Walked in to have my daughters skis checked after having a problem which could have become a serious safety issue. I am not a skier and my kids are new to the sport. They were friendly and very helpful in making sure we could get her back on the slopes safely! Im very pleased and will be a repeat customer!

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me get the whole set (skis, bindings, boots, and poles) that both fit my price range and my ability. Colorado Ski is a great place if youre looking for a good selection and equipment that will work for you today and for years to grow into.

The folks who work here are very accommodating, and they have always done a great job helping me maintain my mountain bike.

Great bike shop with great service. I found the bike I was interested in through an Instagram ad and immediately inquired. I was swiftly responded to by Diane and passed onto a sales rep to schedule a visit. The store was easy to find, plenty of parking and clearly busy(always a good thing). the staff answered all my questions while not breathing down my neck. I was able to test the bike out and bought it on the spot. After a couple rides I had an issue with my handlebars. I reached out to the shop and was met with the same customer service as before. I would recommend this shop to anyone considering buying a new bike(and also new skis, just not what I went in there for...)

THIS PLACE & SARAH (WHAT A ROCKSTAR EMPLOYEE) HAVE WON ME OVER. What a great ski shop, to bad they are on the other side of the country! In Seattle Evo has been my go-to shop for a decade, but since expanding the service & employees have gone down hill.I ordered some Marker Tour Bindings from Colorado Ski and Sarah from customer service was outstanding. During Covid I have been in the habit of calling before or after placing online orders to verify stock, here is how my interaction happened with the gal that helped me:1. Forgot to call before placing the order, so I called after & asked to verify if it is in stock. Sarah looked and didnt see it at this location, so she got my contact info, & said she would check the other location.2. I actually got a call back and an email from Sarah! This is refreshing, so many companies these days blow customers off or dont try to reach them very well. Following up via two methods ensured the sale happened!3. They didnt have it in stock, but they were able to tell me about something similar and shipped it out the next day!4. This took about two days to sort out and the product arrived still within a week from the other side of the country. This is why you support small businesses, they care and value their customers.

My wife called to rent skis for the season for my 16 year old, wieghs 150LBS, is 5ft 9 and wears a size 9. She was quoted $199.00 on phone for annual ski rental, and confirmed with them, as she told them it would take 30 mins to drive there. Drove 30 mins to get there. When she arrived, was told my son was too big for the $199.00 price, so it would be $299.00. They said they were sorry but nothing they could do. This was just a really bad experience and a huge waste of time. I would defiinately be cautious before going there.UPDATED after response from shop:I understand the issue but while at the store was not told this was used vs new, instead told that it was due to his physical size for the price increase. If the staff had provided this info on our original call it would have been appreciated. Total time invested due this error was about 3 hours. I actually purchased a $3,500 Scott Foil from this shop ~5 years ago. Based upon my past experciences, which have all been positive, I will consider this a one-off.

Great Local shop that is willing to help you out with your outdoor needs. You also dont feel out of places going in compared to most bike shops. I dealt with Adam who was very helpfully and out going guy. Highly recommend!

My family and I are avid snow skiers. We have found the most INCREDIBE place to buy skis, boot, poles, and all types of accessories at the Colorado Ski and Snowboard Shop. I purchased skis and boots for my wife about a year ago from them. This Christmas I contacted the store in hopes of getting a solid deal on skis, boots, poles, and ski bags for my 4 adult children. Diane, Hussein, and their staff were absolutely terrific in every regard. They suited the skis to each ones ability and made sure the boots were a proper fit once they arrived for the holidays. I COULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER DEAL ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY. They were so kind, courteous, and professional. I am in the service business and expect a high level. That is what I got. TOP OF THE LINE PRODUCTS AT AN EXTREMELY REASONABLE PRICE. GREAT JOB !! Thanks for making my Christmas so very special. Will never use anyone else again !!!!

Picked up a smoking deal on a 2017 Santa Cruz mountain bike. Got more than 20% off since the 18s were coming out. Rode the bike for one trail ride and decided I wanted a smaller size due to personal preference. Without hesitation these guys took the bike back and ordered me the size I wanted, no problems at all. Super cool of them considering the bike was technically used.Highly recommend these guys as they truly want their customers to be satisfied!

