I have to say I was very disappointed with the customer service in the Deli.. I went to get 2lbs of the Turkey antipasto salad & I waited as someone was a head of me. Once she was done I approached the counter waiting to be served and the employee completely turned her back to me and went back to slicing meat. I waited about a minute before she turned around and acknowledged me. I proceeded to say good morning and ask for the salad. She who I now know as Lynn said no no we dont have it. I asked you dont have any at all & she then rudely said NO! WE DONT MAKE IT EVERYDAY! Then walked away from the counter & me. I get it people are not the happiest at work 247 but come on she had no reason to be so rude. This is just another reason why I only shop at Tops when I absolutely have to! I can only hope someone addresses her horrible attitude. She is to old to not know any better.

Tops is always a great place to shop. They usually have what I need and there are always handy sales when I need them.

I will never spend another dollar here, ever!!!!! Their card machine took an extra $180 off my debit card. When I asked for a refund, I was directed to customer service. He asked for proof and I showed him. He then said he couldn’t do anything about it and he gave me a number for the “bonus plus” program to call and fix my issue! What an inconvenience!!! Then I go outside to get gas and my bonus card wouldn’t scan so I can put my debit card in. I asked the lady working there could she help me because I was having trouble, she said no and that I would have to get another card inside. She didn’t even try! Very aggravated, I went back in and filled out a form for a new card, putting my number down as it asked. Got my card, left out, just to have to go back because he didn’t transfer my points, after I just filled out a form!!! The same guy at customer service. My food was melting in my car after messing around with that place. Clueless and the lady at the gas station has a bad attitude.

This was my always go to tops . But for the last few weeks its been horrible. Shelves half stocked or empty. Sales not up yet .when i asked about a sales items they said they havent had a chance to put ot out or they havent got in in or they cant find it in the stock room. . The restroom was dirty. No toilet paper no soap no paper towels . I guess ill go back to wegmans

Shoutout to Tim, in bakery, who helped me pick out the perfect cake and went above and beyond in customizing it!

They ruined my birthday cake two years in a row and when i called just now they blamed it on me saying how they took my order out of curtesy and how a cake decorator wasn’t in so they had a clerk do my cake. what was supposed to be written on the cake was wrongly done and spelled and they put an inch of frosting to cover their mistake and rewrote over it. completely wrong and not how a bakery business that makes cakes should be run.

Wish your store. Would go back to being open all night for that is the best time for shopping with no lines no noise no kids very peaceful with no bumping into people in the isles

Not enough cashiers. Plenty of managers restocking free classifieds though. People backed up into the aisles waiting. Only breakfast pizza available at 12 noon....

Very small more like a Wilson Farms definitely not my favorite Tops location, only came here because I need one thing. Self checkout would not accept cash so I had to use my card. None the less I got what I needed

None of the employees enforce the NYSDOH mask policy.I saw several customers walking around without masks, and asked multiple different employees to address the issue. The ONLY employee that seemed willing to deal with it told me wait while she got the manager. Took over 20 minutes for him to finally come out, and when he did, he was very dismissive. He basically scoffed at me when I told him at that point I had already counted 15 people wandering without masks.Another customer was beside me during this interaction (also without a mask), and the managers solution was to hand him one, then proceed to walk away and do absolutly NOTHING when the customer wouldnt wear it.

Clean. Covid friendly. Fast service. Always has toilet paper.

What can i say? Tops is the epitome of convenience at its finest, they have what ever you can think of. They have products that span from fresh to frozen to new to classic, and they even have a(n) specific isle for holiday decor & holiday snacks (note: only around the holidays) for sale which i recommend you all to check out.

Love this store! Fresh produce, meat and bakery! Prices are comparable with other stores. Clean and well lit, and friendly associates willing to help when asked!!!

I only go to tops if I need something in a hurry....I dont do my everyday shopping there. Every time we go to the hot carry out, they are out of chicken. The wait time for for more is at least 20 minutes, that is if they even have any in the roaster! People who work in the department ignore you when you try to get their attention or ask a question.... and they know you are standing there! Bathrooms are as bad or worse than Wal-Mart. I only stop if Im on my way home from work, in a hurry and only have to get one item or two. If I had any other store besides them closer to me, thats where I would go!

