On this occasion the one I picked up the pineapple wasn’t ripe and neither was the cantaloupe. The strawberries were good.

I’d rate this place less than half a star if I could, I payed almost 100$ for a bouquet of flowers and a dozen chocolate covered strawberries. Could’ve done same thing they did for 40$.I personally would recommend doing that!! Although the strawberries were fresh the flowers weren’t.

Item arrived on time and was exactly as pictured on line. Tasty and nice change from normal flowers etc.

I use the location here in Florida near me, and the West Springfield, Ma location for deliveries to family there. Always awesome and always get a smile and a thank you with their arrangements. Thanks again as always. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately this is not my daughter Samantha, but her mom Sol. I want to say my husband paid $137 for edible arrangement to be delivered to me and it’s 6:14 pm and they are not even here. This is not the first time last year they arrived at 7pm. If it was up to me they can keep there strawberries, I know how to make them at home but my husband tried to surprise me again and figured maybe by going to a different location that would help.I hope never again very disappointed how the quality is being handled. If you can’t keep up with the demand then don’t own a business.

Amazing customer service

Had to pick up an order that I made online. Walked in no one at the counters. Standing here for about 10 minutes now. Yelled out for help 3 times. No one to assist. Phones ringing, no answer. Still waiting for help. There’s not a bell at the front. So no choice but to sit and wait....finally someone walks up.. Shouldn’t take 15 minutes to walk out with product that was ordered online..So disappointed in the service. If there’s not going to coverage in the front, please have a bell.

West Springfield Edible Arrangements store is a great place to order edible arrangements. Staff is helpful, friendly and efficient. Product is excellent, delicious and efficiently delivered.

Had an issue with a driver. Called the store and was greeted by a wonderful woman who was extremely helpful with the situation and even offered an arrangement for me. Unfortunate situation turned out very nice.

Don’t bother getting delivery I ordered at 11:30am and apparently it takes 6+ hours to deliver one 12 count box.

A bit pricey for edible. Good people but that my choice for edibles for party or surprises.

Placed order Feb 11 for Valentines Day. Didnt get delivered. Called today the 15th gave me my 15 dollar shipping fee back (kinda nice) said it would be delivered today for sure. Still waiting. Chose 1 star but surprised there isnt a 0 star option.

Both the owners and managers are rude to customers and employees. I wish that the anger didnt ruin the taste of the fruit

My husband ordered a fruit arrangement and most of the berries were rotten under the chocolate. The person delivering the arrangement was also rude.

Bought a simple arrangement for my mom she love it

This Edible Arrangements branch created a visually stunning, delicious fruit arrangement. The delivery person came early; he was kind and excited for me.The apples werent just dipped in a dark chocolate shell; they were covered in caramel as well! I was pleasantly surprised. Absolutely delicious! The pièce de résistance ~ a large, juicy, chocolate-covered pineapple!The grapes (which werent covered in candy) were sweet and tasty. In the attached promo cards, I discovered this arrangement is called Salted Caramel.I also learned that EA makes specialty coffee drinks and smoothies on site. So, I may be rethinking my opinion about the Riverdale shops.Be mindful when ordering/eating; the caramel is hidden and may not be a pleasant surprise if it loosens dental work.Sometimes the arrangements are better than others. What remains constant is the delivery person, who is absolutely delightful. (Thank you!)

I went there today the so called manager was rude as hell she act as if she did not want me to order anything from there. she asked me if i had a problem with her the only problem i had was bad customer service. i will not be goin back there.

I like the place but for this establishment it is not in the same location that is a saying on the website in fact I went there for Valentines Day 2016 and its not there the good thing about it its further down the road in the plaza but their website does not tell you that you would have thought they would have changed that by now this is why they get one star.

Asked to deliver before 12:30. Said no problem. Its 4:00 p.m. not delivered yet. I m not happy.

A nice detail to surprise at any time the only problem to ask in the application of edible is that it does not specify time or time to be delivered since I did not have that option I put in the note that she left work at noon and that the driver d delivery would not be available they called her to tell her and explain and that she could be delivered to the house I did not like it because the surprise was not going to be the same otherwise very nice and well packaged the price of the product very expensive but the concept is understood I recommend it