Colorado is the only shop I trust. Honest and friendly salesman with competitive prices. They always have the newest gear available and a huge selection. I bought new boots and they spent an hour with me custom fitting the boots and ensuring I was 100% comfortable and satisfied. Would recommend to everyone!

I had gone to Colorado Ski in West Springfield to get my son a new snow board and then bindings and boots. The staff was so helpful and their knowledge about the products that they sell is impressive. I had the great opportunity to do business with both, Brian and with Chad on two separate occasions and they are both great at their jobs. Brian, whom I remember from last year, also sold us a snow boarding package that was perfect for my son, and he went above and beyond again this year! Chad was super with helping my son pick out the best bindings and boots for him. I enjoy doing business with Colorado Ski every time. The people there are amazing and they know their products and back them up. They dont just try to sell you something to make a profit, they want you to have the right items for each individual.I look forward to continuing our business with Colorado Ski each year. I will not go anywhere else!

Needed some equipment for a snowboard trip, the guy working the counter (on Dec 30...didnt catch his name!) stayed 20 minutes past closing time and helped me pick out the right beginner boots and helmet, great customer service. Definitely coming back here in the future!

Definitely the best value and service in the area! Staff is friendly, laid back and not pushy, AND knows their stuff. We rented a snowboard/boots/bindings package last year. We went back this year trying to determine, whether to rent or buy. Brian was excellent in giving us enough info and being considerate of our budget. He put together a great custom package. Their buy-back program made our decision to buy easier. Now... bring on the snow!!

I think CO is a great ski shop. I make all my purchases there the staff is very friendly and helpful. There knowledge of there product is very good as well. They are always willing to work on the price as much as they can. I got my nephew a snowboard package and they were able to hook him up with a nice setup but stay within my budget. I would rec that anyone trying to get into skiing or snowboarding, or even if already into it and looking to upgrade your setup def pay these guys a visit.

Absolutely terrible. Came here to get my boots refitted from another store. They took one look at the boots and said they couldnt do anything but I could totally trade in the brand new 200 dollar boots for 60 dollars and buy new 350 dollar boots. I left and went to Competitive Edge in East Longmeadow and they immediately helped me, worked with me to see what needed to be fixed, all for 25 dollars no problem . Go to Competitive Edge for any ski or snowboard work! This place sucks!!!!! (I also NEVER write reviews so that says something too)

Ordered some Full Tilt Apres Booties 2.0. Arrived 2 days before they were supposed to. Customer service is excellent too. Shoutout to Hazim and the rest of the CO Ski Shop team.

The customer care at this place is excellent, I cant think of the last time I walked into a bike store and received such great service, the staff know what they are doing and are very kind. One of the employees actually offered me a ride home after having a problem that was pretty much unfixable on my bike. That kind of dedication to a customer is legendary. The prices on merchandise are good and they have quite the selection on bikes and parts in general. Two thumbs up, keep up the good work guys!

Ill share my history with Colorado ski and bike.In 2017 I spent $1100 on skis boots piles and helmet. Got a decent deal. Things went OK but the boot fitting was horrible. Took me a year to have my boots not fit well. Finally went to MT snow bootworks to get them properly fitted.Got my skis tuned and after the tune, the edges were nowhere near as sharp. Was not satisfied with the tune jobIn December, I was trying to get my nephew and friend into skiing. Since I wanted to support the local shop, I rented them at the shop rather than on the slope. I called ahead to see how the 1 day rental works. Was told I had to return them by noon the next day. I drove the kids down to pick them up and after I signed I was told I had to have them back by 6:00 same day. They refused to budge on this policy so rather than enjoying the end of the ski day I had to rush the kids home to not end up with a fee.Yesterday, I decided to purchase a second pair of skis. The store at the mountain had a better dead and Colorado ski would not match because it was a different size (same model).So while it is not a band shop, it so isnt very good. I have decided I will no longer support the shop because I feel that the customer service is lacking especially for the amount of revenue I gave them over the past few years.My new skis were purchased at Ski Butternut for $150.00 less than Colorado was willing to offer. Their ski shop is operated by staff that seems to care about their customers equipment. I will give them my business from now on.

