I visited this store because I saw online they had humane animal traps. I walked in and the helpful manager immediately went and got me what I was looking for. He was super nice and helpful! Checkout was quick as well. The store is really large with lots of product. The prices are below what you would pay elsewhere.

They have some good tools but i dont recomend to buy the earthquake impact gun i spend $270 and is garbage and i did not put warranty on it and i lose my money.

Harbor freight tools has so much to offer at affordable prices. I visited the West Springfield store and purchased a few items. The store representative I worked with was very knowledgeable about their products and courteous to my questions. I plan on returning to the place and pick up a few more items in the near future.

My husband goes nuts here!! Everything you need for home, work and car. Prices are good and there is always something on sale. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Went for the first time today. Home Depot was far too crowded today. Thought we would give Harbor Freight a try. They have a huge selection of inexpensive tools. If u are new to building projects like I am and dont mind not buying big name brand tools its the place to be. Could not get over how much they have available. My husband bought me a work bench. Was pretty easy to assemble and is very sturdy. Even has a light. 99.00 was a steal. Will probably go back at some point.

I am a huge fan of this chain to begin with, but this particular location was awesome! The store was clean, there wears were well organized and I was actually able to get exactly what I had come in for, a pair of plastic saw horses and an automobile low profile hydraulic jack.I know sometimes they cant control how much of their wears are purchased or the courtesy of fellow customers but this location seems to be doing just great! I would return here again when Im in the neighborhood!

Drove from vernon CT to West Springfield Mass to pick up a drill press. I get home to set it up and the power button is smashed. Called the store and a manager was supposed to call me shortly, that was 4 hours ago. Not my first unpleasant experience here

We found everything thing we wanted and more at this store with online coupons to boot.

I buy all my hand tools here! I have also exchanged a few tools that broke and they did the exchanged without any problems! They have a life time warranty on most hand tools.

Never stepping foot into that place ever again. Bought an electric pipe snake there. The snake itself snapped the second time I used it. It wasnt cheap to buy either. They wont refund or replace so I just lost all that money and now dont have a snake.

If you can go to another Harbor Freight location, do so. This location is terrible, probably the worst Ive been to, many things out of stock, staff is hard to find and unsure of items and locations, if this ones a must, I recommend calling to ensure items are in stock

We had a large handful of coupons not expecting to find hardly any of the corresponding items. Instead, we found every item and had the most wonderful cashier! It was a very positive endeavor.

Love Harbor Freight but the checkout cashier messed up and didnt put my rewards club card in and price on my dead blow was not reduced. Maybe ill stop by tomorrow and they correct it.

Like the place but i was short changed on a return and on a new sale. In the same day. The cashier said dont worry about it and walked away from the register. I guess making change was to hard for her even though the register counts for her. Sad what the new generation is becoming.

My favorite store!

Overall pretty good, though generally speaking they offer coupons so the cost of tools is very competitive. My first visit the cashier never offered any coupons and I had spent between 400 - 500 dollars. I was a little disappointed. So my advice is to check for coupons on their website or fliers first.

This location is always clean, and the employees are friendly and know where things are. The quality of the tools is getting better and are comparable to Craftsman and in some cases Bluepoint. My only complaint is the front doors arent automatic and getting a cart through is a pain.

Great deals but the best deals come with the $40 annual membership not really discussed in the ads. A $20 hammer might cost you $5 if you have the membership. Worth the investment as the have a great selection of hard to find tools and specialty tools for every job.

If you need cheap tools theyre here besides that get the warranty because youre going to need it

Good price on tools

Ill simply state how my usually interaction going to Harbor Freight goes. I drive to West Springfield, go into Harbor Freight in search of lets say.... A 1/4 socket set. I will wander for approximately twenty minutes. Locating the socket set, as well as a two ton jack, four 2 ton jack stands, an arc welder, a new tool box, 34 new sets of specialty pliers, some accessories for an air compressor, maybe an air compressor itself, a set of crescent wrenches and say oh a random flashlight for good measure. Its not harbor freights fault, Its mine for having zero self control and them having such good deals.

Price and quality equals if youd like to get something really good you have to find out another place but if you have something short project and you need a cheap quality tool thats right place. Dont over Justice that place. They have some tools which never find in other place.

Wandering around to find whatever I went there for. Clean store Always. chatter with a few guys here and there about nonsense. Then my favorite part, time to check out! Kristen makes sure i get all of the savings I can get. Also she makes interesting recommendations that i have tried and found very helpful, i must say! Great store! Great Staff. Free gift a plus!

Manager Dan helped us with a purchase of a generator for our R V.Didnt have one in stock when we called but said some were coming in on the next truck and he would put a hold on one for us. HE DID !! And it was ready and waiting for us when we got there. It sure in nice to get GREAT customer service in todays world.

Its harbor freight. Yes they have cheap tools and some are of questionable quality but they also have some hidden gems. Well stocked and clean, staff isnt too hard to find.
