Still a wonderful place to go is grab all your necessities to get projects done or just to grab stuff to have a wonderful time with the kids the staff is awesome and very helpful

Excellent store for arts & crafts. Expensive depending on what youre trying to accomplish but the selection is amazing, very eclectic and cheaper versions of different products if needed. Cashiers are very friendly.

I dont ever want to leave when I go here. I go with a plan and quickly goes out the window. So much for diy crafting that you can never just buy one thing.

Found pretty much everything I needed. Price checkers werent working and register clerk stated they havent been for weeks. Michaels really needs to fix this as two other people were trying to use them besides myself. If I had known some of the prices I dont think I would have bought as much as I did, maybe thats why theyre not fixing them. LOL

Kind of a packed store, its often pretty busy. Everything is organized and its easy to find what youre looking for. Overall, theyre reasonably priced for most things and the staff is always smiling!

Always has everything I need! You can usually find things that are often sold out at other locations. Only complaint Id have is about the customer service at checkout but Ill just assume she was having a bad day

Great place to buy everything you need for all diy projects. Wish they had more baking supplies but a bad collection for what they do have.The Holiday collection in the front of the store us very inviting. And the prices are great, considering they usually always have a coupon. And if there isnt one available, they do honor competitors coupons.

Have been going to them for years. I do alot of needlework and tgeyve always done a great job mounting my pieces a d framing them. Also dabble in photography and they have a great selection of ready made frames and mats...

Michaels use to have great sales and coupons, now not so much. I dont go in there very often anymore, you can find better sales elsewhere.

Its not that I dislike it I just couldnt find what I needed. My husband got me stencils and brushes to work on wooden panels and they didnt have none. They have great deals going on right now.

Heyley in the framing dept is truly exceptional. She spent the time with me to get my pictures framed just right.Her artistic background really helped make my project come out incredible. Fantastic customer service as well!

Love going there w my 9 yr old grandaughter..go up & down all the aisles, see whats on sale. Shes loves making the rubber band jewlery. Always there buying more colored bands Loves arts & crafts. Have everything she needs! Different items for all seasons & holidays!

I went with my friend to Michaels in West Springfield mass and I was very impressed with how the employees keep the store clean and the shelves well stocked and I was very impressed with the variety of arts & crafts items and the prices are affordable and not expensive and I was very impressed with how the employees are helpful to customers and very knowledgeable and I would go back there again and I would recommend Michaels in West Springfield mass for good service and variety of beautiful items.

Best place for the artist out craft person in your family. The majority of my daughters Christmas list was purchased here. Beside the cool crafts and at art supplies, the staff are helpful and know their products well. They also hold classes for beginners in crochet and knitting.

Hi I love this store. Usually find what I want and more. Prices are good if you watch the sales and use your coupons. Yesterday I went to look for metal pails to put spring flowers in and ribbon to make bows to tie on the pail handles. Found it all and on sale. Happy me😀

There are always great deals and everything you could possibly need for art/crafting supplies. They display lots of projects put together which is helpful too.The cashiers will put the coupons in if you mention them too!

Not much of a crafter, but I was there with my girlfriend. Yes, I have one.They seemed to have anything you need for crafting. They also have many pictures frames and tons of decorations for whatever season or holiday is upon us.Some clerks seem more knowledgeable than others, which helps you find what you need, since there is so much in the store.Seemed clean and well maintained.I cant give it 5 stars because I dont really know what a craft store should be like, but I assume Michaels is close.

Always a great time when going to Michaels! I have pretty much everything you need. This was the only time that they did not have what I was looking for, which was Mosaic glass or something that can be used like it for a project I was going to do with the kids. They do have kids classes every Saturday which are either $5 or free sometimes. Overall, one of the best place to ask for a gift card to :-)!

I am not the crafty type, but needed supplies to make a gift basket for my daughters Jack and Jill. Looked around and found a few things in my own. Saw things that I didnt expect to see in this store...lots of cool wedding favors and accessories...nice! I asked one associate for help and she pointed me in the right direction, but not specific enough. The 2nd associate I asked walked me right over to exactly what I needed...THAT is how customer service reps SHOULD do their job...thank you! A little pricey, tho...I spent over $80 just on supplies to make up the basket...NOT for the gift portion...ha ha!

Huge store I got lost looking at all the wonderful things, when I did remember what I came for I couldnt find an associate that was available and when I found someone they informed me that they didnt have mosaic grout... A craft store without mosaic grout! Guess I will have to order from Amazon. Im really a brick and mortar shopper though! I did find letters and gems so it wasnt a total loss

As I dont get here too often. I found it to be an exceptional experience. As I dont do well in crowds. I picked the bestest day to visit. I was able to take my time and take in all the sites. Wow has it changed from my last visit. Will be going back real soon. Because of my disability I was unable to see everything on my first go round. Im having mats made. Love the up grades.

Went in with just a vague idea of what I wanted. Found what I needed and both items were on sale. Love the selection! The staff is always friendly!

Cashiers were wonderful. Management is lacking in customer service and thinking outside of the box to ensure an excellent experience. Did not even do a minimum of expectations to be helpful. I wont go as far to say it was intentional, but Im left wondering. Riverdale Shops, West Springfield.

I like Michaels but the cashiers never seem to know what they are talking about. I had a cashier try to tell me I had 2 different size skeins of yarn, same brand and tyoe just different colors. I had to point out the ounces on the package.

Very well organized store. Good prices and great variety of art, decor and office products. The good experience ends there. Customer service wasnt very good, I asked an employee for information about a product and he literally ignored me as if I wasnt there.

Easy to find what youre looking for in the store

Never go to Michaels without a list or you might end up spending much more than you think! Fast ulous selection of everything crafty. Halloween & Yule stuff is already on the shelves. Fun overload! $$$ overload :D

Had exactly what I was looking for and got many new creative ideas just walking through the store.

Found everything I needed quickly. The checkout was quick as well and everyone was pleasant. So much more I could have bought! Love this store.

The womens room was a nightmare; looked as if no-one had ever thought to scrub it. There were three empty toilet paper rolls lying around (the partial roll not even in holder) no paper towels either (just a roll on one of the sinks. Store itself and its selection are decent; much prefer A.C. Moore (but they no longer exist in this area)

Lots of Great Holiday Deals to be had at Michaels this week. The place was packed with shoppers looking for those 70% deals on Halloween and Fall items. I used my 50% coupon for a box of Velcro that I use for school. Most economical way to purchase. Other deals included buy one get 1/2 off albums for scrapbookers and deals on holiday crafts for kids.

I love this place.!! I wish I could buy every single thing they sell 😂 the associates are always super helpful, they price match which is awesome and they always have wonderful discounts and coupon.!

Get staff, great product selection. Very easy to navigate and very knowledgeable staff. Even with it being so close to the holidays and chaotic as ever, they are still helpful and very patient and treat everyone with the same happy smile! Also, very fast with the check out even with a line going out to the next few rows!
