These people here are awesome and very fast. I get my inspections here now for 2 years now and they never seem to stop exceeding my expectations. Billy is probably an angel lol, he went the extra mile and replaced my break light that went out and a signal light that I had no idea that was out and passed my cars inspection. I had my windshield installed here and am very satisfied. I was greeted by Tammi who opened up a few minutes early just to get me taken care of. I was given a loaner that was not fancy but got me to and from. The loaner was spotless. The job was done promptly and the windshield is as good as new. Upon returning to pick up my car again I was greeted by Sara who was very professional and got me in and out in no time. This business has not forgot that the customer comes first. Everything was great. A little weird when the woman would come out and you were not allowed inside the office. With covid I guess that is how they deal with it. Otherwise wonderful. I love my new windshield.

No brainer for inspections and windshields. Friendly and welcoming everytime you go to them. They warranty their products and services which gives you piece of mind. I have never had any issue with their work and have had many windshields replaced across various vehicles. Used to have a loaner car not sure if they still do, but it did look like they have a shuttle. I cant confirm either at this time though.

Everything was great, the people who worked there were very nice. I have been going there for years for my inspection stick. No glass problems but if I do I will be going to Affordable auto glass.

Went for inspection and was impressed enough to write a review. Im sure inspections dont make them much money since its not their main business but the professionalism and care that was put into was top notch. They used their own floor mats and plastic seat covers which I never seen done with other inspectors. Its the little things that stuck out and would use this place for auto glass if it ever needs to be done.

I was not real excited to have to get a windshield replaced. All I really see are wide open shops with cars crammed in, tools all over the place and racks of glass just laying about. I spoke to a friend of mine who is a professional in the business in another state he said to look for a small business Who depends on their reputation. Stay away from the big box glass shops. Enter affordable auto glass. These folks were super nice very easy to work with and did a real professional job on my wife’s Audi. Our biggest concern was scratches on the paint from the wiper blade area because it seems every shop that’s ever worked on one of our cars for some reason will scratch the edge of the hood with the wiper blade arms. But not here, they covered the car clean the car and there is not a mark or Scratch to be found. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they did inspections to as that was the reason we were looking to get the glass replaced. So I got two for one. Thank you affordable auto glass and your staff .I will be returning customer

They were good pre-covid and their staff was amazing! I’m here today for a inspection sticker and I’m sitting outside in the cold rain while they have a perfectly secluded waiting room with no one in there besides the secretary in the next room over... she has short short white hair and is extremely impatient and rude! Do not recommend if you are looking for friendly customer service...

I had a very pleasant visit here. My day started off going to a my regular place to get my car inspected. I was told my regular place no longer does inspections and was referred here. Like with anybody, change is hard, but I decided to give it a chance and Im so glad I did.The staff was incredibly friendly even when they had a bunch of cars there before inspection as well. They got me in and out as fast as they could and it really wasnt that much time. I even got a little parting gift of window cleaner which honestly is one of the better window cleaners Ive ever had!Wish I could give more than five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

7/19/2017 Update: The owner Joe called me the next business day and asked me to send him pictures of exactly what was wrong. He was very courteous and wanted to make it right. He verified that the windshield did not fit correctly cosmetically, and that the black residue should not have passed his installers final inspection.He offered to replace my windshield with an original BMW branded Pilkington glass at his expense. I took it in for the replacement and was able to clearly see a difference between the old glass not fitting properly and this new BMW branded one. It was amazing to see that the owner responded quickly to the review I posted and wanted to resolve my issue immediately. I definitely had a positive overall experience and will be coming back as well as recommending this place to others. My original review I left was a 1 star review. Had Joe simply replaced the glass with another brand or attempted to replace with another Pilkington I would have changed my review to a 4 out of 5. However, because he went above and beyond by replacing my glass with an original BMW I am giving Affordable Auto Glass a 5 star review.A side not - the front desk people were very friendly throughout the whole process as well.Thank you Joe!Scheduled my 328i to have the windshield replaced. The original BMW windshield that I had said Pilkington under the BMW logo so that is the brand that I requested.After the install I noticed that the windshield did not look like it fit the same as the original windshield. I verified with another BMW 328i i saw in a parking lot later during the day. I posted pictures to show what I mean. Also there was a black residue that was left to dry on my hood that I had to clean up after.I was told that the glass is exactly the same as the original glass and the only difference would be that this does not have the BMW logo on it. I call BS. Look at the pictures and make your own call on who to trust.Overall I am very unsatisfied. I am also concerned that it could start leaking in the future.

The owner of this location was very stubborn when hearing that his employees denied service to my elderly grandmother, that he backed them up and posted false rumors about what she said. By far the worst experience in customer service Ive ever come across. Would highly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible.

My windshield for some reason cracks every year before I leave on vacation. My insurance company recommended Affordable Auto Glass. I got my new windshield installed and it got a stress crack in the bottom corner. I was able to bring the truck back in very quickly and was able to get the windshield replaced no hassle no questions asked. Was able to enjoy my vacation with peace of mind

I Was a tad concerned as I have an old,battered 1995 Orvis Grand Cherokee. They treated it like it was a new Lamborghini. And...They treated me like a family member. The lady at the desk is efficient, and very outgoing, friendly at the same time.I highly recommend this place.

