The lady was honest and told me I may have wrecked my Brother machine which I got from Amazon. But I didnt! She fixed it for a very reasonable price and within a week. This looks like a nice place and if I ever decide to replace my current machine I know where Ill be going.

Originally my wife called another company but they treated her so poorly that we decided we would never go their so we looked for another place. We found Parsons and they were SUPER FRIENDLY!Prices were on point. Service was prompt. Would definitely return to Parsons.

Best place to go and get your machine fix

I was having a persistent thread tension problem with my machine. Despite my best efforts, which included reviewing the manual, YouTube videos, and troubleshooting steps, I was unsuccessful at solving my problem. I found Parsons Sewing Connections on the internet and called to book an appointment for assistance.When I arrived, Jane took me through the problem-solving process step-by-step, showing me multiple reasons which added up to my problem, and then taught me how to better use my machine. I am so excited to have found such a great resource of sewing experts and supplies! I will definitely be back for sewing machine maintenance, scissor sharpening, as well as further instruction.

I judge a company by the way they deal with a customer when there are hickups/challenges. I want everyone to know that I rate Parsons with an A+++. When Marlene sells you a machine she wants to make sure you are trained on the machine you purchase and if you have any challenges with set up she will make sure your machine is running. I have purchased numerous machines and can not be happier. I recommend purchasing all of you sewing needs through Parsons in West Springfield.

It hasnt been a year since Ive been here and I absolutely love this place.U go here to take sewing lessons every Saturday but know I go once a month on Saturday s for 2 hours.I completed two projects in classes which is amazing.So probably know I can finish 1project in 1 class.
