she had no clue what l wanted or was trying to tell her. She attempted to cut my ends with the slightest suggestion that she may in fact be a stylist. She attempted to fluff body into my hair instead of the texturizing l had asked for. The conclusion to this visit.. . I walked away with a horrible job being done, a job l stopped because lt was going down a bad road.. a job half done. Whats worse is l gave a tip. Why you ask.... l was stupidly raised into believing it is just the right thing to do, wether you like the service or not. The only reason l gave two stars is because every cut l have had over the last 3 years was impeccably done with aptitude and art. NEVER AGAIN....

My hair was ruined!!! I went in for a trim, just an inch off is what I wanted. With one layer and side bangs. A girl named Carli took me back to wash my hair. She was extremely rough with washing my hair and got water all over my forehead. She was not very friendly, didnt bother to ask if the water temperature was okay. When she started brushing she was very rough, pulling my hair while brushing, and didnt bother to use any detangler spray, or bother to ask if I had a sensitive scalp. Once she started cutting she took off two inches and gave me several layers and my side bang was very choppy, the fringe was uneven. The entire experience was awful. I was extremely upset. The only reason I am giving a star is because I was refunded, however I still have to walk around like this :(

Decided to change things up some time ago out of the blue. I was a walk-in and was taken right away. I dont remember my hairdressers name but she was the first one in a very long time who listened to what I wanted and didnt automatically add layers... I just hate layers.

When a young girl comes in to your salon devastated because a friend colored her hair wrong, the last thing you should do is make her feel stupid and expect her to understand the science of coloring hair! We paid another salon to fix it due to your lack of human kindness and understanding!

Went in with a picture of what I wanted and $100 later left with half the results. Picked up a $3 box of dye from Walmart and finished it myself. Not satisfied.

Do not go there had an awful experience the girl cutting my hair dropped the clippers knew they were messed up and used them and I asked for a skin fade definitely did not know what she was doing I’m going back tomorrow to get this disaster fixed
