Just asked to get help with installing windows 10 I already purchased a license, it’s $90 that’s way too high for just a an install that requires little to no labor. If I was asking them to build the pc make me breakfast and feed it to me yeah that’s worth $90 but come on the greediness needs to stop.I don’t have an extra pc to download the booting software which is just a little over 6gb.

I have read some of the posts and I am sorry to hear that a number of people have had bad experiences. I feel the need to give another side to the story. I have had an ongoing relationship with PC Warehouse for about 20 years. Brian, the owner, is my go to person for everything computer related.Over that 20 years, I haven bought three or four desktops, which he has custom made. If I wanted this or that in it, he put it together with my specification, just like Dell or back in the day, Gateway would have done. I have been happy with each and every one. If there is an issue, I call him and if it is something that needs repair, I bring it in. He has replaced touchscreens on laptops and chrome as necessary. Recently when my son thought he might need a laptop, with certain components, he was willing to take one from the his stock and refit it. His company came through, but the willingness to do this was appreciated.But perhaps the biggest thing was when I was the technology specialist at a school that was in dire need of new computers, he put together 20 computers for the school. Soon after, he did the same for a school where my wife was the tech.Most recently, I called him when I found out some programs were not installing and since I am still using Windows 7, I figured this might be a good time to upgrade to 10. I asked him if I should consider a new system, since the one I have is about four or five years old. He said, not necessary. Just clean out the system, install Windows 10. Be as good as new. He knows what is in the system, since he put it together.Admittedly I am biased, but I feel I have to weigh in for a company that I feel, at least for me, has gone above and beyond

I Have no idea about people who left reviews about Computer Parts........They must have been paid for reviews because i went they had 0 Items for computers for sale.....They should change name to PC Doctor......Warehouse implies it is a store not a Repair shop.....No Sata Cable. No Ram. No 6Pin cored. If you need parts order online do not make the mistake i did and drive there assuming they sold parts because its called PC WAREHOUSE........it is just a Computer Repair shop.

I had a very good experience dealing with PC Warehouse. Helped me with some parts on and upgrade to a desktop And they did it for a very good price and I got it back the same day. I plan to go to them for all my PC parts and service in the future

I just had my laptop screen replaced at PC WAREHOUSE. They did it in two days, and a very reasonable price. I bought my laptop from BESTBUY a little over a year ago, they cant even do it there. I recommend this business to everybody.

Great place. I called these guys on a Saturday to help setup up a new processor and motherboard in my gaming PC. They had it up and running and back to me within 4 hours. Excellent service.

I brought my pc to get it checked out as it wasnt running properly my first quote was around 20 bucks a few days later i get a call back with a 120 dollar quote but i must admit i got my information about the issue pretty fast.

Wanted a gaming PC, and got just that! The clerk was really nice and helpful about specs, will definitely go back if I need another one!

My son bought brand new gaming parts from Newegg, spent a whole day to build it and it did not work. My son was so upset. I went to Best Buy, no help, and went to Staples, dont want to touch it. My IT manager asked to contact PC Warehouse. The guy, I think his name is Brian, took in the computer and have it working the next day. This is the place i would recommend to everyone.

Called up this sham business concerning finding a processor to refurbish a Dell GX620 computer. The male employee who answered was rude and judgemental, questioning me on why I even had an older unit to begin with. Didnt even attempt to help me. Shame on you, PC Warehouse! Youll never have my business.

Had a issue with my computer recently took it here was fixed within two days and at a very cheap price. Highly recommend.

Being a senior citizen, Im not very familiar with electronics. When my computer wasnt working, my son told me to go to PC Warehouse. It was amazing. The people were so helpful and the rates were very low. This is the best place to go.

Wonderful customer service and very helpful staff. The staff there was extremely helpful with a issue I had with my laptop and the technicians there was able to diagnose it immediately. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely go again if I have more issues!

MY son broke the glass of my iPad. Apple store asked me to buy a new one. One of the customers there asked to go to PC Warehouse. i went and in two days, PC WAREHOUSE fixed my broken iPad for just $99. It is as good as a new one. Amazing job.

Attendant did not speak English as a first language and resulted in severely delaying the task at hand. Spent 20 minutes on a conversation that should have taken 5. Decent results otherwise, but plan to spend a while there.

The one and only computer store

Got my laptop back fast and they were very helpful with giving me updates.

I turned over my laptop to PC Warehouse because my webcam stopped working after the most recent Windows update. Other than that, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my laptop. They called two days later and told me that they needed to restore my laptop to factory settings, and promised over and over again that none of my data would be lost and that this would ultimately fix my problem. Six days later, I picked up my laptop. My webcam still isn’t fixed and 99% of my data has been permanently lost. When I call and ask if they have a save file of all my data they tell me that they don’t know and that they need my laptop back to see if they have my files.If you value your time, possessions, work and data you should never trust these people with your devices.*****edit: David fixed all of my problems!! If you have an issue please talk to him!!!!

PC Warehouse is the place I go for computer repair. Their price is reasonable. In general, the people in the repair business I dealt with in the past are mostly jerks, but people at PCW are very nice and polite.

My son broke his PS4, I thought I needed to buy a new one for him. A friend of mine referred me to PC Warehouse, I came and a few days later, it was fixed. My sone is happy now and I recommend PC Warehouse for Playstation problems.

I brought my Daughter in to get the glass on her cell phone replaced. After 2 weeks the glass just cracked for no reason. When we went back they were very rude and then blamed it on my daughter. Then they said they would call the company who makes the glass and call me back within a week, but never got a call back. There is no customer service and they are very rude. I would not recommend to go to them for anything because the customer service is very bad then blame you for a product defect or there mistake.

Never responded after meeting in person. Waste of my time. Unprofessional.

Although they fixed my pc it was a lot of money, and they taped a crappy new power switch to the top of my pc. My power button is broken.
