This was a rough experience. I put a deposit on a car I was interested in. When I considered my options I decided to wait for a new Leaf as it would be the better option for me. I was reassured my deposit would be returned to me. Two weeks later it hasn’t been. I went down to the dealership because my call wasn’t returned. Granted, I had called the night before however…. Apparently they didn’t have all the information they needed to return the money to me. I asked why no one had called, and they couldn’t give an answer. I felt like the manager hid behind the desk while a sales person I haven’t worked with before tried to sort out what happened and why my money wasn’t returned.Maybe this was a fluke, but I didn’t feel reassured when I went down and spoke with them and no longer feel comfortable doing business with them. I’ll be looking for a car elsewhere.

Scheduled oil change change wiper blades check fog lights. 1 and 1/2 hours later I was told it would fail inspection because the fog lights didnt work. I said I know thats why I asked you to fix the fog lights. They said they couldnt because they didnt have the bulbs and it would take a half an hour to get them. I think a few chimps could run that place better and they work for bananas

My complaint is with Balise Ready credit who sold me my 2013 Nissan Altima and when I took it for my first oil change I was told the car should have never been sold with the recalls and axial leak. I contacted the manager at ready credit who is unwilling to take any responsibility other than offering a free alignment. They are liars compared to what I was told at Balise Nissan. I will be taking my experience directly to the better business bureau.

I really appreciated Wendy as a sales rep. She listened to exactly what I was looking for. My expierence was not 100% perfect, there was rough patches, but Wendy never gave up on me. I was frustrated with not getting a vehicle I was promised, but it had issues that they were unaware of, and refused to sell me a vehicle that was not to their standards. Respectable absolutely! I ended up getting a really great deal on a vehicle I am absolutely in love with! Thank you Balise Nissan!

In our prior experience 6 years ago ...we did not care for the salesman in WS at the Nissan dealership (cant remember if it was a Balise then or not) and actually we bought our rogue in Chicopee at Curry Nissan. Six years later I was ready to buy again. We checked out Balise Nissan and Wendy was our salesperson ..we liked her very much. We told her we were checking out many different types of SUVs and that if we did decide to get a Nissan we would come back to talk with her. We did end up returning about 3 weeks later when we were ready. We would highly recommend Wendy...no pressure ..... comfortable to work with and just an all around good experience.

I purchased a one year old Ram 1500 Classic last year (2020) at the start of the Covid lockdowns. The price was what I wanted to pay and my salesperson Wendy was the absolute best.The buying experience was hassle-free and I felt I was treated with respect. The service team is great, and the whole place was clean and my vehicle was sanitized before returned to me.If you are in the market for good pre-owned vehicle, and you dont want the four square and let me ask my manager run around, go see Wendy.

Ryan was informative and told me the information I needed over the phone. Also, I received my car the very next day so that is a plus. However, the pricing for the work was absolutely ridiculous. Especially for a problem that should be apart of a Nissan Service Campaign. The amount of complaints for this particular problem on this particular model and year should warrant a recall of some sort.

I called to make an appointment for my first maintenance. I got an appointment for the next day. I brought the car the night before the appointment. I spoke to Ryan the next morning. He call, he was very professional, and pleasant. He asked about a problem I was having with the driver side front carpet gets wet whenever it rains. We spoke a couple of times that day and we decided that the car should stay overnight, they would again attempt to find how the water was getting in.Well I took the car home with its first maintenance complete but we are still undiagnosed for the leak. Absolutely nothing but great things to say about Balise Nissan in West Springfield! They are great. I bought my car new from them 2.5 years ago and have had all my servicing done through them and couldn’t be happier. They just recently had to replace my wheel bearing which was still under warranty and they replaced it timely with no issues or charges. I also just had an issue with my car making a noise so I brought it in and turns out I needed a strut replaced. This was only covered under warranty until 36k miles and I’m at about 42,500. They replaced this part for me the same day as they inspected the car for the issue. And they said since I was just over the 36k mile warranty and still within 3 years they’d submit the repair as a good will through Nissan so I didn’t have to pay a penny. On the receipt it said how much it would have normally cost with parts and labor and I would have been looking at about $500. I’ve never been more impressed by customer service at a dealership. Everyone is super nice and very helpful. Very pleased!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a Nissan or have service done to a Nissan!

