David Wallace was extremely helpful. His excellent product knowledge of Pella windows and helping us decide which products to purchase made the process much easier. He is constantly very prompt with his follow up of our many questions for our new home. He also has visited the new home to give advice and insight in how to install them with no issues. I would recommend David to anyone building a new home or replacing windows for an older home.

Our sales rep, Jonathan, is one of the best people weve worked with since starting our renovations. He showed up on the morning of the job to help Slav, Mike, and Mikey set up, and came back at the end of the day to ensure that the job was done to his standards (and it was). Slav, Mike, and Mikey were very efficient and meticulous about their craft. They wanted to make sure everything was perfect, down to the grout on the trim. Now we have beautiful sliding doors bringing in a lot more light! Our dog loves it too; she has not stopped staring out the door since its been there.

I had a great experience working with Jonathan. We had a virtual appointment which worked really well. He had done research on my house and we discussed options for how to convert two doors into a window. He provided quotes very quickly. Installation services (out of Greenfield, I believe) then came out and confirmed the plans and made no changes to the quote. The installation was scheduled for a month later and occurred right on time. Im very happy with the whole process.

In the market for windows. Stopped by the Pella showroom to learn more about the brand. Was greeted by an employee who could not tell me about the pros and cons about about the different grades of Pella windows nor what makes Pella better from its competitors. The only thing that the person was interested was what my budget was. I was expecting more helpful customer service at a showroom that is trying to sell their product.

Pella was fantastic to work with. Our sales rep Jonathan was very knowledgeable and quickly responded to all of our inquiry and requests. The window installers Vladimir and Yuriy were punctual and professional. They worked quickly to remove our old windows and install replacements. They did a great job keeping the areas around the project clean and free of debris, both inside and out. Their finishing work looks amazing. We cant believe how good everything looks in such a short amount of time. Will definitely go to Pella again for the rest of our windows.

We used Pella to replace our old windows. Couldnt be happier with the results! All phases went very smoothly; sales/scheduling/final review and prep/installation. Sales perspective - Kyle was very easy to work with and very accommodating . Im guessing we went through at least 3 or 4 iterations before final plan and I appreciate his patience. Scheduling - the job was scheduled for a certain date spanning 3 days and that timeframe was met. Installation team - so great! Vasiliy and Eddie did an awesome job, efficient, attention to detail, prep and daily clean-up. In addition to regular windows, we had two sliding doors put in to replace old french doors. This was no small task and the results are amazing!The total experience (people, product and installation) was positive.

Starting with the sales process, which started just as COVID hit last year, there was never any pressure to buy. When we picked up the project again in March, the salesperson met us on Zoom and patiently answered all our questions.He came to our house to do final measurements and sign the contract and was again kind and courteous.The install team was professional and efficient, and the windows look fantastic.When you make an investment this big, you hope for dramatic change, and we really got it.

We placed a fairly sizeable order to replace the doors in our house and pre-purchased windows and doors for an addition we will begin in Spring 2021. Installation of all new double hung windows and doors (entry, patio french, patio sliding) in our house, plus the addition of a bay window and complete replacement of several specialty windows was completed this morning at our house in Lenox. I could not be happier with our decision to select Pella Windows of West Springfield. Jonathan Schulz, our salesman, was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and an all-around trustworthy person to work with. He was careful with measurements, had great ideas, and delivered fully on our expectations. Jonathan drove out to our house several times during the process to make sure we were satisfied with the work and to lend a hand to the installers by picking up debris and hauling it to the truck for them and by buying them lunch. I had a cluster of 7 windows in my family room. They were leaking and beginning to fog up. I was given Greg Andersons phone number. I gave him a call and told him what I wanted. He came right out measured and went over my options. Greg was very experienced and made the process very simple. I felt he had my best interests at heart. He gave me a few different quotes based on shape, layout and size of the new windows. During installation I had an issue with the contractor installing the window because of the size of it. (Main window is 5.5X9.5 feet). We called Greg on his cell phone. All the windows in our home were replaced. We cant imagine having a better experience than our dealings with Pella of West Springfield. Installers Bill and Scott were prompt and courteous, installed the large (55 square) windows in much less time than we expected, left the work area spotlessly clean and the outdoor plantings untouched. The quality of the trim work appears very good. Only time will tell how the windows will perform in the long run, of course, but today they have a well constructed, solid feel, operate flawlessly, and look absolutely gorgeous.