Stopped in to get an inspection sticker. Woman at the desk was on the phone with a customer. She was conducting business then proceeded to have a personal conversation. I waited about 5 minutes then she acknowledged me. I stated I wanted an inspection sticker. She asked for my Registration, my keys and $35.00. I handed her all 3. She made a copy of my registration and I took a seat in the waiting room. About 45 minutes went by and she came back to me and asked if I had another registration. The one I had given her was out dated and they could not do the inspection. I said yes, I must have accidently given you an old one. I said I will go out to the car and get it . I went out to the car which was parked right outside the door, got the registration and came back in and gave it to her. I was gone not even 2 minutes. As a matter of fact I was parked next to the car that was after me. The technician was waiting for me to finished getting my information from my glove box. He was unable to get into the car because my door was open. I apologized to him and he said he was in no hurry. I went back in and gave the woman the updated registration. I asked her if I had lost my place. She said yes. I said I wasnt even gone two minutes. That is not right. She shrugged her shoulders and said the person doing the inspections was taking the next car. And the kicker was the technician was the same one who was waiting for me to finish getting my updated registration. She then turned away and totally ignored me. There were 2 men standing near the desk having a conversation with her. If I had not already paid and waited close to an hour I would have left and gone else where. I would not recommend using this place of business for Inspection stickers.

They kept my car, gave me a loaner, and educated me regarding timing, calibrating the computer parts in the windshield and gave me a loaner car. The competitor promised to take me next day, but when I came as scheduled (took a day off from work), they told me that they didn’t have the appropriate windshield in stock my my vehicle.Never had an issue with AAG. Very quick and easy. Called in the morning after my truck was broken into and they had the glass ready to go by the time I was able to get my truck to them, then it only took a few hours to have the glass out in and the professional attitude of everyone that I interfaces with was exceptional. Just fixing the glass can be done all over town but Affordable Glass made a bad day for me into a very much better one. Highly recommended.

Fast and friendly what more could you ask for.

They called me to ask me if I was still coming in to replace my windshield and asked me to hurry, because people were lining up.I hurried there, from Springfield. They took my keys and asked me some questions. Upon confirming my make and model, she looked confused and asked me to wait while she checked on something.A couple minutes later she came back out of the garage and told me I wouldnt be able to have my window changed that day because earlier that morning the window came in with a crack in it.So why was I asked to hurry?So I made an appointment for the following morning. When I came in THAT morning, I again was told the window had come in cracked.NOW I was upset, and showing it. This is two days I came down for nothing!They asked me if I wanted to make an appointment the following day, that would have been a Friday, instead I opted to give them the weekend to get things straightened out and I made an appointment for the following Tuesday.Tuesday came and everything went fine, thankfully the window came out perfect and looks great.I thought that was very unprofessional behavior for ANY business, and for that reason I would not recommend them to anyone I know.A simple phone call is all it would have taken, but wait, they did call . . . to ask me to hurry!

They are not professional at all !!I called two days ago to take an appointment to replace my windshield, they told me you are all set just come on Friday drop off your car early morning and we will take care of that for you. I went on Friday morning as scheduled, The lady on the front desk she told me that there is no appointment scheduled for you today after she looking and looking finally she find my work order and she said I’m sorry we don’t have your windshield ready for today can we schedule this for Monday, so the waste my time and I wenr to work late because they are not professional !!!Finally don’t waste your time if you really care!!I just received a reply from affordable auto glass today regarding my review and whoever replayed just try to switch what happened and not honest because simply it’s not true !!!Now I am so happy not to deal with them !!Don’t trust that place at all !!!Not honest!

Had windshield replaced on Ford Escape Limited 2005, Actual work of Window replacement and urethane seal done really good, which is rated 2 stars due to this... now the details of work, and 6 hours to complete job, when they promised 3 hours, is why it is lacking the other star ratings.- Delivery of glass was delayed, so techs had to wait for supplier to get glass before finishing job, not their problem, so make sure they have glass onsite before making appointment.- Also they left the car a mess, no vacuum and cleaning... found old urethane seal cut in pieces all over floor and they wiped dash with a greasy armor all towel which fogged up the clear plastic on radio and such.... again... maybe rushed my job because they knew i was waiting.- Now here is the kicker, they broke my electric mirror... Had car for 14 years with never a problem with the electric mirror to adjust for high / low beam from behind at night... only after getting it back with some azz behind me with high beam i noticed. Connector broke on mirror where wire plugs into it.... probably from letting the weight of mirror hang like bananas from wire while doing work and it broke or mirror was dropped and it broke when having it off vehicle... again... my job was rushed due to timing of glass being on premises... I cant prove they did it, but i did take it back to let them know of this issue, and why would this be a problem now? They last touched the mirror taking it off to do the glass.Will i ever go back here to get window done on my other cars? NO, should of ran with my car after them telling me glass was not on site, even if driving my car out of garage with no windshield on Escape... LOLI have a new Benz also and if this happens to this car, it will go to the dealer for window replacement and to make sure a certified Benz mechanic and proper glass gets installed and job is not contracted out.- Another thing, they did not use factory OEM Carlite glass and put some other brand on vehicle... not a big deal.... again car is older so did not care about this but on newer car, definitely i would want OEM glass.- Had glass replaced on 1991 Mustang GT years ago by another person, and found years later place forgot some molding clips when getting car painted... still have this car today.lessens learned... do all the detail and easy work yourself... moldings, take mirror off yourself, then bring it into dealer or glass place for actual windshield replacement after confirming they have it on prem, not awaiting supply house to deliver.

Youre an idiot if you go here. These people had been passing our car inspection with no issues whatsoever for years. There was a problem with the alignment in one of our cars so the car was veering left and IT WAS STILL PASSED. So, we got the alignment fixed anyways because it was very annoying. This week the car goes into inspection and it fails because the alignment if off even though it is actually fixed and is hardly noticeable as compared to before. They also recently failed us because there was a small crack in the lightbulb cover of our 2011 mazda (give me a break, do you know my many POS I see driving around town that should not have passed inspection?) However if you love to waste time and money, I definitely recommend getting your car inspected here.