Brought in a snowboard that I bought from another vendor. Had a factory defect. They helped me get a new board and provided fantastic service. These guys are definitely somewhere you should check out. Worth the drive from anywhere in the Valley. Ill be going to them for my biking needs as well.

I purchased a pair of Nordica Fire Arrow F3 W ski boots online, and Brian couldnt have been more helpful. Im an expert female skier, and knew my correct size, etc, but purchasing ski boots online was a new experience:} I had done my homework, so knew that these were what I wanted, but still had some questions and Brian was fabulous. Not only was he quite knowledgeable, but he also price matched the boots for me that were listed from another retailer on another website. Shipping was fast and the boots were perfect. Without a doubt Colorado Ski Shop is by far the BEST ski / snowboard shop in the area. The employees actually want to help you find what you need and give you the best deal. Theres no pressure to buy something or to buy the higher quality equipment, they strive to help you get what you need for what you can afford. Everytime I come with a question they have the answer, they dont mess around when it comes to their equipment they know it all. Some places give you a hard time when you bring in gear that wasnt bought there, but not Colorado Ski Shop. I stopped doing business with two shops already because they were trying to sell me a board because mine wasnt their brand, but I have never had that issue here. Plus they always do a phenomenal job waxing my board and skis. If you need a ski shop to do business with, definitely stop here first and you wont need to go anywhere else.

I went online searching for Rossignol skis and several shops appeared. I opened the Colorado Ski Shop site and found the skis I wanted at 50 % off.After I ordered them I waited a few days for the shipping/tracking email.I received an email from Diane, a sales associate, and she informed me that the skis were at a different location and there would be a delay shipping them but they were working on getting someone to get them.Diane kept me informed through the entire process and the owner gave up half his day to go get the skis and have them shipped the same day significantly reducing the delay.I was impressed with both the personal and professional manner they handled my order.I would recommend this company to everyone.

Very unhappy. Ordered a snowboard from them on their website. It took two days for them to send me a brief email saying that they did not in fact have the board in stock and that they had cancelled the order. Their website said this item was in stock. They had charged my credit card the moment I had ordered it however, then it took two days to inform me that the order was cancelled. Its been three days now and my funds are still not released and available. I had already received an order I had placed simultaneously from another company online before this company had even looked at their stock and responded that they were cancelling my order. Could take up to 5 days for a refund for something they didnt even have. Come on people, update your site and quantities, respond quickly and get on the ball. If youre going to compete with other online retailers that have figured out what quality customer service means then you have to at least try.

This place is a joke! Order skis online, 10 days later still havent arrived, called them. Sold me out of stock item, didnt even bother to send me a email. Really poor customer service, wanted to talk to a manger but she apparent leaves a 3pm. These people Do Not Care about their business or you, go some place else!

So im not one to write reviews or even care enough normally to follow through with reviews, but my last and final visit to CO ski was today. I have bought many snowboards, jackets, boots, etc over the years here and always had great above and beyond service. Today i went in to purchase snowpants for my girlfriend ($150+-) and a new Never Summer board ($500) for me, plus whatever other random gear i needed. Last year my girlfriend purchased me a $150 gift card online for Christmas and i was looking forward to using it on this purchase. Well i was informed my gift card card expired 1 yr after she purchased it (Nov 15 was purchase date) and further more i was informed that even if it was valid they dont know how to use them so i coulsnt use it any ways (even though this gift card was purchased on there website almost exactly a year ago). He offered to give me the wifes number so i could call her and make sure there was nothing they could do(apparently he was the owner but had to ask his wife even after MA passed a law saying no gift card can ever expire)...i returned my merchandise to the shelves and promptly left. I dont understand how you wont honor your own giftcard only to purchase much more merchandise on top of it. I drove to northhampton instead will never recommend CO ski to any one again i took the CO sticks off my board and gear. Im sorry it came to this and i hate to write reviews that are negative for small business but this whole interaction cost CO ski $1000 in purchases and im out $150 for a gift card that is 1 year on Christmas. Maybe new ownership?

My brand new skis showed up a week late with spots of rusts on the edges and damage to the bases on both skis. I emailed Colorado Ski shop asking for replacements or a credit in the amount it would cost me to have a local shop do a base and edge grind and we came to an agreement.
