Corporate customer service awful. Overall experience awful. 2 stars onyl because store experience was great. I signed up for Bruins hockey with gear website states 3 business days to get fitting. 4 days later I called and they said oops go to.our store get fitted order online and we will ship immediately. I did it. Next day I got email confirmation. Day later no shipping email called customer service again now they said 3 days to ship. Called after 3 days they said not thier fault but Bruins shouldve told me all this, however they will ship it today. Guess what I received today a welcome to pure hockey email I shouldve received 8 days ago but still no shipping email. My son will now miss his 1st practice because of their incompetence. Stay away if you can or expect the worst and you want be disappointed.

New England Winter is here the ponds are freezing over, Im looking for some new skates. I dont know much about skating so Im rating this place based of the experience rather then quality of product. The building its self has everything you need to play hockey any any level. Matt assisted me in picking out a pair of skates. Started my scanning my feet to find the proper size and fit. Then brought out a few different price ranges skates for me to try out. After that he helped me wrap my hockey stick. Honest and kind people another great place in western mass.

Need your skates sharpened? Go anywhere else (maybe across the street). They ruined my sons skates before a tournament game. No hollow, no edges and the blades were out of square by 20 degrees. He couldnt even make it through one shift. Just awful. The guy who fixed them for us said hed never seen anything so bad.
