The customer service team at the West Seneca store in Southgate Plaza was outstanding! We went there to buy a refurbished phone for my friend and after they told us about the sales going on and all the options, my friend and I both ended up buying a phone, accessories and 1 tablet.I had been with Verizon for years and AT&T saved me over $100.00 a month on my bill and that included a new better phone.It was a very enjoyable experience.A special shout out to the West Seneca AT &T team of Alex, Imaylia and the General Manager.EXCELLENT SERVICE AND TEAM WORK!

They have what you need even if your not there customer. And are not at all pushy about it. Thumbs up

Do not go to this store for accessories. Return policy not stated when you buy, and if you try to return something, you will receive a hassle. Never going here again.

Do not go to this store. The employees are rude and they seem to be attempting to scam their customers. Every AT&T stpre requires a valid drivers license to ID account holders and he told me he didnt need it in a very rude and dismissive tone. At a separate AT&T location on Amelia Drive I was told I could trade in a phone at a value of $800 and when I went to this location at a later date they told me I could trade it in at $350. I went back to the Amelia Drive location and the $800 trade-in was correct.

Employee was more interested in watching the basketball game and was not interested in helping at all. Ended up arguing about an offer at&t was running saying we was wrong and not wanting to look into it more.There are better at&t stores elsewhere.Edit: considering the response from this stores staff. Your staff did not assist me, they wasted mine and my wifes time. If the game was so important to him why didnt he say so, there are far better stores in the area we could/should have gone to.

The employees consistently misquote pricing. We were charged a different price than we were quoted even after questioning them several times. We did not know this until we got home & brought up our emailed receipt because they could not print us a receipt as their printer was broken. We returned to the store & were told that even though we were quoted a different price we were stuck with what they originally charged us. Also said that their printer has been broken for a year! How CONVENIENT that we see nothing in writing at time of purchase!

Overcharged me 160$ each month when I called they didn’t understand why I was being charged so much then continued to not fix it. If it were up to me these people should be in guantanamo bay

Terrible ! One of the clerks was busy with two clients setting up a phone plan a new another employee came out stood behind the counter did not acknowledge us didnt come over to us nothing we walked out after waiting 10 minutes for him to acknowledge us we left and will not go back to this particular branch ever

Totally miss quoted me then the manager would not give me the # of the district manager # I would not recommend this place to anyone save your time and go to a real at&t store these guy are hacks

Manager at this place i was impressed by his service he provided for me and my family. I keep recommending to all my friends and family to visit this location. They will do everything in their power to save you on your future phones bills.

We went in for upgrades and we spoke with a gentlemen by the name of Othaman he was the store manager. let me tell you we were beyond pleased!! with his service. He went above and beyond to explain every detail we needed. Phenomenal customer service! We will be back to set up direct tv when we get back from our trip.

Came in with issue issue with my galaxy they took the time to explain all options to me. Walked out with a new phone and a new tablet. Thank you for your patience

Horrible I was at the store for 2 hours standing at the counter for the the dolphins ne worker to say I dont know what to tell you and the other worker say I cant help so now Im out of a watch that costed 450.00 dollars

Purchased a phone from this store on August 8th, 2016. I worked with the manager, Othaman whom provided the absolute Best service Ive ever had from any wireless carrier. Ive since had a problem with the porting of my number and again he was right there to fix the issue. I would recommend this location above all others!

The person working there did not even know where the store was located, spent an hour on a wild goose hunt to find out they were 6 minutes from my home.

Mr O is a lying sack of $HIT. If you want to be taken for a ride on the BULL$HIT express by all means see Mr O. Changing to att has been a complete mistake and terrible experience