I used to run a remodeling and construction company, and most of the time when selling window jobs I would suggest Pella products, after having good experience with them through the years, theyve always been very nice to work with, they do have some budget friendly lines, while some of the products can run on the upper side of the price range, theyre definitely worth it for the overall quality that they uphold, but also warranty service, they fully stand behind their products for many many years after being installed!!We also did installation services for them for about 5 years, and that was always a good experience as well, working with the sales guys and installation management, getting to use different products from all price scales, there really wasnt much of any that I wouldnt recommend to our own customers!Another thing Id like to mention is a newer member of the Pella team, Dave Wallace, hes a great guy whom I became good friends with over working together at a couple different places that he worked at over the past 15 years if I had to guess... and now I think hes got an excellent position over on the Pella team, and will be taking his awesome sales and service skills to boost the company to new levels! I just had the sliding glass doors replaced that led from my dining room to the outside deck. The old doors were Pella doors too. They lasted for 40 years so I didn’t need to be convinced to go with the same company. The longevity and quality of the product speaks for itself. I would highly recommend this company. It’s very possible to go with a cheaper alternative that is functional and attractive, but I doubt that it would last for the 40 years I got out of mine.

My first introduction to Pella windows was in 1972. Since that time I have built two homes, remodeled two homes and supervised installation of new windows in a church. After the bid process and based on my personal experience I have always gone back to Pella. One time I was convinced by my contractor to use another window company and both the contractor and I were terribly disappointed. This latest Pella installation was so easy! Jonathan Schulz, the sales rep, and Melissa Roberts in the installation department made the process move quicly and smoothly. The two installers were quick, efficient and neat. The installation was even complerted one day early :-)

We really couldnt be any more pleased with the job Pella did replacing windows in our 1830s farmhouse. From the initial consult with Jonathan through the installation process, they exhibited tremendous knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. Bill and Scotts combined 35 years of experience were much appreciated as they overcame several unexpected wrinkles in dealing with this old construction.We had the interior of the house painted mere weeks before the window installation began and were consequently a little anxious about how much would need to be retouched after they were done, but that worry proved unnecessary, as their care and expertise meant a minimum of touch up will be necessary. Further, they are fastidious in their set up and clean up, leaving the house as clean at the end of each days work as it was before the installation began.Cant imagine a more pleasant and competent process.

We have now worked with Pella for the third time and can’t express enough our utmost satisfaction. We couldn’t afford to get all the windows in our house at once. He came out to the house to measure each of the three times and then again to meet with our contractor to confirm the measurements. He helped with the design and offered variations as often as we asked. On our last order one window arrived with a crack. He went to the house to take the necessary photos and submit the warranty claim for us. He even offered to fix it for us when it comes in. The windows themselves are beautiful and sturdy. We replaced a 4-unit bow with a new Pelli 4-unit casement window in our living room. They also replaced the casement over my kitchen sink with a slider. The new windows are beautiful. The installers were very professional and neat. From the exterior you can’t tell that my windows were replaced. We chose to do the interior trim ourselves so that it would match the rest of our house. Our salesman was also here several times during the install and after the work was completed. Installation team was amazingly efficient, polite and kept us updated about progress of the project. Price was equivalent to two other companies I considered. Finished project in reasonable timeframe & we love the windows!

My wife and I were in desperate need if new windows and we called a few places including Pella Windows. I am sure the build quality any new window from anywhere was better than the 1951 Anderson windows we had.So when Greg from Pella came out, he had an approach that was very knowledgeable and personable. Now we had a few others come out prior that were throwing some crazy numbers at us that before they were done with the estimate and it made us feel uneasy. Greg did not seem concerned about what we wanted and even offered suggestions to help save money including going with his referred contractor Luc Petit who has done an awesome job installing them. It definitely restored our confidence of getting a quality product that we will be happy with for years to come.The windows excited our expectations and my restored confidence that we were getting a great product was right. I would definitely recommend Pella to anyone.

I have recently had a Pella sliding glass door installed by Dave Ruffner. I could not be more pleased with both the installer and the door itself. Dave was absolutely professional. When I initially called him for an estimate he came out the same day and had an estimate for me the following day morning. The whole process from start to finish was painless.I was originally introduced to Dave through Pella. We had Pella windows installed in our last house and Dave was one of the installers. When we have the rest of our windows replaced we will be definitely going with Pella because we are very please with the quality of the windows. When we have further home improvement projects around our house we will absolutely call Dave Ruffner.
