The laziest people I’ve ever met came to deliver my mattress. They spent 30 seconds trying to get it up the stairs and then proceeded to tell me “it doesn’t fit”. Hmm... funny we already have two beds AND box springs of the same size upstairs. So now I don’t know what’s going to happen because I have to get a full size instead of a queen and it’s probably not in stock because this was a preowned mattress that I bought. HOWEVER, I would like to point out that I DID originally ask for a full, several times, because it’s cheaper, and the lady pressured me to get a queen size. Should have went with my gut instinct or better yet should have never gone to this place to begin with... Will update my review with what happens. Might just end up getting a refund and going somewhere else.

My husband and I purchased a mattress and several items from this place . The lady was very nice and helpful during our visit there . Before we left there, we were told the day of the delivery which went well .. however one of the pillows that we order was not in stock .. so we were told to come back aThursday which I decided to call but no pillow . Is been about four weeks now and every time I have called they always say no pillow . Today I called and now they are saying UPS will deliver it to your home . Very frustrating.. my husband is disappointed and wants his money back. .. almost a month just for a pillow ..

First let me say, Im not one to leave reviews for anything, which is a bit hypocritical of me since I depend on them for almost everything I purchase, but then today happened. I walked into Mattress Firm of West Springfield with no real expectations, I just happened to be in the market for a mattress for the first time in my life. My Fiancé and I worked with Janet yesterday, and I have to say we were pleased to have her assistance! She recommended a hybrid mattress for us, given we have 2 different sleeping positions, and we left rest assured that we were going to be getting better sleep very soon and a quality mattress that will last. She seemed very knowledgeable about the coils, the difference in styles, the adjustable base, and was easy to talk to! We also have our add-ons taken care of (pillows, mattress protector), so we can truly enjoy our 1st nights sleep. I look forward to sleeping in our new mattress; hope this is the perfect fit for us!

We haven’t yet received our mattress, but I can attest to the incredible customer support and service through the selection and purchase of our mattress. Janet was informative and accommodating when we entered the store with our 9month old in tow. She offered her insights and gave us her undivided attention, in-store and via phone conversation, to help us through this investment process. We are eager to try our new tempurpedic with the assurance that if anything isn’t to our liking, we can take advantage of the 120 night policy to make an exchange. I have no doubt we will end up with our dream mattress, but the service we received from Janet and mattress firm would be difficult to beat. It was truly a pleasure and we would highly recommend this store to family and friends.

The West Springfield Mattress Firm exceeded my expectation. Specifically due to Sales Associate Peter Arancibia who provided a laid back yet informative and helpful approach to getting me a mattress. I informed him that I was looking to take one home with me today which he was able to set me up for pickup at the distribution center in East Windsor CT. There I was greeted by exceptional warehouse staff for an easy to find, no hassle pick up. 10/10 would recommend buying from this store.

After a horrible experience in the Chicopee Mattress Firm, meeting Janet in West Springfield was a nice Surprise.She walked me through all the different choices and allowed me to sample the choices. We talked price points and the pros & cons of each. There was no pressure, no rushing. She allowed me time alone to test the mattresses that appealed to me and I left the store feeling armed with enough information to make a educated decision. I will be back to Deal with her.

Initially, I bought a memory foam bed. I went back and ended up swapping it for a different mattress. I asked many questions and Justina and Peter were very knowledgeable. After a horrific experience with Dan Bregole at the Holyoke store, I wasn’t planning to ever give Mattress Firm business ever again. (Or let any of my friends or family either). I was planning to purchase a mattress online but wanted to test it out before doing so, so I headed over to this location bracing myself for another harassing, overly aggressive, disrespectful salesperson. BOY, was I surprised when Melissa McCormick greeted me at the door.Melissa was gracious, kind, and educated. A breath of fresh air after my experience the day before. I wasn’t planning on purchasing a mattress that day or in the store or from Mattress Firm at all... but ended up walking away with a great mattress at a great deal. ONLY because of Melissa and her approach. I never once felt like she was trying to sell me anything, offered me space if needed. she acted as an approachable and honest friend offering advice and guidance on my purchase. She wasn’t pushy at all and never once really tried to persuade me to do anything. Her service and professionalism were quite possibly the best I’ve experienced in any retail environment.Thank you, Melissa again for all of your help. Love this store but sad it’s going out of business

My wife went here two weeks ago with a problem. She was told a manager would get back to her and it never happened. I was in the area today Nov 19 at 1145 so I tried to stop by. Doors are locked, lights are on and no one is answering the phone or doorbell during business hours they are open. Post a sign if there was an emergency or if the one employees went to lunch.

I bought the best matress here. I bought 2 of the best mattresses there, I sleep like a king sometimes I dont even wake up. The staff helped me find the best discounts and I got a great one. I didnt just get the best discount on my matress they also helped me find a pillows, pillow covers and a bed cover. If youre thinking for getting a good matress you should make a trip to West Springfield and go to Matress Firm I really sugeat it. Now Im going to go take a Zzz in my comfortable bed. ✌
