I will never buy stuff from this company bad customer service I bought something there and it didn’t fit in my living room but they won’t let me return it

Read some bad reviews but gave them the chance, good experience with them no pressure buying checked to see if they had it in stock before I bought it. Picked it up an hour later guys helped me load it. If I need anything else Ill go back very happy with the service

IF YOU LIKE PAYING PREMIUM PRICE FOR DAMAGED FURNITURE THIS IS YOUR SPOT!!!!Spent over $4000 on furniture. Recieved it damaged. Spoke with staff on 4 occasions. On each occasion I was PROMISED they would correct the problem with either a partial refund or swap out for new furniture out, and that would call me back. Never happened.Spoke with management (Bill) who was sporting a nice Rolex the last time I saw him, was told I would receive a phone call on a promised date.Did not happen.Called back asked for Bill. I do not believe that is his real name,same voice but insisted his name was H.I realize now that they are so disorganized and believe that they never really intended or cared to resolve this issue.Supposed Bill said he called and spoke to my wife but he was only quoting word for word our conversation that we had in person the last time. Accused me of lying.Give me a break.lol.reallyI have more furniture to buy,but it wont be here.

Vanessa the “manager” was extremely rude and SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I don’t recommend going here at all. I have a damaged table and she hasn’t returned my calls, hangs up in my face, tried to have my pay for an additional service on furniture they sold damaged, and even took the phone from her employee when I was on the phone discussing my issues. I was speaking with T, we were having a good conversation and when I asked for the name of the gentleman I spoke with that represents their store and that’s when VANESSA took the phone and said I can speak with her, I asked nicely to talk with T again because I was JUST asking her a question and she REFUSED and claimed that T was with a customer when she literally was on the phone with me 3 SECONDS ago. I was T’s customer and Vanessa took the phone and just told me the warehouse would call me and wouldn’t let me speak to T again.Vanessa needs to clearly work on her customer service skills and dealing with angry customers.I bought damaged furniture here before and the old manager SANDRA MADE THINGS RIGHT AND I LEFT HAPPY, returning to buy more furniture. This will not be the case. I have furnished most of my home with furniture from here and planned on buying more until speaking with Vanessa. ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I can’t express it enough.

The lady who works there she helps you so kindly and super nice that makes the environment comfortable.

I want to rate them honestly, yet I can not. Let me explain... I have picked out an entire livingroom set, a sectional, the Blue Darcy LFC, the Blue Darcy Chair and Blue Darcy Ottoman. I also found a BEAUTIFUL lift top two tone white living room table, with two different sized end tables for the right side of the Darcy sectional and the side of the Darcy Chair. We tried under my husband originally to do this via the internet and we tried calling, it wants us to enter an extension - like Google Voice. We tried to Text Chat to always be told that We are not open now someone will get back to you shortly We will NOT drive from Torrington CT that far and risk it being out of stock since we have little kids - not to mention Covid the world is a mess. Plus, there is an easy solution - we can CALL FIRST - PLUS we want delivery. We will PAY for the delivery we do not want it free, Nay Nay friends, let me repeat that last bit for the people in the back.... we are willing to pay for delivery - we just want to ask a few simple questions like is this in stock? Oh it is OK great! Can we come down to pay? Great! Id like to spend 1400 now and purchase A, B, C, & D - i see theres a Lay away option... Can I put 75% down for this, then pay the rest in 3 weeks and set up a 2nd delivery date for this? Is this a trick company? Are the reviews fake? Is there no furniture? No employees? What is happening? 🥺🥺😭 They may have a wonderful staff, management that is envied by all... They may have a 100% satisfaction rating for all COMPLETED furniture purchases, but after 30 days of trying to contact them - I am at my wits end... Oh I mentioned that we tried to do this under my husband? For giggles, I created a new account under me, same furniture, different name, and number AND I even tried to do the leasing option - which I was approved for - guess what??? Same road block... i just want to buy some furniture Ill be your best friend... is it because I am ugly? I can not fix my genetic make up - but I am a nice person... The staff was very helpful and friendly. They give you your space but are there when you need them. This is my third time buying from them and their furniture is well made and lasts a decent amount of time. Of course if you decide to get a 600 dollar living room set it may only last a couple years but Ive spent 2000 on a sectional at Bobs that I brought to the dump less than 3 years later. I definitely recommend them.

Great place if you have kids and don’t want to spend a fortune on furniture that will be ruined by them in 4 or 5 years. My furniture looks like it came from a higher end store but was a fraction of the cost.

Found an ad on Facebook Marketplace, talked with Sebastian (told him our situation), he invited us to come in and take a look. He and the other guy were neither pushy with sales but we’re so HELPFUL with everything. I love this place, and the prices are amazing! 😉

These guys are awesome. I have been buying stuff from them for years, never had an issue.

I just furnished my entire living room with their help at such a low price, which is incredible for the high quality value. A rug, console table, TV stand, couch, chaise, and loveseat! Now it’s my favorite room in the house & I can’t wait to have more people over to hang out with me in it.

The worst customer service I have received in a long time. The only person working was on the phone the entire time. When he ended one of his many phone calls, I walked over to the counter to ask about some decor and he told me to wait again since he had to make another phone call. After waiting over ten minutes I left and went to Bob’s across the street, which was a much better experience. Don’t waste your time here.

Bought 2 matresses, a TV stand and a sofa set and everything was totaled to an affordable price. The employees are very helpful, professional, very invloved in the purchasing process, and very funny... They have very good deals that other stores dont have... This place is a must see.... I am a very happy customer

Bad customer service

This was our 3rd stop looking for a couch snd loveseat. While the selection was larger than I thought it would be, it was also surprising pricey...right up there with Raymour and Flanagan! I also didnt like that some pieces were hanging on the walls...while the look was appealing, how do you buy something without sitting on it?

I have to say I am not happy with the furniture that I received from here. We were never told that we would have to pick up our item somewhere else and then find out that we had to go back to the store to pick up our mattresses. There is a dent in one of the posts to the bunk bed like someone ran into it with a fork lift and the bolts we got with it are not made right because they wont screw onto anything. I paid almost 500 dollars for this. The only reason they got 3 stars was because every body I came into contact while picking up were very friendly there just isnt very good communication.

Bad costumer service!!! Make me drive 45 minutes from home to tell me the product is out of stock !! Never again will visit that store !! There like no employers there !!!!!

DO NOT BUY in this place this place sells cheap things . I buy a cheap queen mattress there... For display they have the twin mattress and you dont see the mattress an till arrived in you home . when i see the matters it was 1 inch smaller that a normal queen size look more like a full . I call to make a refund and they dont do refund . If any one want cheap mattress go to Walmart o Amazon .

Staff called me the day before dilivery that didnt have me the sofas that i paid ahead of time because suppose the warehouse got flooded. They are irresponsible . Bad expirience dont recommend. Staff are a joke...