It was the longest hour of my life waiting for my vehicle to get serviced. One women would not got off her phone and everyone in the waiting room had to listen to her, private conversation. I mentioned it to three different employees and they laughed it off. One salesman did turn up the music to help drown out the womens volume. I asked the service manager to STOP allowing cell phone conversations in the waiting room. He said he would mention it to the higher ups. Every table around the waiting room was use to try to get as far away as possible. If the dealership had a rule about the use of phones I would have said something to her, since no one employed by the dealership wanted to say something.

Brought my car in for routine oil change and to check out a sound I was hearing from the transmission. Oil change was great, but they had trouble with a misthreaded lug nut on the front tire. The last place that touched that tire was Balise Ford in Wilbraham and it was to fix another lug they had misthreaded. The guys at Balise Nissan were able to get the Ford location to cover the repair, so that was nice. They could not hear the transmission sound I was talking about. I even took the service manager for a ride and the sound was gone. Magical oil change I guess? Either that or the oil changes I’ve been getting from Balise Ford are just as successful as the repeated lug nut misthreading.

Scheduled my oil change and tire rotation. There was a recall on the backup camera and the service Representative asked if I wanted them to take care if it too. It didnt take too much longer and was Happy I wouldnt have to make a separate appointment. I am on my 4th Nissan and its very convenient to schedule my service online. The emailed reminders and updates are a plus and its very easy to cancel or change your appointment online.

Went to Balise Nissan on 6/20/2020 @10:45am. My wife wanted to trade in her 2016 Rogue and buy or lease a new one. We decided to come back her because we have purchased/leased 5 vehicles from this location since 2013 (It was Gary Rome Nissan back then).NO ONE greeted us at all when we went inside. The was one salesman at his desk playing on his phone. 2 other sales people were with customers but they could have acknowledged us and told us someone would be with us...but we didnt even get that.We walked around the showroom for about 25 mins and still no one approached us. It was as if we were ghosts.We left and we were treated MUCH better at Lia Nissan in Enfield and we actually bought from them!!Balise was such a disappointment!

I wish I could write a positive review, but on my last visit to be serviced at this location, your 20-year-old employee Nate-something, got into his white car with the racer stripes and tailgated me to within an inch of my bumper for about 10 miles until I was able to pull over safely. What a sad and scary experience. I will not be coming back with technicians like this working here.

Initially the buying process was great, was told the warranty and servicing could be done at a Balise dealership near me. Was informed that the local Balise Chevy dealership would provide free car washes for next two years as part of my used car purchase in addition to covering any servicing that was part of the warranty or extended warranty.There were a few lights on the dash that I made a deal contingent upon those being fixed we would make the purchase and did so at the end of June 2020. Fast forward to today where I brought in the car to get the same air bag light that was supposedly fixed to my local Balise dealership. To my amazement Balise of West Springfield informed my service rep that they wouldn’t cover the cost and that I would have to travel 1 hour and 40 mins if I want them to cover it. I called this location personally and was on hold over 25 mins collectively and was supposedly put on hold 2x by the sales manager only for the manager to hang up on me both times.I was told that his location was on the phone with the dealership and when I asked who specifically they were on the phone with, surprise surprise I was hung up on again. I called the sales manager directly again and it went to voicemail. I explained the situation and informed the vm that I had been at the local dealership for an extended period of time and to please call me back to assist in some sort of resolution—— to which I never received a call back.Several hours later I called the West Springfield dealership again asking to speak with the GM, who I was informed was unavailable, I asked to be transferred to his vm and the sales manager simply left me in a general queue with no assistance.I am simply at a loss of words for how unprofessional and unwilling the sales manager was at the Nissan West Springfield location, never an explanation given or what they could do to help or even I’m sorry for your experience! They promised me all my warranties and services could be transferred to a specific local dealership which was not the case even though I had paperwork from them.Folks be careful with this dealership!!! Zero willingness, unprofessional, lack of any follow up whatsoever.Balise of West Springfield GM- I’d love to talk to you on the phone, my contact number can be located on your system, I purchased a 2011 Chevy Malibu June 2020.UPDATE: Since my posting I received a reply from the Owner indicating the GM would be reaching out to me shortly... On my experience I think that four (4) days to close a deal is way too long. I arrived to the dealer on Friday and wasn’t up to Monday that I could drive my car home. It took almost an hour with the financial person to sign and review everything. I understand the problems happens and in my case was with the number on the computer. Having all personal available to close a deal will be great. This is my third (3) car that I bought in the same dealer and I definitely will want to come back to do more business quickly and easier and we all happy.