Tops brand potato chips are the best. Better than Lays. Ive had both brands of reg., Dill, salt and vinegar. Tops brand was WAY BETTER. 😋

A full-sized supermarket that is as good as a non-international Tops can get. I like it here, but some items that I purchase from time to time are never available in this store. Overall its a great shopping experience. Their deli is spectacular, and the meat department is one of the first places I visit after I surf through the produce section.

Nice clean supermarket. Has a gas station, open 24 hours, great staff, bottle return, sells beer and cigarettes. Prices are good, a nice selection of name brand and store brand items.

Have a great looking treat for kids in booklet with coupon but cant find it anywhere I store

I know theyre suppossed to be closing soon but that shouldnt affect the quality of the food there. Its a convenient location but they have sold expired food on several occasions. I only shop there now if its an emergency or I cant get to any other store.

I like Tops. Its a grocery chain store that had a lots of stores in the urban community. It moved alot of stores to the suburbs with a few left in the urban and rural communities.Every business needs to expand but when stores get bigger revenues it should not leave urban and rural communities out of the loop. We all want the same. THE TOPSBEST OF FOODS PREPARED AND UNPREPARED ORGANIC AND GRADE A. TAKE CARE OF THE COMMUNITIES. AND THEY NATURELY BRING REVENUES.

I was happy when I originally found this store open 24 hours and gave it more starts. Now they have started putting up a locked gate around some of their isles. You have to go find someone ( not an easy task) to get the manager to unlock the gate. One exit is also blocked, a fire hazards in itself. Tops has flopped, stick with Wegmans.

Staff is very friendly AMD this store has the best antipasto. Apparantly this is the only store that conforms to the tops recipe. It is always clean as well.

Dont trust the seafood, had bad clams & lobster here and will never get them again. Food is okay... But definitely no where near as good as Wegmans food. Customer service is horrible. Takes forever to check out. Their bank is great though!

Slow cashiers, often with bad attitudes. On the plus side this Tops has a Citizens bank with great service and extended hours, open on weekends. Recent remodeling has been successful in many ways. Store now looks modern and clean.

I am mostly accustomed to the Tops store #210. However I did enjoy the setup of the store. A bit disappointed that there wasnt a discount bakery area.

Always have everything I need. Not the best prices, but they have many deals. And I can never complain about the employees.

It was my first time in the store and It was probably one of the worst experience. Very rude customer service that night by a cashier who thought it was more important to talk then to clean up a mess I almost fell in.

Their produce is always sub-par. I come here for the convenience, but not the freshness. This past week I went to buy a container of cherry tomatoes and there were tons of mini fruit flies everywhere IN the container I grabbed. I had to warn another shopper who was going for the same product. The avocados are a shame. Every single time. AND I try to check them out on different days of the week. I also have had the pleasure of listening to another shopper complain to an employee about waiting for a manager to come out, by the fresh lettuce area, to address an incident where a mouse was seen under the produce shelves.I have never had such a bad experience with a Tops, this location needs a massive overhaul.

They have packed a lot of groceries and other necessities into a smaller store giving this place a cramped close feeling. I went in here to purchase hot dog rolls, deli salads, and beer. Their deli salads looked disgusting. Needless to say I quickly bypassed them and purchased two packages of coleslaw and Maries dressing, went home, and made my own.

This place is full of mutants. I saw a pregnant woman crouched next to the Redbox scratching lotto tickets at 2am the other day. The staff is great, its just the customers that are human garbage.

Poor prices and often out of stock of some basic items (like ground beef). Walmart and Wegmans are about 10 minutes away and both are much better stores.

Maryann Goldie is a liar, she is a wegmans freak! I shop here all the time and its very nice since the remodel and staff are great! As far as anyone being on drugs, Maryann is the only one who is high and ignorant! I would delete her ignorant comment and anyone else who suggest going to the overpriced disgusting wegmans stores!

This location has a varied selection of items. They also usually keep sale products in stock well.

Its a smaller location I feel so they dont have as many products as some of their other locations. For example we can never find a pork shoulder at this location which is necessary in order for us to make pernil
