Zero people helped in the ten minutes I waited around to just buy motor oil. Five of those minutes were for one employee to give a second employee a password to the register she was in no danger of using anytime today. So I went to the convenience store up the street for motor oil and got a better price anyway.You guys do know that Amazon and convenience stores also cover your entire inventory without wondering how long we’ll be standing around waiting in line for you, right?

I use AutoZone,90% of the time unless the parts are not available or Im pressed for time. Otherwise Im a faithful customer. Most times they are very helpful and mostly experienced in assisting me with what Im looking for.

Theyll diagnose your car for free! My check engine light came on, so I rolled over there around 7PM, and they told me exactly what the issue was and that I would be fine driving it home that night. What a relief! Super nice employees too.

Was kicked out of the store because my child which is 4 years old didn’t have a mask, he’s not required to, but the guy didn’t care, I always go to this store, I usually have a good experience there but today, this employee made me very disappointed in this place.

Have or can get almost anything, tool loaners if you need a specialty tool to get the job done, OBD code reading to help diagnose check engine lights. Competitive pricing too...

Stood in line to cash out a pack of bulbs.Alex, the clerk, rang a guy out, ignored me standing there and got into a deep conversation with the guy like they were on a date.I stood there for a while, put the bulbs down, came home and ordered them on Amazon at a better price.

The AutoZone on liberty Street and the one on memorial drive a bunch of great guys they know what theyre doing its more to say than the AutoZone on State Street they cant sell you a spark plug

The staff at Autozone is always very helpful. They take the time to find the parts I need, sometimes ordering them special to arrive in a couple days. Highly recommended!

To say this place has gone downhill is the understatement of the year. Now I know why people think AutoZone is everything from a joke to a disaster. Corporate should have given the people mentioned in this review a hefty raise.They actually possessed customer service skills, as well as significant automobile knowledge, neither of which I took for granted.Its a completely different place now, and itll never get back on track.After the way I was treated today, I wouldnt buy Windshield Wiper Fluid here, even if Big Y was charging $15. I hope AutoZone crashes and burns. Theyve made themselves obsolete.BTW, out of context, my quote is completely nonsensical.- - - - - - - - -I love this place! The staff have been quite helpful to me on numerous occasions.Ill never forget the comedy of errors that transpired last winter. During one of the many storms of 2016, I accidentally damaged my windshield wipers.George resurrected them. It seemed like a simple problem; however when the brand new wiper flew off the car, it was evident something more serious was at play. It was freezing, but this didnt deter George. He recommended I return the flying wiper and its mate and get the basic set.Returning the wipers for a cheaper pair wasnt a problem. At this point, anyone helping out could have jumped ship and referred me to a mechanic. He didnt. Rather, he got his toolbox, managed to straighten the base enough to install the wipers so they stopped running into each other.I appreciate the people at AutoZone for being so helpful and generous with their time and expertise.Money isnt the bottom line for them. Safety is.Id like to add that Ive had the same boss steering wheel cover for 2+ years and its still as good as new. The ones I bought in the past have unraveled or fallen apart.

Worst customer service ever! We were traveling from out of town, and had a windshield wiper blade break. We stopped in to get a wiper, emergency situation, 6-7 minutes before closing, rain starting to fall. The store did not have the usual catalog that helps you find the size you need for your car, so i had to look on Google for the proper size for my car. The cashier came over to inform us that they were closing. I told him of our situation, and that after finding the right blades, wed be gone. He never offered to help, never offered to look up which models would fit, nothing. I picked some that were the right size, thinking theyd fit. He rang us up and locked the door behind us when we left. Most stores offer to install them for you! Not this place. Naturally they did NOT fit. Apparently the mounting mechanisms are not universal. So I wasted money on blades that dont fit, and now have to drive in the rain with only a passenger side wiper. This lack of customer service is inexcusable and i will never shop as ANY AutoZone ever again, if this is the kind of staff they employ.

Best parts retailer, if they dont have it they know where to get it and they have for me sooo many times in the past.I also highly trust their part quality and warranties.Killer crew as well all top notch from my perspective!!!I spent over 40 years a a flat rate mastertech for Nissan Corp. so I know quality when you put install it, nothing but good luck with theese parts over VERY MANY years, kudos Auto Zone Westfield Mass. youre #1 IMO!!

Worst experience ever. Was treated like an idiot by a staff member while the cashier was simply trying to grab what i asked for. The other employee stood next to the cashier and shouted at me about how i would be unable to do the task i was buying tools for (that are specifically made for the task i was doiing). I feel bad for the cashier as he was just trying to get me my item.
