Long wait on phone. Easier and quicker to drive there. Drove there still on hold. They stated they dont have anyone answering phones at this time.Spoke to corporate and still am waiting to hear back. August 3rd 2021. Still waiting and called 3 xsStaff at pharmacy short and a couple of them have alot of attitude. Like Im putting them out of their way

Take forever to answer the phone its unbelieveable. Lousy customer service, large store extensive inventory but way too expensive

Completely normal to wait at least half an hour to speak to a pharmacist. No one will pick up the phone. This has happened more times than not.

Love going to CVS because the coupons and the the extra cash you get for shopping

My husband went to pick up lactaid for our 2 1/2 year old daughter and the bottom of the milk cooler was moldy. Tried to call was told they would look into it I was put on hold because she was on another call with another customer and then hung up on

Slow,rude.Missing medication even though they said they doubled check.Get 1 text if lucky meds are ready for pickup.Starting to dislike cvs.Takea 45-1hr++++ to talk ANYONE in the pharmacy..Even Store manager stated they should be answering the phone BUT they are hiring lousy workers.

Rude, pharmacy never answers phones and when you ask questions they get mad, the fishes are disgusting! Can’t give zero or I would .

I am a physician trying to call in a prescription for a patient. I called three times to speak with the pharmacist. Every time after being on hold for anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes someone picked up the hold and hung up without saying a word. Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago when I tried to call in a prescription here. I will discourage my patients from having me call this pharmacy. Other CVS’s seem fine.

I give one star because I cant give none. The farmacy here its terrible, no answer. The phone I been calling all day and now answers.

I love their new staff. They are so helpful and so friendly. They never fail to find me what I am looking for. Also the store is pretty big so there is a good selection of products.

I wish i could give them zero stars. between not speaking english, not understanding or getting my prescriptions right, asking my doctor to change my prescription to serve them better, and lets not forget them purposly filling a prescription that was not completely filled! awful. they should be ashamed of themselves.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Front store is fine but the pharmacy sucks! I am annoyed, frustrated & disgusted with their customer service. Zero people skills and it’s always a MINIMUM wait of an hour. When I worked at cvs our estimated time was 15 minutes and we busted ass. If you can’t get people the medicine they need in a timely and considerate fashion then you should not be working for such a big and busy company. PERIOD !

Valentina one of the managers there was very disrespectful, extremely rude and had a severe attitude problem. I asked her why I couldnt use the coupon and she said it states on the coupon that you cant use it on milk. I told the lady that it does not say anywhere on the coupon about not being able to use it on milk. She said in a snotty loud voice that it could not.

I went to CVS this morning out of convenience to purchase milk, upon opening the milk cooler I was assaulted with the smell of rotted milk and then some. Ive never quite smelled anything that awful, I literally almost threw up in the store.As far as other products go the store is okay.

Its mostly ok, but the pharmacy part kinda sucks. It took them almost 3 hours to get my ibuprofen prescripsion.

Always friendly and willing to help whenever Im there, pharmacy was quick the one time I needed it.

Unfortunately their parking is used by the nearby elementary school around 2:45pm so avoid that time. Besides that unavoidable negative the place is fantastic and always well stocked with helpful workers.
