Heather was absolutely phenomenal to work with for my 9/17/21 wedding at the Log Cabin. I do not know much about flowers, so she helped me pick all the ones in my color scheme as well as pick ones that are in season as to be mindful of costs. She was always honest about everything if I had a strange idea which I love! The flowers came out BEAUTIFUL on the day of the wedding. Everything was done exactly as we discussed as well as what I had envisioned. Flowers were delivered to my hotel room, the church, and the venue. I would 100% recommend Durocher’s for wedding flowers or any flowers! I received so many compliments on the flowers and all the centerpieces were quickly taken home at the end of the night!

BEST customer service ever! PERSONAL, FRIENDLY, attention to DETAILS and went the extra mile.Our arrangement of a lantern and wreath base was customized to our preferences, we changed the card info later and also contacted them in addition to have them take photo to send us so we would have it. We were living in SC and other family member in CA. So the photo was a blessing to have sent to us.We went overboard about details. Durochers customer service, including the owners helpfulness, was more of a blessing than we could expect....like Ephesians 3:20 !More businesses need to follow Durochers rare excellent example and keep their shop doors open and make better profits by boosting their businesses with REAL customer service.

I only met with them once and they were able to take my vision of what I was going for and turned it into something more beautiful than I couldve imagined. Excellent-Three times I’ve used Durocher for funeral arrangements and each time the arrangement has been the best! The arrangements were full and fresh and absolutely beautiful. I’m not in the area and have never been to the shop, but I would highly recommend them. They certainly deliver an arrangement you’re happy to see your name on!

Super helpful friendly staff very accommodating with short notice on a Sunday.

The flowers were gorgeous! However they called me when they couldnt find my house, which ruined the surprise as I was at work at the time. They found the house before I called them back so they ended up not needing to contact me after all. They did leave them inside my entryway to keep them safe from the rain so that was nice. But my sender also informed me that they cut off half his note even though there was plenty of room on the card. Overall, I doubt the experience was worth the price my sender paid. I still enjoyed the gift though 🥰

My husband and I are so happy we were able to work with Durocher Florist -- and specifically, Heather -- for our wedding. I had previously attempted to make arrangements on my own, with silk flowers, and it was clear that I had no idea what I was doing.When we met with Heather, I provided her with a few reference pictures and the color swatch for the burgundy that was one of the wedding colors, and gave her complete freedom to do what she saw fit. She asked a couple of question about the range of colours we would like to see in the bouquets, and she provided ideas for decor for the ceremony that would be easy to set up and tear down because we were getting married in a public park.When the flowers arrived on the day of the wedding, I was so happy. They were dropped off at the agreed upon time, and they were beautiful. The ceremony bouquet was exactly what I wanted, and the primary roses matched the burgundy for our wedding perfectly.I would highly recommend Heather for anyone in the area. My husband and I just got married Friday. Due to covid we had to replan an October Wedding to June. The process of planning our wedding was over 2 years, Heather was spot on, organized, perfect, every single step of the way. I can tell you that most vendors were not nearly as professional.Her connection with our venue was seamless, it could not have been any easier for us. I have never seen more beautiful flowers in my life. I had my mom come with me to both my meetings with Heather and she was equally impressed. The flowers were very important to my mom and her standards are very high. The fact that Heather impressed her is even more impressive.I had her deliver some sympathy flowers several months ago and the delivery went perfectly, and my friend loved the arrangement, so I can say with confidence weddings are not her only talent.I honestly can not think of a single thing I would have changed or wished went differently.

I have been a patron of Durocher Florist for many years for various occasions (weddings, funerals, anniversaries, birthdays and of course Valentines). During each of those special events, Durocher Florist has met the task and over performed. Until today! I typically purchase orchids and different types of flowers as opposed to your standard roses and pay around $75.00 to $85.00 for a bouquet. I ordered the same arrangement this year and the only difference was I wasnt allowed to pick out my flowers ( adhering to Covid PPE protocol). Which is completely understandable due to the circumstances, however, the arrangement that I received looked like a grocery store or Costco quick pick. Valentines Day means a great deal to my wife and all she requests is flowers. I would like to give her flowers that are indicative of my admiration for her. It was a swing and a miss this year.Minutes after posting this review, Heather the owner, reached out to me and she assured me that this was an isolated incident. It made all the difference that she made the effort and contacted me regarding my concerns. Thats what a business does when it appreciates all of its customers. Cannot recommend this place enough. Despite it being Valentines Day weekend, Durocher worked with my sister to get my grandfather a custom arrangement and deliver it to the hospital he is in. They even took it upon themselves to call the nurse to make sure they are taking flower deliveries before proceeding with out order.

We had a miscommunication on my order and as soon as it was brought to the owners attention she took care of it. She went way beyond what she had to do. I highly recommend this flower shop. I went there to order flowers for my Dads funeral. They were beautiful! I was so happy when I saw them in the funeral home. They did a great job on my familys arrangement. The one tiny thing that I felt could have done better is if the person who took our order stayed in the room with us. After looking at the book, we had to find her and bring her back into the room to ask our questions. When she took our orders, only mine and my Moms order were correct as far as names for the cards.But the arrangements were spectacular. My moms casket spray was beautiful....just what she wanted. Mine as well was beautiful, and my brothers was just as spectacular. They did an awesome job.

They made a beautiful floral arrangement when my boyfriend of 17 years passed away. I honestly could not have asked for anything more gorgeous.. I couldnt really tell you about the prices because I couldnt have cared less how much the flowers cost at the time, I wanted the absolute best for him and nothing less would do. I think I paid around $400 plus delivery but when those are the last flowers you will ever be able to give someone, you just dont care. It could have been $1000 and i would still have gotten them.

I was disappointed in a funeral arrangement I ordered by phone and was quick to make the manager aware. Without question, and with what was seemingly sincerest apologies, Heather made a new arrangement and delivered these to the family home. She sent me a picture via text. The flowers were beautiful and what I would have expected to convey our sentiments to the family. I commend Durocher s manager Heather for demonstrating the utmost in customer service. Sometimes blips occur in life and we all make mistakes. The key is how we fix our mistakes. They did so with grace and kindness. All the difference. We will definitely use this florist again.

We hired Durocher Florist to take care of bouquets and centerpieces for our October wedding. They were highly recommended by our venue and after meeting with Heather, we knew why. The process was very stress-free and they totally delivered on our wedding day. Heather found nearly-identical flowers to pictures we showed her that were in-season to save us money and created the most beautiful arrangements. Our guests are still raving about the flowers weeks later. We are also having my bridal bouquet preserved because it was so impressive. We were hesitant to spend money on flowers for our wedding day, but Im so glad we did and we trusted Heather. She was the easiest vendor to work with and worth every penny!
