As far as TOPS goes, this is one of the best. In my opinion it appears to be clean and efficient. Aisles are clear, layout is great and staff are some of the best in the chain. Be prepared to wait in line if you need to go to the customer service desk.

1 star not because of a bad experience but because they are obviously price gouging this photo was taken 2/6/18 by me. Manufacturers provide suggested MSRP, with built in margins for profit but lets mark up the price 25% 🖕🖕tops.

First time visiting this location and I absolutely love it! The selection is wonderful, prices are good on food as well drinks! Absolutely love the fancy Yancy cheese...garlic, so amazing! Just an overall amazing food store! Coming from the south on a visit, this food store makes our food stores look weak! Wouldve given 5 stars but the cashier took that one with her attitude but that wont stop me from going back to this store again! Love this place!

Compared to some of the other branches of tops this one is sub par at best. The store is older and needs renovation. The meat department leaves a lot to be desired. Meat appears old regularly. Fruit selection is decent and the rest of the store is what any other tops would be. An overall mid to low tear tops.

Tops steals as much as they can from you. Period.watch your receipts closely.

If I can give zero stars I would. Overpriced. I walked in and there were no shopping carts. I had to wait ten minutes for the employee to bring them from outside. I was at checkout for 45 minutes!!! The lady was taking forever and she kept messing up. She didn’t even apologize. She didn’t even acknowledge me. I will never go to this tops again!

Great place to shop, this location is open 24 hours, barely closes, I highly recommend this location.

It was clean and they give samples and it makes kids very happy cuz theres cookies and all the Sweet treats

I was there around 1030 on Sunday night. Many of the items I wanted were out of stock.There was not any cashiers; self checkout only. I had quite a few items and using the self checkout is cumbersome. There should at least be a cashier AVAILABLE.

They have step up on there game. Tops is clean neat and very easy place to shop. Great place.

This is a pretty good Tops, compared to other Tops, but honestly I only go here when I need to use Citizens bank. The prices are better at many other supermarkets. I do come to Tops for their French Roast Keurig coffee... Really good and a great price!

Huge supermarket which u can find in it anything, great service, fresh meat, delicious fruits, fresh veggies, tremendous variety of cheese, and much more. Self checkout registers for ur convenient, and what tops it off is the great prices.,

The only reason I shop at Tops is the lack of Wegmans in the city of Buffalo, N.Y. There is only market location on Amherst Street. Tops has updated their stores and they look similar to Wegmans. If anyone has been in the Tops restrooms located at South Park, Thruway Plaza and Mineral Spring, they are in need of some TLC, NOT CLEANED OFTEN. Thats not an issue at a Wegmans.

Remodeling taking place but looks like it will be a great improvement.

The worst part in past visits has been the slow check out service or use the self check out with condescending programming and lack of convenience checking out without asking for a correction. This TOPS made me sad. It has sharply sunk in quality since the last time I shopped there in 2008. It went from a wonderful TOPS that was so international in its clientele and offerings, that it was like visiting the United Nations, to, now, an ordinary boring TOPS with the usual panhandlers working the entrances. Though this particular panhandler was memorable for having no hands. Yet he claimed to need money for gas in his car!The vegan/fair trade/organic dedicated section that I remember, is gone. Now the specialty options are drastically minimal in offerings and are mixed in with all the usual brands instead of being in a dedicated section.Do not go here looking for the extraordinary. Only go here for the ordinary, and only if you really must. And dont make eye contact with the panhandlers.I STRONGLY recommend skipping this store and going instead to the Wegmans which is directly across the road. Wegmans is SO MUCH BETTER.

This is usually a good place to shop. Except for today most of the shelves were bare! I had to take something else that I didnt want,but needed!

The major problem with this place is that they never have enough workers ...Im constantly waiting in line ...there meats are way over priced ...better off going to market in the square ....when I use self checkout the woman with the black hair is very rude if you make a mistake .....poor customer service ....think Im.going to switch to Wegmans, always friendly, never have to wait much more appealing in appearance ....they know how to actually run a good business.very ghetto

I love this tops I have never had any issues here the only thing that I do find is disappointing at this location there vegetables and fruit go bad exstreamly fast compared to other stores I have gotten strawberries that with in 2 days got bad and the apples I baught had holes in them so I threw them out . But the store is very clean everyone is very helpful the deli has amazing meat and cheese . The bakery always have fresh donuts

We were nearby and needed stuff to buy. We went to Wegman’s nearby and it was a very bad selection and what we got was bad quality. Then we went here and got what we needed in just a few minutes!

This is my go to for my grocery needs. Open 24hrs is a huge plus!

Not a good experience. Ordered 14.99 special for wings and pizza. Counter associate was ordering her fish dinner on the phone although she saw me waiting, and then kept disappearing before she waited on me. The code to ring my order out was not readily available. She called a mnager over, they had a discussion on what the code was and where it should be but was not, and he left to look for it. More time for my pizza and wings to cool. After about ten minutes more, he showed up with a code. By the time i got home my meal had to be reheated and i was fed up with the poor service. It will be a cold day in hell before i order from the carry out cafe again at that particular location.

I had a very scary man stare at me for a very uncomfortably long time. I feared for my safety. As i fled the scene I ran into not on but two sketchy looking trailers. (In pretty sure i heard screams from one of them)

Had all sale items I needed! Was happy ! Some stories you go to for sale items and you get an excuse, sold out, on the truck etc.

Customer service seems non-existent. Ive never met such a rude store. Not to mention Im sure its on everyones mind that has had the misfortune of using one but the self check out machines has the processing power of a toaster! Theyre slow. Buggy. And the person over looking you barks orders like a crazy drill Sargent. If tops is goes out of business I wouldnt be surprised. This behavior is encouraged here. I can only imagine how awful the managers are to the employees.

Horrible. Got there at 530pm on a Tuesday and absolutely no hot soups were out. The pot warmers werent even warm, let alone hot. When I asked about it, I was told by the deli that they must have sold out. Really?? You sold out of 4 pots of soup on a Tuesday?? Give me a break. Even if that were true, why wouldnt you put out more? Pure and utter laziness and i dont appreciate being lied to. I will take my business elsewhere and make sure everyone knows what goes on at this location

Only 2 cashiers were open at lunch time. Regarding their specials : I dont need 5 lbs of bacon. Buy 2 Get 3 Free. Whatever happened to B1G1 Free ? This was a low end bacon.... regular price $9.00 per pkg ??

Tops is just that. Its ok. I prefer Wegmans or whole foods than tops. Tops is the place I go if I need to just grab something I forgot. Even then Id rather go to Wegmans.

Nice and large, clean store, friendly staff, always stocked, only out of sale items occasionally unlike other locations that are always out. Find international products that you wont find in any other Tops location.
